after i amend the zoom AI summary and save it, it asks me to share and when i enter my email, then does not email it to me. how do i get the updated AI summary emailed to my email address?

Is it possible in a breakout Room to play music through 'share screen'If so, what would it be like to also be able to talk over the music?I'd like to be able to DJ with music  in a breakout room.Any advice or experience out there?

I cannot access my Zoom Recordings from Personal > Phone > Recordings But I CAN access them from Admin > Phone System Management > Logs I am the OWNER of the account and I am the only user.    I have  This is actually causing me to not be able to access these recordings via the API, getting 404 file not found on the recording (which led me to this above - I assume this is related). I have followed instructions here:https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0069655https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0069692 and all settings are set to allow recordings and access recordings. Please advise.   

I recently purchased a Pro account.  I'm trying to figure out how to add one tap information to the meeting invite so people w/o the ability to use video can dial in by phone.   I have enabled both phone in the meeting setup.  But how do I get zoom to generate an invite that I can copy paste with one tap dial in?

Hello, In the account I have changed the setting to automatically turn on the camera when participants join the Zoom meeting. Since I changed the settings in our Zoom-account, the function isn't working. Participants can still choose to leave their camera off when they enter the room. I checked it with my private login and my camera stayed off. Did I overlook something in the settings? Do the members always keep the right whether or not their camera is on? Thanks for your help, Crystel.

I hosted and recorded a Zoom meeting yesterday, but did not turn on the AI summary. The meeting is saved in the cloud. I would now like to generate an AI summary of the meeting.How do I do that?Thanks!RickR

I am working on hosting a +2000 audience webinar. We have integrated Zoom with Hubspot, so all registrants receive a personalised link to join the webinar on the day via our Hubspot flow. We don't send any registrant emails via Zoom. I would like to extend the scheduled time for my webinar by +30 minutes just to give more buffer and to avoid any potential that we pass the scheduled end time and the webinar automatically shuts off (I understand that this shouldn't happen but sometimes seems too... from what I've read in the community here).My question is - if I edit the scheduled time of my webinar, will this impact the registration flow/links? Note, we don't send registration emails/confirmations via Zoom, but rather through our Hubspot integration.  Thank you!

I'm using Zoom app on One Plus Pad Go Tablet. The device meets all the requirements for virtual background and I've turned on the virtual background in zoom setting too, but there's no option for 'Background and Effects' in Zoom meetings on my device. Why? How do I fix it? Does that happen to all One Plus Pad Go users? 

Hi When my co-host shares his screen, any zoom popups displays as black boxes on his screen for his viewers. He is using an Apple Mac with Parallels. How can I stop this please? Many thanksKeith

We run training workshops on Zoom where the host has an application that runs on their MacBook. We need participants to talk to this application through the Zoom meeting. Is there a way to direct participant audio to the application running on the hosts machine? 

We have a client who has a Zoom Workplace PRO account, but until now they used the accounts from a desktop.We recommend purchasing a POLY X72 and a POLY X30 to use in two different physical rooms. Our question is, what does he need to buy to get this working properly? 1) have one more user, each with an associated POLY deviceuser1 - POLY x72user2 - POLY X30 2) Create a new Zoom WorkPlace PRO account with just 1 user:where the initial account is POLY X72and in this new account POLY X30 What other suggestions do you have?

I’ve noticed that when sharing a link in Zoom chat, the desktop app shows a rich preview (with a thumbnail and description), but the mobile app only displays a plain text link.Is there a setting to make link previews appear the same on both desktop and mobile?

We would like to schedule a reocurring meeting with two separate meeting times. One in the morning and one in the afternoon and use one link for both. We'd like to eliminate the confusion for our guests and only provide one link. Is this possible? I cannot find the answer and online chatbox doesn't provide the answer.

The Zoom Phone automated attendant's pronunciation of people's names is wrong in some case. Zoom needs to allow users to record their own name. 

Hii downloaded the newest Version of zoom yesterday and since then have had issues with the camera when on zoom. This is the case for multiple cameras - it sticks and flickers and the only thing I can do is turn it off and on yet it does the same after a few moments so the process is repeated.  It flickers and goes bright and crazy! I have never had a problem like this before. I have the same problem on multiple browsers on my laptop.  I have the same issue on different cameras on the same device. My camera works on Skype and Facebook video call but not zoom. i have checked the flicker frequency on zoom and it is 50 hz. What has happened and can you offer any advice please? Thank you! 

We have a presenter who was trying to share embedded videos in a powerpoint file as well as standalone. He is on a Windows 10 machine. He can hear the audio from his computer, but it is not being shared out.It works fine when we use a meeting rather than a webinar.I tried to duplicate the problem on silicon macs and I was able to hear the audio from each computer. However, when I tried to share my video with the windows presenter, he could not hear the audio. We tried both from within a powerpoint file as well as using the Video file option in the advanced tab on the shared screen.Interesting side note, when I tried the video file option in the advanced tab on the sharing screen between the two silicon macs, the audio was not heard. Only if I share through the narmal screen share, did the audio work.We have looked at the settings and have found nothing else to change. The share audio option is always grayed out on the silicon macs. Does anyone have any answers or things to look at

I'm trying to join a password-protected meeting from the Zoom on my Chromebook. But it never works. Specifically: I click the meeting link, and I'm told: "The host requires authentication on the commercial Zoom platform to join this meeting. Please sign in with a commercial Zoom account to join."I sign in using my Zoom account, and get redirected to the waiting room screen (ie where you preview your video, audio, etc)However, when I click the join button, a toast always appears at the top of the screen saying, "Sign in to join this webinar." And I never actually join the room.Is it possible that Zoom on Chromebook (aka Zoom on the web) fails to remember sign in credentials? In which case, I'll never be able to join any meeting that requires authorization?It appears a few others are experiencing similar issues: @LeoForfar and @AverageMothball

I have taken vows of confidentiality, and I choose to support people who are fragile and vulnerable due to poverty, illness or both. Yesterday, I had a conversation using my Zoom account with my teaching assistant partner, who lives in  Malawi, one of our planet's poorest countries, and a friend from Ireland. My friend in Ireland is exceptionally private, and she shares with me confidential information she shares with no one else.  I had not realized your nosy AI feature was recording as these two people shared their challenging situations.  I pay for insurance for counselling and teaching meditation on Zoom. I am unsure if it covers such a horrific breach of confidentiality and privacy. I nearly had a heart attack when a transcript of our highly confidential  conversation came  to me in an e-mail . How do I make sure that your snooping AI is turned off and Not collecting or sending highly

Hi there,Is it possible to obtain a summary of all my meeting coach statistics on a monthly basis? A report of some kind? I'd like to see if I've improved over time. 

Do I need to OPT OUT of sharing my Zoom AI Summaries in an Open AI platform?  We are a private company, and do not want the contents of our meeting held for research purposes and/or sharing with others.

I don't see AI Companion as a tab under settings.  The docs say it was released on January 27th.
