Hi, When using Zoom on PC we can minimize zoom and it will move a small window displaying participants into the corner of the screen and we can continue to do tasks on our PC. Is this possible on Iphone or Ipad? I would like to read webpages while still being part of a Zoom meeting, so would like for the meeting to be minimized into the corner, if that's possible. Thanks.
We are using Yealink MVC840 with Microsoft Teams Firmware. When we make and receive Zoom calls through the device the call & video quality is extremal poor. However when we have MS Teams Meetings using the same device the call quality is excellent. We have check the network for any issues and none found. opened up the firewall for all traffic for the device IP still did not improve. Any suggestions or anyone here experienced a similar issue using Microsoft MTR? Appreciate your help and advice
After setting my Zoom phone standard auto. answer I decided to start forwarding my calls to my answering service. My calls are not being forwarded. When my number is called, my old standard answer is still immediately picking up. Please help.

HERE IS THE PROBLEM! Audio in a PPT played in ZOOM is broadcast through the presenter’s computer’s speaker.From there the computer’s microphone picks it up and sends it to your audience.The transmission of the audio through the air to the microphone kills the volume by 90%! ZOOM always transmits the audio it picks up through its default microphone or the microphone you plug in to your audience, If there is a software switch that electrically connects the audio-out to the audio-in, there’s no way to get around this. If you manage to find a way to make the connection, than you CANNOT also speak “live” to your audience. I used to write complex systems and evolutionary applications in C++. However, I don’t know the inside outs of Zoom. I only use it as a participant in conferences, so I guess I’m using the application in Windows and not a systems developer kit. Audio works fine in both test and recording mode when using my USB mic, but when I connect a mic via my Focusrite 212 3rd gen interface (usb C to A) it works fine in test mode but the recording has no audio. I have latest version of Zoom (Windows 11) and had same results on two different PCs. I tried recording via the Focusrite interface into Audacity, and the audio recorded fine, so it seems like it would be a setting somewhere in Zoom. Any ideas? Thanks. I am having issues using my Logitech Presenter clicker on Zoom meetings. I have a Macbook pro and have absolutely no issues with it when I run presentations with Microsoft Powerpoint offline.I have even had an adjacent second computer login to a created Zoom meeting I create, and have had no issues when sharing the powerpoint presentation to the meeting. My problems exist when I am in an actual Zoom meeting with others, and my logitech presenter repeatedly fails to work during Zoom calls. When sharing my screen and pressing a clicker button I hear a soft sounding noise and the clicker fails to work, resulting in me having to present with the keyboard. Is there something I am not doing in Zoom to correctly active my clicker when on a Zoom call? Is there a more reliable presenting clicker recommended by Zoom?

Hello Zoomies Looking for your expert opinion!I am Zoom admin in my organisation , managing Zoom users , meeting, phone etc. Under the admin role we have Contact Center edit access already enabled and account also has Zoom CC Essential and Elite license. However when I try accessing Contact Center Management option it hits the URL "https://XXX.zoom.us/cci/index/admin#/without-license" and page says "Access to this page requires a Zoom Contact Center license. Add yourself as a user to Contact Center to have permission for access and administration."I dont know which License is needed and how do I assign that license to me . Hi, We do a weekly company webinar on Zoom and noticed that when the participants join the meeting using their Zoom software, the quality is great --- however, if they join through their browser (MS Edge) the quality is poor. NOTESNote1: all the employees use company laptops and desktops loaded with Windows 10 and MS Edge, so other browsers are not an option.Note2: It's safe to assume the majority of participants are not tech savvy, so the goal here is to get them to join a high-quality Zoom meeting, with the least number of additional steps.Note3: Many of the employees have a fully licensed copy of Zoom on their laptops, but some don't yet. Hi, I'm unable to connect my zoom app with the Phone to the exchange calendar. Please see screenshot attached for reference. Upon entering the EWS URL, I get an error message which says: The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (401) Unatuhorized. If your Exchange server is undiscoverable from the internet, you can also input your calendar resource (your email address) to sync up your calendar. I have two Zoom accounts - one (unpaid) associated with my work email address, another (paid) that I use for personal and volunteer work. I installed the Add-On for Google Calendar, and tried to set up a work meeting. The add-on insists on using my personal Zoom account as the meeting host. I MUST set up work meeting with my WORK email address. What must I do to fix this? I can't find any information on how to reconfigure the add-on, or *completely* remove it and reinstall.

