Hello, How can I put off recrangle "follow me" from the whiteboard? I'd like to use its place. Thanks in sdvance for any idea

There are points of the meeting that I have to stop the video for some participants who hadn't shut it off themselves. When participants are allowed to share their video again I have to manually go to each one and "ask to start video." Is there any way I could automatically allow everyone to share again? Going into host tools, unchecking "Allow all participants to start video'' and then checking it again doesn't seem to 

using zoom 6.2.3 on MX Linux Desktop.GUI  shows typical bottom layout.Reactions are enabled.I attempt to select a reaction NOT in my recent reactions, nothing is select able.text line for reactions is nearly black text on black background, my windows theme is not similar.Can not screen capture pop ups. Also in chat window the reaction pop up is off the screen to the right, unable to use there

I am using the latest version of zoom. Since early October - the solid line of the pen tool changed - it no longer writes with a solid line. This is not due to anything I changed myself - it just happened, I assume with the latest update!. Has anyone else experienced this ‘uneven’ writing tool ? - it is annoying. It is nothing to do with the pen as it is a perfect solid line when annotating in other applications

I'm using Zoom on my MacBook, and I previously used it on Windows. On Windows, I was able to use a feature similar to Picture-in-Picture (PiP), where a floating screen would appear during a meeting, allowing me to see the active speaker or shared screen even when I wasn’t in the main Zoom app.However, since switching to my MacBook, this feature is not working. The floating screen only appears when I am the one sharing my screen, but not when others are sharing or speaking. I’ve spent several days looking through the settings and trying to find a way to enable this feature, but haven’t had any luck. Does anyone know how to get this PiP-like feature working on a MacBook?

Hello everyone!Up until today, I used breakout rooms during my meetings without any issues (even yesterday, the same link worked perfectly). However, today, I encountered a problem: I couldn't open the breakout rooms.Here’s what usually happens:During the meeting, I create the breakout rooms.The participants are already divided, and I just press Open All Rooms.Everyone gets a button prompting them to connect, and we start.But today, none of that happened. No button appeared, and the feature seemed to freeze. When I pressed the X button to close the breakout room window and reopened it, it showed that no one had entered the breakout rooms. It only gave me the option to close all rooms—nothing else.Here’s what I’ve tried so far:Updating Zoom to the latest version.Resetting the breakout room settings in Zoom.Unfortunately, none of these steps worked. I’m not sure if this is a Zoom issue or something specific to my account (I’m using a free account).I’d really appreciate any advice or sugg

Effective today, May 2, 2022, new limits are in effect for 1:1 meetings in Zoom Basic/Free accounts.  Zoom has announced that the time limit for 1:1 meetings in Basic/Free accounts will be set to 40 minutes, the same limit that has been in effect for larger meetings in these accounts. Hello,We are experiencing an issue during Zoom meetings where the video gallery or participant window blocks part of the shared screen content, as shown in the attached image. This makes it difficult for participants to view the full presentation. We are using Zoom Workplace (Version: 6.2.0) on Windows 11 OS.Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue so that all participants can see the content without obstruction?Thank you for your assistance.

I noticed on my last Zoom meeting that my name displayed as my husbands (despite being a personal account). Upon checking my profile, it shows linked accounts: Facebook, work email. We previously owned a business together and I figure that's where the issue lies. I'm not able to figure out how to unlink the work email (which we also no longer have access to as we sold the business).Can you please assist me?

I am the host of a recurring meeting. There is no dial-in number showing on the invite. I don't recall whether this option was offered when I first set up the meeting. Do we have this option for the basic Workplace (free) plan? If so, where can I find the dial-in number participants could use? Thank you!

I run Zoom version 5.17.1 (18472) on a Blackview Android tablet running Android 12. When I'm in a Zoom meeting on the tablet, I have to plug in headphones; when I try to use a Bluetooth headset, there's no sound. I am able to play music on the tablet and use the Bluetooth, but not Zoom. What am I doing wrong?  

Hi all, I need quick help PLEASE. I have a Workshop in less than an hour, but I cannot share the screen. The laptop works with Linux Ubuntu. When I try to share it, it says, that I need to install to things (I have no idea how to do this) or switch to x11 display server. I dont know how to do this either. I  also dont know how to install Zoom new, if that would be a good idea, because with Linux its always so complicated. If you can help I really would apreciate it... Anna

We have this class that requires the camera to be on. The host said that Zoom can track how long your camera is on. If I upload a short video of myself and use it as a background while pointing my camera at a white wall, so in this case other people will see my pre-recorded background with me in it. Will Zoom be able to track if my face is not actually showing in my camera, even though nobody is there and only my background is visible? Will the host have access to this info?

I am a host in zoom. I have not used it for a few months. When I try to open, it says : Your app version needs t be 5.3.0 or higher. I seem to have 5.0.1. I went to upload and it seems like it uploaded, but still it does not open. It only says the same again. I have zoom on my laptop. How can I get it to open (notice that my first language is not English so simple explantation is needed). 

Designing my first single-choice poll for a meeting I am to host.   Meeting will have at least two participants who will be phoning in.  What audio sequence will the phone-in participants hear when the poll is launched (I want to be able to brief them in advance)?

Hi All,I've recently received a zoom link from a potential client that sent through an enquiry form on my website. After several emails she sent through a zoom meeting link , when i click into the link it shows up the zoom page with launch meeting option. When i click that, all it does is to auto download a ZoomInstaller-x64.exe I traced the download link on Chrome and its from https://zoom.us5oweb.com/j/ZoomInstaller-x64.exeHere's the meeting link that now only redirects to zoom's homepage when i click onto it:  https://zoom.us5oweb.com/j/40213211626?pwd=XHekTa2Sb9FD0LHPn4yJJwvVrT3WPC.1The meeting did not happen due to me being too suss about the situation.  Hello,I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE for Zoom meetings(version 6.2.11.25892), and I am facing an issue with the chat box feature. Every time I open the chat box, it takes up the entire screen, which completely hides the speaker's video. As I attend classes daily on Zoom, being able to type in the chat while still viewing the speaker's screen, would be incredibly helpful.Currently, I am unable to move the chat box to the right side or adjust its size, which creates unnecessary hassle.I already looked into common solutions, like finding an older version or anything in settings to change, buy nothing helped. If there is any way I could resolve this issue, please let me know. Additionally, if an older version of the app supports this feature, I would appreciate your guidance on how to access it. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The option to turn off my avatar has disappeared from my account. Previously, at the start of any meeting I had the option to click the up arrow next to Video and turn off the avatar. The option has disappeared. The instructions to "enable" (and hopefully disable) avatars under Settings/Meetings/InMeeting(Advanced) don't work because it is showing InMeeting(Basic) and there are no options. I just want to turn off the avatar. Right now, in all meetings, the avatar is permanently on when my video is on. How can I fix this?
