Hi I'm using a Workplace pro account for work.  We have a single licence.  When I'm signed in to the zoom app on my macbook and go to schedule a meeting, as soon as I enter an address into the 'attendees' field, zoom automatically  adds a particular colleague as the host of the meeting to the list of attendees.  Worse  - even if I delete this colleague from the list, and send the meeting out, it still has him as the host, and all of this is with his name and email address (i.e. not the email address connected to our pro-account) as the host. I've scoured the internet and zoom for where this setting (presumably something like 'default host for meetings') might be, and simply cannot find a way of changing this - help! Thanks in advance

After updating to 3.6.11, Zoom refuses to let me play a video that I was able to play before the update. I get an error saying the video resolution is larger than my screen size and it won't play the video. I had no problems before the update.

 The video played just fine before updating to 3.6.11. Now I get this error and Zoom won't allow sharing the video. 

A couple weeks ago, I bought a new HP touchscreen computer. I downloaded the Zoom application as normal, but my camera is not working. The only camera I have is the computer's default camera. I know there is nothing wrong with the camera itself because Google Meets works just fine. This is a problem because I'm required to have my camera on for work. What is the problem?

Hello,I have an issue that is due to my own mistake and not double checking which account I was signed into but I am hoping there is a way to fix this issue if it happens again in the future... I am the Executive Assistant at the company I work for and my Zoom account was added as a licensed user on my Boss's Zoom account. So for each scheduled meeting I am marked as an Alternative Host which works great when I select the link while signed into my own login. However, sometimes I have to sign into my boss's account for certain tasks; if I don't sign out and log back into my account before starting a meeting it will automatically sign me into his account and I have to run it has him which then makes him unable to join the meeting. How do I "end the meeting" and/or "sign into my own account" without making the link an issue for others to join afterwards, as this was the issue I ran into twice now? how do i reactivate a zoom meeting link

I can perfectly access Zoom with other devices; however, my pc won't let me even access the audio settings. So whenever I try to open a meeting, as soon as I reach the part about activating my audio, my computer is becoming really slow and it's giving me an error message (Zoom Meetings has stopped working - Hang on while Windows reports the problem to Microsoft...).  I upgraded my hardware only to some degree, but more than enough to launch games, make video calls and watch live streams. So I personaly don't believe it's a problem of my setup, even though my screen almost freezes entirely. Furthermore this problem also occurs then I open the audio settings in zoom (so without trying to participate in a meeting). (I just installed zoom again, so it shouldn't be a driver problem.) 

Please advise whether there is any way to retrieve a meeting recording which is ended abruptly due to a power outage or device malfunction. This has happened several times and a solution for future or advice on retrieving the recording would be greatly appreciated.   

Does anyone know how to change the background image of the screen that says "Tap Controller to Start?" The default is a shot of the Golden Gate bridge in the clouds. We've manage to change the display for Digital Signage but when there's a call starting, it changes to this image, which we'd like to change. Hello,  Is it possible to receive an email with a list of attendees/participants that had joined a meeting? Now I have to download the list manually every time after a meeting. I would like to automate that. 

I am not seeing the option to allow download for users who have the replay link. Instead I have to go into each recording individually and update the share settings. Is there a global default I can adjust?   Alternatively, if that is not an option, does anyone know if I can enable certain individuals to access my recordings and act as an admin on my behalf to share the download?    

the virtual background option not available in my chromebook after many times pls help me

I used to be able to show my personal meeting controls to my participants (toolbar, workplace app, etc.).  This was helpful when training others to use the platform.  I keep the setting to "always show meeting controls" turned on in the workplace app so that I see the controls, but there used to be a second setting in the web interface that would show the controls to my participants.  I can't find that anymore.  Has this function been taken away?

According to Zoom, I'm on the Pro Plan:                  It doesn't prevent me from scheduling a meeting that's several hours long. However, when a meeting I've scheduled is actually in progress, it gets timed out after 40 minutes.The Zoom support page (here) says:There is no limit to how many meetings a Basic user can host; however, if you prefer to avoid a meeting timeout at 40 minutes, upgrade to a Pro account  Well, I *have* a Pro account, so what else do I need to do? TIAJosh

Gravei um vídeo com o Zoom e ficou como um ficheiro em vídeo na pasta gerada por este em "Documentos". Abri o ficheiro em vídeo e funcionava. Entretanto coloquei o ficheiro em vídeo numa outra pasta para poder realizar uma transferência em formato ZIP para enviar por uma plataforma de envio. Depois de transferir para esta nova pasta, ainda antes de realizar o processo para conversão em formato ZIP o ficheiro em vídeo deixou de funcionar. Aparece a seguinte mensagem: "O Windows Media Player encontrou um problema ao reproduzir o ficheiro." Alguém me consegue elucidar o que se possa estar a passar, o problema e como poderei solucionar esta questão? Muito obrigado pela atenção

gravei um vídeo com zoom e ficou como uma arquivo em vídeo na pasta gerada para tal. Abri e o arquivo estava a funcionar. Copiei para outro local para zupar e deixou de funcionar. Alguém me pode ajudar. Obrigada 

Hey, It seems that we are unable to use certain special characters within the comments field of the Zoom phone integration with Salesforce.  When trying to add either '#' or '&' to the comments box, the following error is returned. "Unexpected end-of-input: was expecting closing quote for a string value at [line:1, column:265]" We have the field synced to a long text area in our task object.  Can anyone please advise? Thanks

I have bluetooth enabled hearing aids; to connect to my Windows 11 laptop, they use an intermediate device. The hearing aids are Signia Pure C&G 3AX with their most recent software updates.  The intermediate device is the Signia Connect Link 1.1 adapter.    Neither my iPhone nor my iPad require this clunky arrangement - both devices connect directly to the hearing devices.   I am now on my third Connect Link adapter, since I began experiencing some sort of intermittent connections in early October.  The newest devices haven't resolved the issue - i keep getting drops.    After looking at a number of items in the community knowledge base, it seems that bluetooth issues are prevalent.   Any suggestions?  More importantly, any solutions? 

I used to own a meeting Zoom link when I worked in a different part of my organization. It is still being used by people in my old unit and it is old enough that it has dropped off my list of previous meetings. I keep getting notifications whenever my old unit starts using it; is there any way to delete the link so they can't use it any longer?

I organise a weekly Zoom meeting for people all around the world to practise different languages, at the moment I just post the same repeating Zoom link (and passcode) on all our social media channels and that's how people join, however I think this a) leaves me a bit open to bad actors joining the meetings and causing havoc; b) if I ever wanted to make this a paid meeting, or send out recurring emails, I don't have anyone's contact details to get in contact. I'm just interested to hear any ideas on how better to structure this in terms of a) safety and control; and b) going forward being able to encourage donations or offering other services to people who attend. Should I for example set up registration on Zoom first for people to participate?

I'm experiencing an issue when setting up a virtual background on my laptop. My appearance becomes very poor, as if half of me is transparent and filled with the virtual background. This wasn't the case on my previous laptop. On my previous laptop's Zoom, my appearance and the background were very neat, with no parts of me being cut off by the virtual background filter.I've checked and found that there's an option to select the color to be filtered for the virtual background, but the results are still poor, forcing me to use a green screen to achieve a good filter cut.For your information, I use the latest zoom version, there is not update waiting, and my previous laptop had an Intel Core i5 8th gen, while my current laptop has an Intel Core 3 100u (not the core i3). In terms of specifications, the newer laptop is not a low-end one, so why is the result so different? Also, there's a message stating that my device (laptop) is not compatible with the virtual background. Please assist me,
