Hi,I have been teaching via zoom since Covid.Happily doing so with no issues.I share Computer Audio, pin myself to screen, with thumbnails of all attendees around the top or side of screen.Since the recent update on zoom, when I share computer audio, this now takes up a large % of screen, and I can't make myself centre of screen with thumbnails around. Sharing Computer Audio used to appear in a small box at the top of the screen, and cannot understand for the life of me why this was changed.  See screenshot for how it appears now.Am I missing something? Is there any way of getting rid of the big box on left telling me I am sharing computer audio?

Im pretty sure I have everything set up correctly.  I have checked the box.. "allow participants to join at any time"But for some reason, when they use our meeting ID # they are getting the green bar at top of their screen saying" the hose has another meeting in progress."  This is a new acct.  We have used zoom daily in the past with no issues.  Our clients have been able to always join our sessions.  We recently had to create new acct.. so Im thinking Ive missed something.. Appreciate any help.  

Hey all,Wondering if anyone can help me with this.It had been a while since I had used Zoom for remote workouts.  Today I set everything up as I used to, meaning that I used my mobile phone (Android, Pixel 8 Pro) to access the remote session.  I could however not find an option to cast the video to my TV, using a Chromecast device.  This is something that I had always done in the past though.So, I started to wonder if I should have just opened the meeting link within my Chrome browser on Android, but somehow I seem to be forced to download the app... which in turn doesn't allow me to cast the workout session.Am I missing something?  Any help would be much appreciated.Cheers

I’ve been using Zoom for years to host virtual interactive shows and this is the first time I’ve run into a big issue. The new share computer audio function is pushing my clients out of gallery view. When I share computer audio, there’s a screen that pops up moves my audience to one side like side by side gallery view, just like I’m screen sharing. But I'm not sharing screen, just audio. It automatically does this everytime I share computer audio. I want to disable it. I'm running on macOS 12 with a 2016 Macbook Pro and have fully updated to Zoom Worstplace... Oh sorry. Typo. Zoom Workplace. 

I lead online strength workouts. Next month I am having surgery so an athlete will demonstrate the exercises on Zoom while I still coach. These workouts are recorded. I can Spotlight the athlete while providing supporting audio when the workout is live, but the recording only shows me, the speaker. How can I make the recording continue to show the spotlighted athlete, while hearing my audio? 

I host a zoom workout which involves playing music and using a timer on my Macbook. Recently my zoom attendees can no longer hear the timer or the music. They can only hear when I speak (and typically only when I am close to my laptop). Did settings change that block out this type of sound? Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Ever since I installed the Zoom update last week, when I am doing a workout class on zoom, the music that is played is now at half volume.   Does anyone know how to fix this?  The instructor volume is normal but the music he plays is at half volume.  Please let me know.

I have been using ZOOM for my online workout classes for the last 2 years.  Music was working really well but as of the last month it is coming in and out.  I am just wondering if there are new settings or some kind of update that has happened.  Would love some feedback as it is really annoying to my clients and it is in my recordings. 

I am using AirPods Pro 2 connected to my laptop. Sound works perfectly for everything, including YouTube, but when I go into the audio settings in Zoom, the AirPods stop working—both the sound and microphone stop functioning. Is there a way to resolve this?

I want the AI companion to be emailed to automatically all meeting participants (from inside and outside my company) after the session.How can this be set up? I've tried and it's still not working.

I have this issue several times, when I shared the meeting link, someone in the participant list take the control  of the Host role  from me.. Thereafter, I couldn't share screen or talk . Then I again log out and join again to the same meeting link, reclaim my HOST .. ズームミーティングをカスタムライブストリーミングのサービスを使って、ユーチューブでも配信したとき、ズームのホストの画面上には何も表示されないのに、録画されたユーチューブの画面には、字幕が入っていました。以前には、このようなことは起きませんでしたが、ある時期から、字幕が入るようになっていました。ズームの設定で、字幕に関するものをオフにしたところ、カスタムライブストリーミングで配信されているユーチューブのほうには字幕は表示されなくなりました。このように、ホストの画面には字幕がないのに、カスタムライブストリーミングしたユーチューブの画面には字幕が表示されているのは、問題のある仕様ではないかと思いますが、いかがでしょうか。

