can i go back to previous version? since the update my cam freeze all the time, huge lagg and it crashes a lot HUGE CPU KILLER i didnt had this problem with previous version, it is so annoying and frustrating. is there a way to go back? I tried right click the app restore previous version but there are no previouus versions available. Please help im going nutts here

I migrated from a group to another one, and I lost all my cloud recordings. Is there any way to recover them?

I got my zoom from https://zoom.us/client/6.3.5.6065/zoom_x86_64.pkg.tar.xz on NixOS (x86_64 linux).After installation it idles at 100% CPU for a while, without starting the GUI, then crashes. I cannot downgrade to the last working version, which was 6.2.11-5069 , because that no longer allows SSO-login (see picture).Many NixOS users have the same experience. What do we do?  

I'm new to creating APIs in Zoom.   An API must be created by an administrator, which is me.  I started to create the API, but the configurations are associated with my credentials.The Zoom user requesting the API is not an administrator; their role is a member.If I grant administrator rights to this user, they will have access to all information in the City’s Zoom account.Is there another role, I can provide the member user to create the API under their current credentials?If the answer is no, if I grant them temporary administrator role to create the API and them remove administrator role, will API configurations still be associated with their credentials?Looking for any assistance to move this project along.  Thanks!

I was setting my schedule on Zoom scheduler and unchecked both days (Saturdays and Sundays), but I still see those days on my booking links. I want to hide those days.  On the instructions, it said to uncheck those days, which I have done, and it does not make any difference. Anyone of you have found a solution? Thanks.

Hello,I interviewed a client on Zoom 3 days ago and activated AI Companion.  I didn't record the meeting.  When I went to my account to access the transcript I realised that I hadn't clicked the button which enables access to transcripts.Is it still possible to access the transcript of this meeting?  I wanted to use the interview as a case study so am very disappointed I don't have a recording or a transcript.Thank you.Kate

Hi, since I upgraded to release 6.2.6,when using team chat, I can't display any more the list of participants in the chat container. Is there any way to get this functionnality back please ? Thanks! Cedric.

 I am doing an ONLINE quiz in acouple of days,Only the participants( Teams) (about 6 teams of 2 each .) and  Scorer and Quiz master  will be visible on screen However I would like the supporters of the respective teams to be able to view the quiz. 1) How  can this be done? Can we do a Live Streaming?2) If  i add in NON PARTICIPANTS   Can I  mute their audio and turn of their cameras .. please respond 

zoomで会議を始めて、5分くらいでマイクが機能しなくなります。ただ、マイクのメニューで「外付けマイク」と「システムと同じ」を1～2回程度切り替えると、またマイクが使えるようになります。マイクが使えなくなると、zoomのオーディオ設定画面でもマイクは反応しませんが、windowsのサウンド設定画面ではマイクは反応しているようです。なおGoogle Meetでは、同様の症状は起きないので、zoomのみで発生しています。アプリを再インストールしたり、パソコンを再起動しても改善しませんでした。どうしたらよいでしょうか？ 

Hi All,  There are around 50 cloud recordings I am interested to pull the metadata. I am particularly looking for the duration of each recordings (to pay for the tutor). When I exported the Cloud Recordings metadata to csv file, there is no duration of the recordings or end time, but only start time is present. Can I get these data when I export the metadata on csv file? Please let me know. Thanks.

Hi, the Chat section in my Zoom app has changed its layout. Before, I had a sidebar on the left with contacts and channels, and on the right, there was a panel ready to view chats when I clicked on a contact. Now, the screen only shows contacts, and to see a chat, I have to double-click, which opens a new window. Is there a way to restore the old layout?

I am not able to share sound while sharing screen on zoom anymore. I am a Mac user. I am used to share my screen to watch videos with my friends but one day it suddenly stopped to share my computer's sound. I have tried everything I could find out on the app. I have tried re-installing the zoom app and restarting my computer. I have selected all the different types of audio sharing options(Off, mono, stereo(high-fidelity)). When I select mono or stereo options even I can't hear sound of the video but when the "OFF" options is selected while screen sharing, I can hear the sound fine but other people in the meeting can only hear the dialogues of the video and not the background music, which is very strange to me(I was playing the video on VLC media player). I am not sure of the uniqueness of the problem so if anyone else have faced it and knows how to solve it please help. Thanks!