While in an online meeting and taking notes, I take the window off of fullscreen so that I can have my word processor beside the Zoom meeting window. However, the Zoom window puts the shared screen and speaker in side-by-side placement, leaving lots of space above and below. If there was an option for the windows to be above-and-below instead, then they would be much more viewable. Is this option able to be implemented?
Hi, this will be a confusing question as I'm using a Zoom LiveTrak L-8 and the Zoom Conference software... I love Zoom Conference for podcast recordings as it allows the creation of separate audio files for every guest, so the editing is simplified a lot! As a true "geek" I invested a bit to further improve my setup, but am looking for advice on how to best configure this... My setup: Zoom LiveTrak L-8 L-8 connected via USB to MacOS Latest L-8 driver installed on MacOS Speakers connected to Master L/R via XLR Headphone connected to MIX A Rhode microphone connected to input 1 I assume this will be a problem recording my own voice in Zoom as I need to open the master-fader to have my mic as input on the Mac as in Zoom I can not directly select input 1, there is only the master output. But my speakers are also on master, so I will probably get a feedback loop? I can put the output of Zoom (via USB on input 7) only on Mix A for the headphone, so
Hi! I'm hoping someone can help since my plan doesn't qualify for Zoom support with a real person. I have a Pro plan and purchased 2 licenses for US/Canada Unlimited Calling plans. I chose a company main number, assigned myself an extension and my colleague and extension. I also set up a custom voicemail greeting. When I called the main number and my extension, it just says, "The person you are trying to reach is unavailable- goodbye," and hangs up. It's clear that if someone is trying to call me, they can't get through. Can someone help me figure out what's going on?
I have a pro account and host an AA meeting that meets daily. Each morning the chair person logs in as host using the claim host feature. If my chair is on a free account will our meeting be effected by the 40 minute limit?
Hi everyone,I was wondering if there was any possibility to retrieve the audio or transcript from a Zoom call that unknowingly went unrecorded. Last week, I was in a meeting which I intended to record, but as I was using the mobile Zoom app on my iPhone, I could not find a button to record the meeting anywhere on the screen or in any of the options. As a result, I decided to screen record the meeting. However, to my dismay, I found out afterwards that the recording didn't register the audio of the call. Now, I am wondering if there is any possibility to retrieve the audio from the call, or at least a transcript. I've tried submitting a ticket to Zoom support, but they keep saying they are unable to get back to me at this time. Would appreciate any help!!
My previous topic evidently was closed, and I could not respond with what I have discovered. I have discovered that both my Android Zoom App and my Mac OS X Zoom App do not fill the space as much as the online Edit Profile Picture allows, when used to Upload Images and Crop them on my cell phone or on my iMac ... The current solution is ... Connect to Zoom online, through your browser, upload your image, crop as desired, Save ... and your cropped image will be maximized as to how much of your image will be allowed on the Zoom chat windows. As the individual participant windows increase or decrease in size, there will be a sweet spot where your image fills the space ... as a square image. At one point, the image will have a border all around. I.E. ... At some point, the square image will be less than the height of the participant, Video Stopped, window. You're welcome.

I've set up a virtual training event where there are 3 different sessions. People will buy tickets to the particular training session they want to attend. They will then have access to the recording(s) post event. From what I can see, all recordings will appear in the lobby. Will the session recordings only be available to those who have bought a ticket to the corresponding session? Eg. If Lucy brought a ticket to session C will she only see a recording for session C in the lobby (post event)? If David brought tickets to sessions A and B will he only see recordings A & B in the lobby (post event)? Or will David and Lucy see recordings of all 3 sessions?? Many thanks in advance Amy

How do I schedule a recurring meeting that always has the same meeting ID? I go to Schedule a Meeting and fill in the stuff.I have personal meeting ID checked, but that appears to be only for instant meetings. The second I select the option for reocurring, the option to keep it on personal meeting ID goes away. Thanks.
I'm trying to enable the silent auto update feature without any luck so far. If I understand correctly, with EnableSilentAutoUpdate set to enable, Zoom should automatically update on launch. I've tried various combinations of settings and none of them work. Have been using zoom basic for years. recently installed update. I click launch and wait and wait and iI never see the open screen. I'm on windows. I have uninstalled and reinstalled.. same problem.
