I have been trying to use screen share on 3 android devices, a Samsung phone and 2 Samsung tablets. I am able to share photos and the url option, however when I try to share the screen all I get is "search apps" and dialogue saying "this permission allows an app to show things on top of other apps you're using ". I'm not given the option to to click on anything else. Please advise. I am using zoom version 5.17.7 (19440)
Hi everyone, I'm desperately looking for some help... I have set up scheduling templates under Managed Schedules and assigned them to a Group, but users in the group cannot see these schedules. Is there something I need to activate to get them to see these schedules? I also tried to assign these templates to individual users but that also does not work. Thanks in advance for your help!
Hi, i upgraded my zoom account to Pro Version, according to the fact i have meetings longer han 40 minutes. I got the email about the payment, but no email about the activation of the Pro Version. So now my next meeting is wednesday and i still just have the Basic account. I saw that other user had the same problem, but found in the other chats no solutions. Thanks for help. I have a user that when he makes a call (internally or externally) he can't hear the call dialing. He also can't hear any music when he is put on hold. If he changes his audio device to use the internal speakers of the laptop the audio is fine. This is the second laptop this has happened too. To clarify there is no issue when speaking to the end user. Both sides can be heard clearly. It is only when he is put on hold he does not hear audio. We have tried a different laptop. Different Headsets using different connection methods. Type C, USB2 and bluetooth. All give the same issue. Im hoping someone else has come accross this issue and may be able to help 🙂

When I join a meeting it shows a different name than mine and a different picture than me. One time I was in a zoom meeting and let my boss use her name and her picture instead of mine. But now I can't get it off. Suggestions?
My Zoom sessions are always dropping out. I am the scheduler and this is very inconvenient. I have contacted my ISP, there are no issues there. I have contact TP Link - everything has been updated. I run off the Google IP address. I don't know what else to do, it is causing major issues with my online paying clients.
I have a code 124 error. I have Zoom one pro and am on a windows computer. My email addresses are the same in app and web. I have tried c:\usser\username\documents\Zoom and can't work out how to enter this to access the chat just said to put it in, but put in in where? Low tech people need more help. Thank you
hello zoomers-I've noticed that on my newish laptop that the fan will start running and make noise when I am in a zoom session. It seems to only to happen when I am on Zoom. Is this normal? I've had some other issues and have been concerned that my computer was hacked and became even more concerned when this started. Please let me know if this is common. Thank you!
Hello!My colleague has a recurring meeting which can be start anytime without a concrete schedule. I can't find a way to plan recurring meeting without setting the repeating period. I use a Zoom workspace for MacOs and an iPhone app (6.2.5). How to set such kind a recurring meeting?
I would like to stay on Gallery view during the call, but record only me as a speaker and hide my participants even when they speak. But this is not possible if the call is save locally on laptop. Even when i pinned myself, the recordings still shows a gallery view of everyone. However, I notice if it is a cloud recordings, it works.Local recording seems to provide a better resolution than cloud, that's why i am taking this option.Does anyone has a solution for local recording, featuri speaker only while in gallery view?
If the recording is removed from the host's account, is there a way to recover it ?(at least for a couple of days?)
i need to figure out how to get my schedule back on my computer screen when i click on "meetings". right now it only has one repeating meeting when it should be 5 total. this is slowing me down because I used to just be able to click on the preset meeting and start it. today i cannot, but for the one meeting that is there. how can i reverse this and get my meeting schedules back. btw, my phone shows all meetings just fine. it's the computer that has an issue.
Can someone please help me with this? I used to be able to log in and see all my meetings I created, then click the one I wanted to start with my team, but now only I see 1 meeting, that repeats weekly. I believe I had 5 scheduled before. I cannot see them on my computer and its slowing me down. Surprisingly when I log on my phone, I see all the meetings but I need it back on my computer. I am wondering if I clicked something on accident on settings to cause this.

For the last two Zoom sessions I've had, the recording of my side of the conversation has had echos and glitches. The first time, the other person in the conversation heard it live as we spkoe; the second time, they didn't, but it was still there in the recording. I used a different mic for each session. I'm worried this will continue to happen and no idea how to fix it.
Hello Team, Here is my dilemma. We purchased these amazing headphones from Jabra, evolve2 75 version, with built in Active Noise Cancelation software. However, anytime I am on a zoom meeting, everyone can hear my background noise. I can't find a way to correct the settings and need some help. Is there a way to fix this?

It seems I have all the settings set to allow livestream to YouTube, yet when I attempt to go live, a message pops up saying I need the privilege granted. Settings are on the account level, I am the owner. What am I missing?
How do you change where zoom local recordings go? AT the moment they go to Dropbox but I would like them to go to google docs or similar. Thanks
I would like to be able to have my zoom chat open in a separate window when I am working in Zoom docs. Is this possible without having to open the zoom doc in a browser window? I would also like to be able to have two zoom docs open at once, without one having to be in a browser window, like how OneNote allows you to have multiple windows open so you can have different notebook pages open at once.

I have begun to get random emojis popping up during confidential Zoom meetings. These pop-ups are not generated by me nor my clients. I now have significant privacy concerns. My piano student's piano sound is being suppressed during meetings. He says he hears my piano sound fine. I have "original sound for musicians" turned on. Does he have a similar option somewhere on his settings?He is using an Android phone and I'm on my laptop using windows 11. I've had similar problems with other students but they were able to adjust audio settings on their phones. How can I instruct him to adjust his Zoom Meeting audio settings. I can't update my app and it keeps telling me to contact the IT admin but I AM the admin! I can't get help on the phone, the chatbot is worse than useless and I can't log in to any of my meetings! please help asap!
