Can a user assign multiple devices/phones to one extension? For example, one user works from various offices and sometimes works from home. The user wants three phones at all three locations with the same extension but does not want to use the hot desking feature.  

Help!! When editing a newly recorded video to remove the chatter at the beginning  I inadvertently ended up saving the chatter and removing the entire rest of the recording (almost 2 hours). Is there any way to recover the intact recording?? Thanks!

Hello, Is it possible to add a delay and/or a pause when storing a phone number of a personal contact?Usually commas (,) and semi-colons (;) are used for that purpose, but this does not seem an option for Zoom personal contacts.This is for example to dial a conference bridge, then a delay, then a bridge number and a pin code automatically.If this is not already available somehow, how to raise a feature request? Thanks.

Hi, I am integrating Zoom LTI Pro with my LMS (Learning Management System), and I keep encountering the following error when attempting an LTI launch:NO Client ID found (2505). 400 - v=2.0; clid=aw1; rid=INT_4c51dddfab2ac4ae. 1.Are there any additional configurations required on the Zoom side to recognize the Client ID?  

Hi guys.Every time I open this page in my browser: https://us06web.zoom.us/profileIt's in Russian, while I never change my selected language from English.Even when I go to Profile>Personal>Language, English is selected, yet everything is in Russian. If I click 'Edit' and then confirm English, the dashboard is translated to English.However, if I get back to this dashboard in 1-2 hours later, it's all in Russian again. I'm not clearing cache, not switching accounts, nothing like that.

I wanted a budget webcam for my desktop Windows PC to use with Zoom and after reading some reviews purchased a Razer Kiyo X  Full HD Streaming Webcam. The image was crisp on the Zoom preview window but was extremely broken up with horizontal grey bars that jumped around. I tried changing the video settings including the advanced settings but wasn't able to resolve the issue. I obtained a basic Logitech C270 HD Webcam which works fine but leaves me with the question of whether the Razer was simply faulty or whether this is a known issue with Razer and Zoom and if there's a way around it. Thanks!

This morning I tried to start a live stream from our Zoom Rooms controller (iPad), but the button to start the stream was missing. I was able to work around the issue by joining the meeting from the desktop app, transferring host from the Zoom rooms controller to the desktop user, and then starting the stream from the desktop app. Usually the Start Streaming button is shown on the Zoom Rooms controller after tapping More... Has anyone else experienced this? Has the button, or functionality, been removed?

Hi, I'm having an issue and I hope someone can help.I recently recorded a meeting. The Zoom Recording File shows up on my local folder, however it doesn't convert when I double click on it.I'm unable to find the recording on the Zoom App.I also can't find ztscoder.exe Any ideas?

Hello, I always record my meetings and I often use whiteboards. I like the 'Laser' in the whiteboard to temporarily hightlight some part of the whiteboard while talking and referring to the highlighted area in my speech. However, when I later check the recordings, the laser is not at all visible in the video recording. Termine mi sesión de zoom que estaba siendo grabada en mi equipo, pero tuve que cerrar a la mala "apagando la compu" por que se quedó congelado y no me permitia ni detener la grabación ni cerrar la sesión ni nada, literal se congeló! ¡Habrá alguna forma de recuperar la grabación ???? 

Help me pls! I can't enter meetings that require a commercial zoom account. Usually, I launch the meeting in browser, with Microsoft edge, and using my google account. This has consistently worked for me until yesterday. Now, I can join open access zooms just fine, but when I login into my account and try to join calls with the commercial account requirement, I can only get to the preview screen. When I actually try to join, I repeatedly get a pop-up that reads Failed to Authenticate.  I've already tried clearing my cookies/cache, trying a different google account, restating my computer, changing my wi-fi network, updating my computer, changing my account password and re-logging in. Downloading the desktop app isn't a good option for me because of my built in anti-virus.  I use Windows 11, Version 23H2 for x64-based System on an Acer Aspire 3 (a315-24pt) laptop. Suggestions?

Hello! I noticed recently when I created a Zoom meeting, the invite shows up twice on my Google calendar and my clients receive the invite twice. The Zoom account is under my email. When I create the meeting invite on Google Calendar and mark it from a specific calendar for our company, it duplicates. I checked the integration tab, and everything is off and the data sync and the bidirectional sync are off.  I am not sure what the problem is at this point. Please advise.

Is there a way to send the after webinar email sooner than 1 day after the webinar ends? We would like the Email with the survey to go out an hour after the webinar ends and I only see the options for 1 day- 7 days. We dont want the browser only as we fear people will click away from it before reading that there is a survey there. 

Hello there, I'm experiencing issues on the Zoom app for quite a while now: whenever I'm in a meeting, the application freezes after a while and ultimately goes unresponsive and have to kill the task. Restarting makes it work flawlessly again until it decides to go unresponsive again. I have an issue on our work Zoom account where a meeting description will NOT disappear for all our meetings. When a meeting is set up we put in a title and schedule.  When it comes to the event and the participants are in the waiting room - on joining an incorrect title always shows which we can not find anyway in our settings to remove.  The title we create then sits as a subtitle.  Has anyone else experienced this issue? 

Hi. I am currently trialing the Zoom Phone solution.I have many little stores with 3-12 phones. Today, most have some kinds of very old PBX.Our phone vendor setup logic on these PBX's that a user could open a line and dial *72.This *72 dial would prompt the user for a phone number to call forward too. Users could dial *73 to take the call forward off the line. In Zoom, I have set business hours and I setup an external contact to our after-hours service. If a store closes at 5, the system automatically starts sending calls to the after hours service at 5:01. My "users" are not computer people. We use a PC with a green screen emulator to access our AS/400 database. We don't want to rely on training a user to access zoom via a web browser and and setting up call forwarding. We need the ability to call forward manually for a viarity of reasons. Think of a snow storm. If we close early, we would want to forward the phones.