Hi, Ever since my zoom updated to be Zoom Workplace, my airpods aren't working with the app.  The Microphone lights up when I'm talking, but when I go to TEST Speaker and Microphone, I can't hear anything.  I have verified i have selected my airpods as both the speaker and microphone.  I have verified no additional drivers to install for my airpods.  I have uninstalled airpods from my computer and reinstalled them.  I have a headset that works just fine with Zoom Workplace, but my airpods won't.  My airpods are able to work perfectly fine with TEAMS (which is frustrating because I hate teams and that's why I purchase zoom for my business).  And I have never had these problems before the upgrade to Zoom Workplace.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Also - I went to my computer sound settings and made sure everything was good over there.

I'm trying to install Zoom on my old PC, which is running Windows 7 Ultimate. Every time I attempt the installation, it either fails midway or the app won’t launch after installation is complete. Has anyone successfully installed Zoom on a similar setup? Are there specific Zoom versions or workarounds that are compatible with older systems like mine? I'd really appreciate any suggestions or advice! Thanks in advance for your help!

I have a Workplace Pro account and I'm self-employed.  I cannot find the Trash icon in "Recordings & Transcripts" in order to retrieve a deleted recording (within 7 day period).   I only see at the upper right an icon "Document" that sends me to an instruction page for how to record a meeting. The lack of a Trash icon is true for both "Cloud Recordings" and "Computer Recordings."  So, if the lack of such icon suggests that my Settings are wrong, is there something I need to adjust in my Settings?  Zoom's detailed instructions for how to retrieve recordings seems to have left this salient step out.

I am with an academic institution that offers an Enterprise version of Zoom, which I access through Google Chrome on a Mac.  My default settings are to record every meeting in the cloud.  However, I noticed today that all my meetings are "disappearing" and I cannot find a "trash" icon on the web-based view to recover.  Has something changed recently?  Can someone help me find my "lost" recordings?

The application won't quit when I close it via the cross icon in Windows, via the taskbar and it's still in the system tray, even though I have this option turned off in the settings. I want to quit the application normally, please. How?

I'm participating in a 3-month program that has on 3+ zoom calls per day.   During those we want to identify ourselves in groups by appending something to our display name, like "cohort 6".  That way when people are speaking we can understand what group they're in.    But for all the other zoom meetings I do all week, I do not want that to be shown, it is confusing for my other clients.It gets painful to rename myself 3x/day every day.   Also I have to *not* click links to enter meetings, and instead use "join meeting" and enter the number,   or else I don't get a chance to rename myself before it is visible to others. Is there a way to have the context determine what is displayed, in a way I can control ? Separately I have noticed that in some more formal meetings my display name is not used, and instead just first+last is shown.   That appears to be under the

Hello,My meetings are with one person at the time.One of my student cannot see the tools of the whiteboard and that's the case for every meeting (meetings are programmed and recurring each week).Other students (in other meetings) can.What can I do? How can 1 meeting have different setups?Thank you 

I am deeply disappointed in how Zoom handled the recent Zoom update.Last week, Zoom had me update to the latest and now my web cam no longer works. Not it just shows a black screen. I am on Mac Sonoma 14.1.  This is a product excellence failure and the fact that no fix was pushed out in the days after is additionally disappointing. I've been using Zoom for sometime now but with Google Meet working better and free with no limit, I'm highly tempted to just switch.

I did the recent update and now Zoom shows my video options (laptop camera and my Logitech) but when I selected the Logitech I get a pop up that says to choose a different camera option. My internal camera works when selected, but if I click on the Logi camera I get a black box. My logitech camera works within Canva, and I have checked the settings on my laptop and Zoom has permission for cameras. I tried to find camera options within settings in Zoom but can't find it (I see audio, but I don't have a video/ camera option). This is most definitely a Zoom update issue! Everything was working perfectly prior to this update, I need help resolving this. I did submit a claim but have yet to hear back.
