Kahoot pro features with Zoom Pro

Hi! I've got a licenced account (Zoom OnePro) and I've read that with this one you can access Kahoot pro features.

However, I don't seem to find the way to let Kahoot understand that I have a Zoom Pro account.

It just keeps asking me to upgrade my Kahoot account every time I want to use a pro feature, even if I've opened Kahoot from the Zoom app a number of times and the emails are the same.

Can someone help me? Is there something to change on the Zoom settings?

Hey @Missjuli welcome to the community and thank you for your discussion! Doing some research and clarifying, are you referring to using Kahoot! 360 Presenter within Zoom and the Kahoot! marketplace app?

From the Zoom side, It looks like Kahoot! is an "Essential App" which you would need a Zoom OnePro plan type or better, which according to your discussion you seem to already have!

Testing out Kahoot! as an App in Meeting, I was prompt'd to login to Kahoot!, question though when you go to https://create.kahoot.it/auth/login are you still facing the issue of Kahoot! asking you to upgrade?

If so, this maybe a Kahoot! account issue, not a Zoom sided issue.

I have a qualifying account, but I can't find a way to upgrade my Kahoot to a premium feature. Here are the instructions:

If you don’t have any Kahoot! subscription yet, to create your own kahoots and access premium features you can redeem a free trial of Kahoot! 360 Essential:

Log in to your Zoom account with the eligible subscription.
Select the Kahoot! icon on the Zoom Essential Apps Dock
Click Redeem at the top of the sidebar.
On the Kahoot! website, click Redeem now to sign up, or log in and upgrade your current account.
There is no Redeem Now in zoom apps under Kahoot.
