HelloI have expanded my Zoom access to Zoom Rooms because I want all meeting participants to be able to enter the Zoom room without the host having already opened the meeting, i.e. the participants can also conduct the meeting independently, without a host.Can you please give me support with which Zoom settings I need to make for this?I look forward to hearing from you.Best regardsHutter

We use for our meeting, a polycom dial phone. It's very uselful for a big meeting room. Everybody can hear and speak whatever the distance of the phoneBy using dial phone solution, the automatic background noise suppression  is activated. In this case the voice is chopped.I did not see any option to remove this "automatic background noise suppression".There is some hotkey to use on the dial?Thank you for your helpPatrick

I have a Basic Plan with Zoom. I use a Microsoft laptop. Our investment club meets in person in a physical room, with 1-3 other members joining via Zoom. To enhance audio and microphone for those on Zoom, we have purchased a 3 microphone/speaker product which connects into the one port in my laptop. However, only one microphone/speaker works at one time. In Settings, I am able to switch between microphones/speakers, but only one works at a given time. What do I need to do in Settings so that all 3 work at the same time?  

My co-worker and I are musicians and we need to be able to share musical projects together through our DAW ( in this case Reaper) In real time with audio and video. I am able to share my Audio a Video seamlessly though my iMac, however my co-worker is using a Windows machine and does not have Zoom listed as an audio device within his reaper audio settings? We both run the same versions of reaper. Does anyone have a solution to why I have the option to select Zoom in my audio devices and he is not? Thanks!

My Kendao Meeting 360 camera did work for a couple of years on Zoom on my MacBook air with Sequinta 15.0.1. Suddenly it didn't work any more. It comes up as an alternative camera but the picture freezes imediately. The camera works on Zoom on a PC and it works on Messenger and not on Signal on my Mac.I have zoom version 6.3.0I have had contact with Kendao support and they have tried the camera on Zoom with a Mac and it worked.Other extra cameras work fine but not the Kendao camera. Any ideas?

As of last night's upgrade to v6.3.0 (Windows application), Zoom no longer works at all. Can't attend meetings. Can't change Audio settings (this crashes it immediately), etc.  - Un-installed and re-installed from new download. No change.- Rebooted. No change.  It's totally worthless now. I see a ton of reports with Zoom not working on the web since this update, too.

What can I do to resolve Zoom incorrectly blocking UK users from joining a UK-only meeting? Multiple users, based in Wales, have recently been blocked from meetings on the incorrect basis of being in Germany or the Netherlands. How can this be fixed?

When teaching my math class, I always screenshare the classic whiteboard because it's bigger. When I click the toolbar to erase what I wrote, the whiteboard minimizes by about 30%. This just started today. If I want to change the ink color, nothing goes wrong. Touching my pen to anything I usually do on that toolbar minimizes the whiteboard every time. I just uninstalled Zoom Workplace Pro yesterday in order to update it via reinstalling. That's because the update instructions use features I don't have. I repeated that process this morning to no avail. My version is now 6.2.3 (47507) on a Dell Inspiron 3793 laptop (Windows 11). Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi, I bought a new android tablet (a very minor item) and although my bluetooth headset works in other applications like hearing youtube, it does not work on zoom meetings. Microphone and audio comes from the tablet itself. I tried the nearby device settings (it's on), reinstalling zoom, and restarting the system. I even did factory reset of the tablet and it still doesn't work.using a wired earphone with microphone works. How can I make my bluetooth headset work?

I am using the web client on a desktop.  The closed caption option does not work.  There is nothing in the live transcription area either.   Closed caption is "on".  Nothing appears 

At the start of each new day, I can see the events scheduled for the day on the Calendar work week view, but in the Today view/side panel it displays "No events scheduled". If I exit the Zoom application and restart it, then the Today view/side panel correctly displays the events listed for the day in the work week calendar view. Then at the start of the next day, there are no events displayed in that Today view/side panel even if the calendar shows events scheduled for that day, until I exit the application and restart it.

Hi, I have a huge problem. I can't seem to find a recording I did last night. I wasn't the host but I was given permission to record the meeting. This has happened previously and I didn't have a problem about this before until now. I followed all the steps to recovering non-converted recordings, and that Zoom would already have that saved incase you want to convert it. The problem is it's not showing up in my app and webportal. As well as the meeting that took place, it isn't in my history as well. 

With Zoom I present a powerpoint with the presenter's image embedded, it works very well. But I record the presentation with the recording offered by Zoom, in the cloud, and when I retrieve the recording the image of the presenter is next to it and not embedded.

When my Zoom Phone rings, I ONLY want it to ring on my phone; NEVER on my laptop. How do I turn OFF the ringer on my laptop? (MacBook)

Can I assign a Zoom Room to a person with a Zoom Pro License? Or can I use a zoom Room system with a personal Zoom Pro License?  

Hi, I have ZOOM 6.2.6, but just upgraded to the newest version.  For the past several ZOOM meetings, my guests have a message that tells them that the host has joined, but there is no indication on my end that anyone is in the waiting room nor an option to admit them. :(. Any suggestions?

Hi, my scheduled meetings have all disappeared from my Zoom account. They haven't been deleted, they're just not there. I need to use the same links and not create new meetings as all my clients have the links saved. I just tested one link in an email that I had sent to a client and the meeting started, so it seems to be working. Can my meetings be reinstated to my account?

I want to say thank you for enabling Apps inside Zoom. This is a super useful feature! I do online training with groups of 25-30 people at a time. I use Miro as a whiteboard tool and I have always asked individual people to open Miro in their own browser. This forces them to have 2 windows open - Zoom and Miro - and often they are on a laptop, making it difficult to see both windows.Since I enabled the Miro app inside Zoom, they can see the whiteboard within Zoom, and only need 1 window. I also appreciate that the Miro app stays open as the participants move into a breakout room for some activities, and come back to the main room. The app is activated once, and they continue to collaborate on it throughout the entire session. There are a few limitations that I hope can be addressed in the future:- the app only works if people have the zoom app installed, not in a browser- for the host, if I jump into a breakout room, the app is disabled.  I need to re-enable the app
