I've been using Zoom for 2 years. When scheduling a meeting, I've always had the option to send the meeting to a calendar, such as Google, Outlook, or Other. I switched to using a Mac (from a pc), and now when I schedule a meeting, I don't have the option to put it on a calendar. Same account as always, logged in easily. How do I get the option to quickly send it to my calendar to record and send invites?
I just switched from Android to iPhone, and I am unable to add attendees to a meeting I have created in the iPhone app. The arrow to send the email invite is greyed out, so my only option is to cancel the invite. I can add the recipient, and the entire email invite is there, I am just unable to send it. I would love some guidance or support with this.
I was the only host and had the settings so the participants could join at any time. I had only 2 participants currently in the meeting and waiting for a third. The third participant received the message that the host had another meeting in progress. The third participant tried several times but was never able to join.
I shared embedded Powerpoint video/audio in a webinar. I could hear the audio in my headphones but the audience could not hear the audio. I tested the audio in the practice session and all panelists and presenters were able to hear the audio. We started the webinar and played the video and the presenters, panelists and audience could not hear the audio. I (host) could hear the audio in my headphones. Is there a setting that is wrong? I have done this before and it has worked.
Every month, I generate registration reports to identify new registrations for each of our online programs (in addition to usage reports for each class).This month, I'm not able to generate a registration report for any date before today. I've had no problem pulling up and downloading uses reports for every class this month but one I set the date parameters back to the beginning of November, nothing comes up beyond today's date.I've Submitted a ticket to support regarding this. I thought I might check to see if anyone else has been dealing with this problem.
Hello,My organization's Executive Director, Bob, has retired and transferred ownership of the Pro account to me (I am now listed as "owner," and he is listed as an "admin"). We are leaving Bob on the account through the end of 2024 as he will run a few additional Zoom meetings for us until then. For now, we have added our new Executive Director, Suresh, to the account as an "admin" as we go through this transition. The problem I'm running into is that when I try to schedule a new meeting, Bob is still shown as the 'primary'. And it won't let me schedule a meeting in the name of the new Executive Director, Suresh. I only see the option to set up new meetings under Bob's name and my name. Also, Suresh has been setting up meetings in this account and I don't see any of them listed when I look at the view of ALL meetings scheduled in our account.What do I need to do to (1) enable me to become the 'primary' when setting up new meetings, and (2) be able to set up meetin
Our org uses Zoom for a variety of internal and external meetings, and many of our Users have permissions on each other's accounts to create, edit, and manage meetings. Recently, we noticed that the "Recently Deleted" meetings in someone's Zoom portal only reflect meetings that they *created* which were then deleted. However, the actual host of the meetings in question does not see the meeting available for recovery. We have several examples of User A creating a meeting, then assigning it to User B as host. If this meeting is deleted (by User A, B, or a third user) and then later needs to be recovered, only User A has the ability to do so. Is this a known issue or working as intended? It would be incredibly helpful if the host of the meeting itself also had the ability to recover any deleted meetings.
I haven't changed cameras but recently my Zoom video shows vignetting: dark rounded edges on left and right side of video. Any ideas why? I am not using any backgrounds or filters. I'm using the camera on my Windows 10 PC. I've used Zoom for many hours without this problem.

Hi All, I hope you all are doing well. A couple of users in our account facing issues with Zoom team chat. When I try to send them a message I get the error "Message could not send". Also getting prompt "Messages cannot be sent because <user's> chat has been restricted by their account admin.".I checked the user setting and can confirm that the team chat license is "Enabled". My partner teaches yoga using Zoom and I have put a lot of effort into making it so that she can see what her students are doing including the use of a 55 inch TV. I am not sure if it is getting worse with each version of Zoom but there is a lot of blank space around her student's videos in Gallery View e.g. ZoomExample9x9 .Is there an option to make Zoom use the whole screen for videos including the top bar with the little green shield and the area vacated when "Always show meeting controls" is set to false so that the bottom bar auto-hides ?The environment is Zoom version 5.16.6 (382) running on Xubuntu 20.04.