Running most recent versions of Windows/Office/Zoom.I have a pen tablet that works well with PowerPoint, but as soon as I turn on screensharing in Zoom the cursor becomes invisible while over a white background in the slide while in presentation mode.  If I use the pen to annotate (ppt annotation, not Zoom annotation) it becomes really difficult to work with it.  I have been using it without this issue for about a year, so this behaviour is new but I'm not sure if it is a result of updates to the Zoom client, Windows, or PowerPoint.According to meeting attendees, they can see the pen cursor, so this seems like it is probably a Zoom issue, but I can't be sure.Edit:  Just tried this in MS Teams and the result was exactly the same (missing cursor over white areas), so I guess this is not a Zoom issue after all. I can use the Zoom annotate as a workaround, but I prefer to use the native function in PowerPoint for a number of reasons.

Our company had a zoom meeting on 1/20/2025. We had a few people on Zoom and some people in person. One of the people on Zoom shared their screen and Spotify showed up first then there was a XVideo that showed up at 18 minutes and 23 seconds in to the meeting. We can't see who shared the screen because the recording doesn't have who the participants were. Is there a way to check after the meeting who the participants were and who shared the inappropriate video? 

When I launch the Zoom app on the PC I bought last October, it will be terminated immediately.The PC has enough specifications and is the latest version of the app. I also tried several Internet environments. Zoom camera won't while OBS app is open, and the Video Capture Device is selected.  I believe it's a compatibility issue with my Microsoft Surface Laptop *7th Gen) with a Snapdragon X Elite (12 Core) Processor.   Both OBS and Zoom have the latest updates, I have reinstalled, rebooted, open OBS first then Zoom, etc.  I also installed the regular version of Zoom for windows and tried the ARM version of Zoom and still have the same result.  I've also look at the camera privacy settings.   OBS video does work in MS Teams.    Please let me know if there is a workaround, patches, or setting changes I can make to resolve this issue.   Thanks

Hello, How can I configure notifications for calls coming inbound to a ZCC queue, so that the agents who are already in Occupied status (like in another call) can see there are calls waiting? I know that in this scenario, with all agents Occupied, Overflow routing is triggered. But prior to initiating that Overflow, I'd love for the Occupied agents to see some sort of pop-up or etc. that says, "Hey, there's another call coming into this line right now!" At which point, they can terminate their current call to accept that new call, or they can at least know there is a call about to hit Overflow. Seems like such a basic setting, but I can't find this one! Alerts on a queue won't suffice here, unless I am unknowingly using them incorrectly. This needs to be a real-time, "in your face" type of notification. I appreciate your input! This is my first forum post. I am a Zoom Pro One subscriber. I'd like to have people call into my meetings using their phones but I don't know how to activate this feature, or the how include dial-in phone number and meeting passcode in my meeting invitations. I need your help please. Thanks

When a few people talking at a time and I begin speaking, they can't hear me

after updateing to 6.3.0 when to interact in setting the app will crash and will go back to main zoom heading. when joining a meating when it request pc audio it will alos crash. recumend keeping on 6.2.11 via d https://zoom-us-zoom.en.uptodown.com/windows/versions link to arcrived downloads. as what ever changed in 6.3.0 stops all interaction with audio slections for pc users.  

Just installed workplace and now I can't use audio - when I try to switch to audio settings the app crashes. audio, workplace, crash, Mac M1 Ventura  

After my zoom updated to 5.17.5 (29101), I started to notice crackling/popping from my USB speaker/mic (Jabra Speak 510).  The crackling/popping comes and goes and sometimes is really bad and sometimes is minor. It doesn't happen when I send audio through my Macbook speakers, only when using the USB speaker. I've tested various settings, and it seems to be better if I switch audio settings to- Original sound for musicians- High-fidelity music mode: On- Echo cancellation: On- Stereo audio: Off But even with the above settings, the crackling/popping still happens sometimes (just less frequently). Has anyone else seen something similar?
