My external webcam was working fine with Zoom for months and then all of a sudden sometime in the past two weeks, it stopped working and instead my video is a black screen to participants and to myself. I tested this same external webcam with Google Meets and it's working fine on Google Meets so it's definitely something with Zoom. My built in Mac Air laptop camera does work with Zoom but I cannot use it for meetings because it is damaged and I look blurry which is why I have been using the external webcam these past few months for Zoom meetings. I tried the following to troubleshoot: uninstall/reinstall Zoom, upgrade my Mac software, restart computer, go into Zoom video settings to check everything; check my privacy/security settings to make sure Zoom has access to my camera.Anyone else have a similar issue or know how to resolve?

Hi All - I have had a very frustrating experience, where my airpods appear to be connected to my computer and work initially during a zoom call but will stop transmitting audio after a few minutes. They still appear to be paired and connected to my computer and still even show up as an option within the zoom audio settings, but will not function properly. This is an issue across other airpods - not just one in particular. It also only happens during a zoom call, audio works fine while watching youtube/netflix for example. Are there any settings that we need to be aware of that should help fix this? I have tried all of the other suggested items, such as disconnecting from other devices etc.  It is very clear to me that this is a zoom only issue. Thanks for the help!

I use cloud recording very frequently to sell my classes. I find it very practical and convenient to use the recorded class registration form, so that people who buy my classes can register, and then I approve access when payment has been made. What is not practical is to see the report of the people registered, and I find it tedious to have to search for a particular registration as the information is displayed in no particular order. I propose as an improvement: that the registration report be sorted from the most recent date to the oldest date of registration (as default). That alone would be much more practical when searching for an enrollee. If possible: the registration report could be sorted by name, last name, email or registration date.Thank you very much !

Hi!I work in the IT department for my company. We depend on getting emails containing voicemail. We received a ticket this morning that some people had left voicemail that the appropriate recipients didn't get. There were 16 voicemails recorded for one of our user accounts. I did a Message Trace in Office 365 and only 14 emails arrived from Zoom for that associated email account. I have no way of knowing if Zoom failed to send the emails or if Office365 silently dropped them. Is it possible to get email delivery reports from Zoom? It would be great if I could send such a thing to Microsoft support and ask why they're dropping our emails, if that's the case.

I type live captions for Deaf and HOH students. I use a laptop, so my screen is rather small. The green annotation pencil button is in the way of where I type, but I've looked everywhere and can't find a way to get rid of it. Annotation is not enabled for participants and it may not show on the students' screens, but it's really getting in my way. Does anyone know how I can get the button to go away? 

Soft colors such as pink and yellow that I draw on my screen do not appear on the opposite side. The colors of the application icons on my screen also look strange.  Since I cannot add a photo, I am adding the link to my x.com post. Dear Community,This 10 DLC Campaign approval process needs more structure and clear guidance on what is required and how to complete the form.I have tried all but my campaign has not been approved. Each time, I am asked to fix this, or that. Once issues are fixed, case gets declined or rejected again for a new reason. At some point, it does not make any sense.  The last instructions I worked on was about adding contact information to online presence. After making changes, I re-submitted my request for approval. I was surprise that my request was rejected again.Upstream CNP declined sharing request for campaign XXXXXXX.Explanation: Brand name inconsistent with online presence. Using iphone 13 pro and airpods pro.When I remove airpods from my ear, I get unmuted.How can I disable this feature?

I am using a Windows laptop with Microsoft Edge. I'm not sure why this is a new issue, but I can't seem to use the browser to sign in or launch meetings from Outlook. I use my school's SSO which directs me to sign in on the browser, but there seems to be the issue of the browser not being able to communicate with Zoom. It works the other way around, where signing in opens the browser, but not the browser to Zoom if that makes sense. I can't click on "Launch Meeting" buttons and I am forced to join via browser. I know the browser used to ask if it should always launch Zoom without needing to ask, but even after resetting my browser settings, it still doesn't communicate with the app. I can't sign in to the Zoom app and I can't join any meetings that require me to sign in. I don't have this issue on any of my other windows devices, so I'm quite puzzled with this issue.

Dear all, Please refer to below as problem symptom when occurring the defect.We having an issue where my mouse input stops for my entire computer and I need to plug in my mouse again when I start a Zoom meeting. After 10-20 seconds or hang-up mouse input stops again and only fix I've found so far is this method. This doesn't occur with any other software. Am I alone in misunderstanding the design of Zoom Mail?  I just added on a small environment to test and evaluate.  The FIRST thing I discover when sending an email to my gmail account, is that the message arrives into my gmail recipient as a "Zoom Mail Notification"!!  I view that Notification and then find that I have to click a button in that email which then directs me to a webview of the original email.  Is it me or this crazy??!!!!!!  I have to be missing something because there cannot possibly be a billion dollar company with pretty good technology....that forgot how email works. How do recipients reply to Zoom emails??  Reply to the Notification??  Every email from Zoom has the same subject...."Zoom Email Notification".  You wouldn't even know which email you're replying to. Look, I get it that there are use-cases where one wants to send an encrypted email....and anybody on an enterprise email plat

I use Zoom on a Mac...  when someones pastes a hyperlink into chat during a meeting, I am not able to open the link by clicking on it, rather I have to cut and paste the link into my browser.  Others in my meetings are not having this issue.  I have searched settings and help and have had no luck.  All my other chat products allow me to "click and go" to my browser.  Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, how were you able to resolve it?

