Hi there, During a Zoom meeting, why was a meeting attendee notified the following?  Your host would like to hear from you No host requested them to talk or put their hand up. I would like to turn this setting off but unsure why it appeared or how to turn it off. Thanks,Eliza

Hi. I might be missing something. But I cannot get the feature to open the 'Insert' menu option on iOS or iPadOS Zoom App or browser. How can I enable this feature? Or is that that it does not work?  Thanks a lot. m. 

We had an important Zoom meeting that we need to revisit. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any local copy. However, I still know the meeting ID and other important information from the email. Can we use this to help restore the recording? Thanks !

Is there an option to integrate my zoom meeting id in MS Bookings, so customers booking an appointment via my calendar will directly receive the zoom-link for the meeting. Right know I have only found a way to generate a link to MS Teams. But I have experienced zoom being a more stable  connection compared to MS Teams. That's why I still pay for a zoom account although I could as well use Teams within my O365 licence.Does anyone have an idea or an experience to this challenge?

Hey, we run 4 zoom rooms on polycom TC8 with poly studio x50 and x30's. two local at main office and two remote.  Recently we added the "support interoperability  for zoom rooms" and turned on support for  MS Teams web client etc.  This works great for us, the meeting shows up and has the ability to join (as guest) which is great. Awesome feature.  EXCEPT one thing....It only shows a "Join" button on MS Teams meetings in 2 of the 4 rooms.  In the rooms where it works it shows the meeting name, the join button, and the host name. In the rooms where it doesn't work, it only shows the host name. No other info, and you have to manually enter your meeting ID and pass code.  This is extremely frustrating to our user base.  Anyone see anything like this? I opened a ticket with Zoom, #18163003 So far the responses have included request for us to get into PowerShell and make changes or updates. This cannot poss

A few updates ago, the Zoom app stopped showing my background when I had the Virtual backgrounds turned OFF! What I see is myself with a light blue gradient background. What am I missing? Is there a setting somewhere to set? The Zoom support bots were no help(endless loop of the same suggestions that don't work or don't apply). I appreciate any help anyone has to offer. 🙂

How do I get my profile photo to show instead of just my name

I know we are able to add a cohost. My question is, am I able to have more than one cohost and them have the same accesses that I have? Or am I only able to give one cohost access at a time? I have a Licensed account. 

Hi everyone, I’m having trouble connecting to Zoom from my MacBook Pro running macOS 15.1 (same issue occurred on macOS 14). I’m using Zoom version 6.2.6 on an Apple M1 chip. The app launches, I enter my username and password, see “connecting,” but then I get an error saying, “Can’t connect to Zoom. Check your network and try again.” Zoom used to work on this computer without any issues, but it stopped at some point. Unfortunately, I’m not sure exactly when, as this is my secondary workstation. I’ve tried updating to the latest version of the Zoom app, but the problem persists. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: 1.Reinstalled Zoom multiple times.2.Deleted all Zoom-related files and folders I could find on the disk before reinstalling.3.Confirmed there are no problematic entries in my /etc/hosts file.4.Verified that Zoom works perfectly fine on my iPhone and Mac Mini M1 on the same network, so it doesn’t seem to be a network issue. Given all of this, is there anythi

I use a script in Jamf Pro to download the latest version of the appropriate macOS installer (Intel or M1).  But today the downloaded file is only 243kb, instead of the expected 100+MB.  This causes my script to fail, as the installer command returns this error:  Error - the package path specified was invalid: '/tmp/zoom.pkg'. If I manually go to the "Download for IT Admin" link and download the file from there, then the manual installation works properly. Anyone else having this issue?

Hello! I switched to a FREE account and now Zoom is not working for me at all. My link does not work. I don’t want to have users enter a PASSWORD. And when they do enter the password, they can’t get in!    I need the following: 1. a link to send people that actually works.  2. Do I still have a customized personal invite link? I used to... 3. The settings that require a password is greyed out. I don’t want or need a password for a meeting with 1 person. Can I do a meeting without a password required?  Thank you for your help!!    

Hi all,Before joining the meeting my speaker and mic test seems to be working fine. However when I join audio, the speaker fails to work within zoom. If I try the test speaker option, I can hear some jitter and that's it. I have tried reinstalling zoom, upgrading to windows 11, reinstalling audio drivers, but the problem persists. I was not facing any issue on the same system till a couple of weeks back.  Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Can I use ZOOM in Germany to access a meeting in the U>S>?

Hi - I am trying to access Zoom, however I keep getting the message" You are unable to connect to Zoom. Please check your network connection and try again."  I read the previous posts in the community and tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but that does not seem to work.  Any suggestions?  I am using a MacBook Pro.

I consider myself an experienced computer-based Zoom user. I'm asking for help on behalf of a friend who bought the Tab M10 HD from Curry's during lockdown who said that it would be fine for Zoom. I'm not familiar with Lenovo tablets but I think this one is Android based as the settings app looks similar to my Moto phone.My friend (Pauline) has been able to use the Zoom app to join meetings until about 2-3 weeks ago. When I used the app on her tablet today, it said Update required. The current version is 5.4.x. If I accept the update, a download begins and never completes. If I ignore the update I cannot join a meeting.I tried uninstalling the app and downloading afresh from the Google Play Store. The green Install button in the Play Store flashes when I press it. A message box appears below "Something went wrong - please try again". Repeated presses give the same result.I tried restarting the tablet and then attempting download again from the Play Store but again "Something went wrong

I am a licensed new Zoom host. I need to know the actual time that a meeting I hosted ended (to provide for Minutes of the meeting). I know how long we scheduled for Zoom...but finished "early" and signed out. Is there a way to find the time when we closed the meeting?

I created a meeting on 1/4 at 6:00pm for a meeting on 1/16 at 1:00pm. I copied/pasted the meeting details into an email and sent to several people. I have my waiting room setup. I asked a couple of people to click on the meeting link because I wanted to confirm that they would receive, "wait for the host to let you in". The people did say that they saw that, however, the meeting invite said that the meeting was on 1/4 at 6:00pm, which is the date I created the meeting, not the actual meeting date. What is going on with zoom?
