I want to hold a webinar where I can turn chat on and off for panelists like you can for attendees but I'm not seeing that as an option.  Is that correct?

We have some Administrative professionals that maintain email/calendars for various executives.  and in the last few weeks, they have been noticing odd outlook calendar issues with zoom meetings - If they cancel a zoom meeting from one of the executives calendar, the Admins outlook crashes, and when they reopen outlook , they get a message indicating that 'outlook has disabled the zoom plugin. - We've verified they are on the current zoom outlook plugin- So far this is happening to about 5 of our Admin. professionals.   any thoughts or suggestions?

Hi, In a meeting this morning I shared my screen as host and then assigned slide control to 3 co-hosts.  Later during the meeting we were joined by another co-host but I was not able to assign slide control to him.  His name did not even appear as an option.  Any tips on how to make this work or why it didn't work ?  Bit of a novice with this functionality :-).thanks

Hi, I tried to Integrate Zoom with Pardot, Integration was successful but it is not working for Custom Questions. Required support on below points, Prospect first name, last name, email error ex: tester apiCustom Questions Data not syncing to Pardot (I have created Custom field in Pardot and followed all the steps in documentation mentioned (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068276)Im unable to contact Zoom Support directly, could you please help resolving this issue.  Thanks 

Hallo, bin total verzweifelt. Habe erstmals Zoom benutzt und vor und nach dem Meeting lief eine bestimmte Meditationsmusik,danach habe ich am 10.02 nochmal ein Gespräch geführt im Zusammenhang mit diesem Meeting, wo auch diese Musik eingespielt wurde. Und seitdem fängt in gewisssen Abständen ständig wieder diese Musik in gewissen Abständen an.Hab schon alles mögliche probiert, Systemwiederherstellung, Deinstallieren von Zoom, vom Browser.Allemögliche Einstellungen in Zoom durchforstet und Systemsteuerung (Win 10).Kann mir da bitte jemand helfen?Ein Fehler von mir kann gewesen sein Zoom einfach wie üblich oben rechts mit X im Browser zu schließen ohne abmelden.Inzwischen müsste ich eigentlich aber abgemeldet sein.Versuchte Support zu kontaktieren, klappt anscheinend aber nicht.

Does the Zoom webinar 500 plan mean 500 attendees for the whole month in total, or it means there can be a maximum of 500 active attendees at the same time?

Since a month or 2 ago, my external screen turns black and flickers only when I use Zoom. The Zoom video (on the external screen also) is stable. It is everything else that flickers. This tells me that is it not the screen connection.Also my internal screen (laptop) is stable.I use my computer a lot and it only happens with Zoom. The problem is that I can't see my notes since they keep blacking out.I have updated to the latest version of Zoom Workplace. No improvement.

I am a teacher i deliver lectures on video editing to my student but when I open app like canva or capcut app my screen does not fully show the options I am seeing sidebars and additional bars where my cursor move not shown to anyone how can I set these which settings should I use. Any expert guide me .

Hi,I have just implemented a formula to concatenate several columns of a table I have generated.  Concat ( [Module],"_",[Type],"_",[Consecutive]) --> FI_R_001 The columne consecutive is a number of three characters like, 001, o 851.  I would like to know, if it is possible instead of populating the consecutive column, use the row id that the table show me,  and add one or two zeros depending on whether the row id has one digit or two. Anyone can help me? 

when I finish zoom meeting it automatically records and saves the meeting. It doesn't show the sentence that recording was not converted. But I turn off the computer and reboot it, and I click zoom it says recording was  not converted. So I tested it. First when I finished a meeting. It recorded the meeting as usual, then I renamed it. I rebooted the computer. And started zoom it said recording was not converted. When I clicked "convert". It made a new file. which was exactly the same as the one I recorded previously. I wonder why? When I don't turn off the computer. And start zoom. That phrase doesn't show up.

Hi, In a previous version of Zoom, we could view the meetings scheduled by other licensed users by "Display meetings scheduled for others" if we are assigned scheduling privileges for that account. However, this button appears to be gone in this new version of Zoom. Is there another way to view all meetings scheduled by other users in this version of Zoom or is that function completely gone? Thanks

I have run into multiple instances now where I am the owner of a zoom call and another co-worker starts a zoom call of their own and it ends my zoom call.  The co-worker originally created the re-occurring meeting and transferred the call ownership to me a while back.  The co-worker is no longer on the call invites.  Anyone know why that would be happening?

On the Zoom International number page, Zoom International Dial-in Numbers - Zoom, there are no numbers listed, and there is an X in the International Number column.  What number should I use to call Toll-Free to the United Arab Emirates?

Hi all. Apologies if i have not selected the correct support board.I have 4 zoom room pc's that seem to be ignoring the OS update schedule. Under update management, when i check the OS update schedule i can see that the scheduled install day is set to everyday, and the active hours are from 5am to 11pm with a weekly system restart on Saturday. Now over the past 2 week or so the windows update window has popped up automatically over the zoom window and obviously can't be closed without IT interaction as there is no mouse plugged into the zoom room pcs. Currently the 4 windows 11 pcs are running zoom room app 6.3.5 (5226). Is there a reason as to why this is occurring? Cheers 

I am trying to run a webinar where you only see the PowerPoint screen not the host or the panelist. I can change it for me but I don't know how to make it so that the attendees don't have a choice but to only see the PowerPoint. 

Zoom notifications about new services and AI tools in the meeting home page UI are too frequent, distracting and annoying. Does anyone know how do we can disable them? We have disabled all the AI features for our organisation and just want to use the base meeting product we pay for. We are not interested in getting spammed about docs and AI assistants and new features constantly while we are trying to schedule meetings. AFAIK there doesn't seem to be an option to turn off being spammed by the Zoom team in the UI. Thanks for any info if I've missed some config and if this is baked into the code can a zoom rep address this one?

Hi -- I've created an All Hosts Available collective booking page with a colleague. The booking page correctly filters both of our calendars and allows viewers to schedule a meeting. However, this is only possible through the direct booking link URL. When using either of our individual scheduler links -- schedule.zoom.us/[username] -- our collective booking page will not display. In other words, only our individual booking pages are available when sending one of our scheduler links. Is there a way to show all of our booking pages, both individual and collective, via our schedule links? The experience I am looking for would enable multiple booking options that correspond to different groups of individuals within the same scheduling link. Upon selecting an option for Alice and Bob, the visitor would be able to book a meeting according to their joint availability. Alternatively, upon selecting an option for Bob and Carol, the visitor would be able to book a meeting accordin

I've got automatic recording setup for my call queues and users. However, I need to make sure internal calls between employees aren't recorded.  I know that enabling auto recording on the call queues will cover inbound calls, but I need to make sure outbound ones are auto recorded too. How can I enable this without it triggering for internal calls?