Hi!I teach at a university in Sweden, and I would like to share my document camera sometimes. It's no problem to share it, but the picture is upside down and I've searched for a feature that can flip the picture, but I can't find one. Maybe there's no such feature.//DicSve
ZOOMのデスクトップアプリ(携帯のアプリではない)が完全にグーグルカレンダーと同期しない。初期設定で「はじめに」と三つの行動を求められるが、プロフィール画像、バーチャル背景は出来たが、カレンダーを接続するができない。しかし、これを放置したままアプリでスケジュールを作成すると、それはグーグルカレンダーに反映されているし、招待もできており相手のグーグルカレンダーにも記載されている。しかし、グーグルカレンダーで作成したZOOM以外のスケジュールはZOOアプリのカレンダーには表示されない。WEBでアクセスし、プロフィール→その他のカレンダーは目的のカレンダーが登録されており、これを削除してZOOMアプリから連携しても、同じ連携状態で相変わらずZOOMアプリはカレンダー連携を要求してくる。尚、ZOOMのIDとグーグルカレンダーのIDは同じメールアドレスである。
Since updating to 6.2, the meetings tab no longer shows meetings. The calendar tab has been renamed as meetings and the meetings tab has been removed. There used to be an option to have both tabs as separate but Zoom decided to remove that functionality for its users.Recurring meetings at "no fixed time" do not appear in the agenda. There is a small popup for recurring meetings which is far less functional or you can show the calendar sidebar and dropdown a list of recurring meetings all of which requires several more clicks and is far less visually clear.I don't know why Zoom seem committed to making the software less functional or usable for paying customers but this foolishness is a major step back. Please fix this fault ASAP as I will be choosing an alternative platform before the next billing cycle. There are many free platforms to choose from.

Hi everyone, I'm Darshan Hiranandani, I’ve encountered an issue where the screen sharing option is no longer available in the Zoom web client when using Brave. I’ve checked and confirmed that it works fine on other browsers, and I’ve disabled Brave Shields for Zoom, so I don’t believe it’s a Brave-related issue.I'm using Arch Linux with the Hyprland compositor and PipeWire for screen sharing, and my Brave version is 1.73.91. Has anyone else faced this issue or found a solution?Would appreciate any suggestions or troubleshooting tips to get screen sharing working again in Brave. Thanks!RegardsDarshan Hiranandani
Hi, Does anyone know how to fix so that the webinar doesn't start before I click "Start webinar"? Held a webinar yesterday. Joined early together with the panelists, but apparently regular attendees/registrants who also joined early could see us prep, before I clicked "Start webinar". How's that possible? Hey guys! Can I ask for help? My Spotify music keeps getting cut off (muted) whenever I'm in a zoom meeting and using my wireless earphones. Music and Zoom audio works fine together when using Laptop audio and Wired Earphones, but not on Wireless. Wireless still plays music (Spotify) when using G-meet, but not Zoom. All other sounds get cut off when Zoom Application connects to the wireless earphones. Hi! I need the transcript for a recorded session. I have a paid business zoom account and I recorded it to the cloud. It says I have a video of the recording and the audio only. There is no mention of the transcript. And I really need it. So you know how I can find it or make a transcript of it? Thank you so much!!
We have been holding 5 90-minute meetings M-F on Zoom since we created this account nearly 3 years ago. Up until recently anyone who logs in as host or is "made" a co-host by the host during the meeting has been able to send private DMs directly to other hosts/co-hosts or to any individual participant in the meeting. That ability has recently stopped. For example - if I - as a co-host - send a DM to another co-host during the meeting - it will appear to all the co-hosts and the host. It will look as though I sent it to myself. Or if another co-host sends a DM to someone who is neither a host nor co-host it will show to all the co-hosts and hosts as "You" in the DM - as though each one of us sent that DM. We have never had any problems like this before with Zoom and have never asked for any type of support but this is absolutely bonkers and is driving everyone in our group crazy. I participate in an online group music course where the participants use Original Sound for musicians and the classes are recorded. Whoever is playing is highlighted so they can see themselves afterwards in the recording.This works for everyone except me.1. Original Sound doesn't work for me, i.e. the others can't hear me if I use this setting. So instead I use Live Performance Audio, which works fine.2. However, as soon as I turn on LPA, the highlighting disappears, which means I can never see myself in the recordings. Zoom doesn't recognise me as the "Speaker" when LPA is turned on.How can I solve this problem? I use a Windows 11 laptop, Zoom version 5.17.11 (34827). I always update it; the problem has been going on since January. Thanks for any help!
I want to be able to return a missed zoom phone call using my iPhone sim phone number, but the iPhone call history does not give me the option of calling on my normal number (ie. if I click the number on call history it wants to dial using zoom app and does not give me alternative options). I’m a real estate agent and receive about 50 incoming calls a day. I signed up for zoom phone so I can selectively forward calls to my staff if I’m busy rather than miss call after call. Zoom issued me a phone number, so I am using call forward in my iPhone settings to direct incoming calls to the Zoom phone number. The phone number zoom provided me is an odd number combination for my geographic location so my customers are choosing to not answer my calls if I call them from zoom (they don’t know that number as it is not the number they dialed). Reading the APAC porting rules it appears I cannot port my mobile number to zoom. Can you pls advise the quickest way of returning