Hi there. The latest update to the Zoom client for Ubuntu, 6.1.0 (198), has performance issues and screen sharing issues. The zoom client runs slower than the previous version I had installed, 6.0.12.xxx, and when trying to share an application window on a computer with two monitors, it shares the 2 monitors at the same time, does not communicate with options Wayland to select the window you want to share. In previous versions of the Zoom client everything worked correctly. SO: Kubuntu LTS 24.04, KDE Plasma 5.27.11, Wayland 

I have checked my settings. This feature works in meetings--But it wont allow me to check "Share sound" on videos within the webinar feature. Thanks in advance. 

ISSUES AREN'T JUST ONE THING MY PERSONAL MEETING DISAPPEARED.ALL BUTTONS AND LAYOUTS HAVE CHANGED. IF I EDIT A MEETING THAT IS REOCCURRING IT DISAPPEARS FROM MY MY MEETINGS! PLUS IT CHANGES THE DATE AND TIME TO WHEN YOU ARE EDITING.  VS LETTING ME EDIT WHAT I WANTMEETINGS NO LONGER LINK TO MY CALENDAR. HOW DO I UNDO ZOOM WORK PLACE. IT'S HORRIBLE. NOT USER FRIENDLY. Can someone please help advice where to find this magical upload button on whiteboard for a pro account?  Under account management the whiteboard upload is enabled.  Why can I not find this, am I missing something?

Here is a suggestion for an enhancement: The automatic transcription is a lifesaver for preparing meeting notes and minutes afterward for an organization's official record of the meeting. However if a person forgets to hit the "save transcript" button before the meeting ends, all is lost! Please allow for an auto-save function, so the *.txt file saves to the local computer throughout the meeting. There is only a small window for the final save --- after the last person says something of note, and before the host ends the meeting. That is too narrow of a window.

Hi all,I can't find the upload button in the Zoom desktop client after updating it to 5.17.5 on Mac with an Apple silicon chipI tried to change and manipulate the meeting and the whiteboard settings, but nothing has changed

Today I was on a meeting that I wasn't hosting.  Several times when we were sent to breakout rooms, Zoom froze on the joining room box.  It also happened once when rejoining the main room.  I quit Zoom, I restarted my computer and it continued to be an issue.  Any ideas on how to resolve?

Can do it on Android phone or PC but do not find the steps on my Kindle?  Any help will be appreciated

Hello,I have Acquity calendar on my Squarespace site so clients can schedule Zoom meetings. Since the last update, people have not been able to access their meeting. This has happened on my old iMac running Monterey and my fancy new iMac running Sequoia. What's going wrong?

One of our Zoom users has scheduled an important webinar. She added multiple alternate hosts to the webinar, but none of them received the invitation email. Resending the invitation also does not work, although Zoom gives a message indicating the invitation was sent. Invitations are not in people's individual junk mail, nor caught by our corporate spam. Checking the email system shows the messages never arrived. However, other scheduled webinars' alternate host invitations work correctly. It's just this one critical webinar having a problem.- Will an alternate host be able to start the meeting from the link that went to regular attendees, or does the alternate host invitation send a special link they need?-Any ideas what could be causing the invitations not to be sent/delivered correctly? It's  not an issue with our corporate email system.

My last two meetings, the participants were using otter.ai to record on their end, which I am fine with, but after allowing the otter.ai assistant in the meeting, the participant can't join. Has a setting changed somewhere? This was not a problem a few days ago.

The report generated only shows Seconds and it doesn't even shows results in the order of "Fastest answer First". Is there any setting by which i can have results with milliseconds in the Poll/Quiz report(s)?@Webinars "Polls" @Quiz 

I am looking at upgrading a PC that runs Zoom and currently supports three displays - #1 PC monitor, #2 2nd PC monitor and #3 HDMI output to TVs. The upgraded PC can  support 4 displays, hence I'm hoping to use #4 to display the output from Zoom to a separate TV string.We are using the current PC to run hybrid-Zoom meetings whereby the main meeting runs using the existing three displays and the output of the Zoom meeting is as normal over the internet. However, we have two separate TVs that we'd like to be able to send the Zoom output to so that viewers in these rooms that cannot see the main platform at present will be able to do so.My question is - can one output Zoom to a 2nd HDMI port? I sincerely hope so!
