Hello all, I'm on a paid corporate Zoom account. I would love to find a solution to this problem. When I record a Zoom session or look up Zoom records of attendance, all my Zoom sessions are named the same (except for the date and time), in the following format:YYYY-MM-DD HH.MM.SS [First Name Last Name] Personal Meeting Room [Meeting Room #] But I need to provide audits of some Zoom recordings and this means I much go through the effort to download the record of attendance and manually edit each of the Zoom records with the actual name of each Zoom session. What is frustrating is that Zoom knows the name of each session, as seen from the Zoom schedule, but both the Zoom recording and the Zoom attendance record as named using the aforementioned format. Is there any way to configure Zoom so it correctly records the Zoom session name?Thank you,Shawn
I've been attempting to setup a recipe, which is working except for a couple fields and settings:we require a passcode to be turned on, however, there is NO option in Workato, and Zoom docs apparently doesn't list it:The passcode field(checkbox), isn't listed as an option in Workato. They said to check with Zoom about this.How to acquire the two meeting links created from the event when registration is required:Registration link(for attendees): Host's link, which doesn't have the registration in it. Where do I get those in the following field mappings?
I have a problem with Zoom. My mic is not picking my guitar instrument when I am playing. I tried all the audio and mic settings but the mic is not picking the sound from my guitar. I also used external (RODE) mic if this can solve the problem but it is not picking either. I also used Samsung phone in tandem but it is not also picking my instrument. Can you please provide a solution?

I always record locally to my computer, the last time I did it - folder was created with the date and time, all as usual - for recording I mad - But there are no files at all. It is empty, nothing to render at all - nothing there - I don't even know if it is lost or if I can recover it.
Mute on/off is slow on Windows onlyThe Mac version switches instantly, but the Windows version waits for about 0.5 seconds after pressing it, so it feels strange.
Had a weird thing happen today. Did a codec swap from a mac to a pc and when reconfigured everything works with exception of one Neatpad that when I try various activations methods the Neatpad will sign in for a second then prompt a wrong account type error and sign out. It will pair to other rooms just not the one that I swapped the codec. There is an ipad that will pair as a controller though. Any thoughts? Windows 11 , 64bit6.2.7 (5001) , 64bit
How do I change the name of a meeting that has started, so that it is recorded with that name later?
I see the ability to download reports post-webinar for each of the different categories of data (attendees, chat, etc). I need all of this and will end up putting them into a spreadsheet on separate tabs- is there one master report you can download for an event vs needing to download each of these as separate files?
All systems running current Zoom Room and NDI VersionsOver 30 Zoom rooms deployed. Custom PC with 4 NDI Cams using the NDI Webcam app and Zoom Room. 90% of the time the Four webcam feeds will work just fine. Then when a user walks into the room to use the zoom room system all of a sudden they start the call and get blank video on all 4 NDI Webcam feeds while using multicam. very frustrating. interested in using the beta NDI but need to be added to the beta group. That way I can bypass the NDI Webcam app
Is this setting available for a Zoom Room? We have a conference that has a few dark spots near the camera. It'd be great to be able to turn on a setting similar to what's in the Background & Effects settings of the desktop app.
Dear Team,We have a integration of Extron/Poly TC8/G7500 device with Zoom Platform, recently we updated the OS/ Firmware version (6.1.0 to 6.2.6) of Poly devices in Zoom admin portal, after upgradation Room control option (Extron Control) had disappeared from zoom home page of TC8.Now is any way we can downgrade it.??With Regards,Vikas
In the Zoom admin portal, under room management, when I select a Zoom room, I notice that equipment updates do not occur automatically. Even when I click on "Upgrade," it doesn't work. The only way to update is by connecting directly to the equipment.Even after updating the equipment by connecting to it directly.On the Zoom portal, the mentioned update has not been applied, and the equipment is still displayed with its previous update.

I work at a TV station that also operates multiple PTZ cameras for board room meetings. There is the table for the boards, a podium, and a computer desk that we often switch between while having two picture-in-picture windows at the bottom left and bottom right corners so you can see the back and forth discussions while not having to switch the cameras constantly. We are looking into doing Zoom Rooms so we have flexibility in terms of remotely covering the meetings, however we were told by the person looking to install the new setup that Zoom Rooms do not support picture-in-picture the way we do it now, but I understand that Zoom does updates to their software. Is there native support for having picture-in-picture with Zoom Rooms the way I described? Otherwise, is there any third party software like a plug-in of some sort available that would support that kind of picture-in-picture?

During a weekly 3-hour meeting, the participant list shows that all participants are muted. Nevertheless, we can hear when one particular participant clears his throat. This happens week after week. The mute icon on the participant list shows that he's muted and doesn't change when we hear him clear his throat. This has gotten very annoying since it happens every few minutes for three hours every week. What's going on? How can we suppress this audio?

Hello, I'm wondering if I'm just not seeing this or if it exists.I'm creating a Wallboard view, and I want to be able to see agents that are opted-in/out of a queue. So for example, if I'm looking at a specific Voice Queue, and I'm looking at Agent Availability details, I can see Agents that are marked Ready (regardless if they are actually opted-in to this Voice Queue). So at quick glance it may appear that I have 3 Agents ready.... but not calls are being answered because the agents are actually opted-out of the queue itself. Anyone else run into this and have a solution? (Did I just not see the wallboard widget I need for this?) Thanks!
Hi Iv been advised I before from a customer service member a couple of months ago that zoom are able to send me the recording of my divorce court case in September of 2022. I need this recording of this court case for evidence, as the judge that was sitting this hearing. With out a doubt was racist during the hearing. I need this recording so much to provide it as evidence for contempt of court.I keep trying to contact them again. Tho some how I've been unsuccessful to be able to talk with a human rather than Zoe the robot. Please can any1 provide a answer or a link I can use to speak to a human in customer service 🙏 😊 Thank you so much
I was editing the description of a Zoom webinar series, and somehow it rescheduled some of the instances to create a regular series (i.e. first Thurs of the month) instead of the dates I can previously selected. Hundreds of registrants received an automatic email that the webinar had been rescheduled, and were unregistered for the webinar. When I updated the dates back to the original, all the registration data seems to have been lost. How can I retrieve the previous registration data from the rescheduled webinars?

when I select join public event list on the zoom home page, I am getting a message"you need to sign in to view this page"-- I am signed in and can go to my account tabe.all I am trying to view is to view publicly available meeting.thanks
Having a rough time with the transition to Zoom phone. A big part of my business need is SMS. I don't need to mass message, but did the 10DLC process anyway. When I attempt to send SMS, I get the message "You don't have a direct number. You cannot start a new conversation". I have had a ticket open a couple of days on this, and no response. I am sure I have a few upset customers. SMS is enabled, and that made the sms tab appear, but still no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
WHEN A ZOOM MEETING IS CREATED THROUGH MY GOOGLE CALENDAR INVITES AND I GO TO START THE MEETING, IT DOES NOT SEE ME AS THE HOST. THE MEETING SHOWS UP AND SAYS IT IS WAITING FOR THE HOST TO START THE MEETING. I AM THE HOST AND I CREATED THE MEETING, SO WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
