I am using a ThinkBook 14 G6 IRL. During my Zoom meetings, everything runs smoothly at first. However, after having back-to-back long meetings—around 3 or 4—the Zoom camera stops working. When I check the built-in camera app on my laptop, it operates normally. Sometimes, restarting my laptop temporarily resolves the issue, but other times it doesn’t. I’ve found that running Windows Update can also help, but after a few days, the same problem reoccurs, and the camera stops functioning during my meetings. How can I permanently resolve this issue?
When installing or upgrading Zoom Rooms Installer x64 5.15.7.3094 MSI (zoomrooms-5.15.7.3094-x64.msi) on Windows 10 22H2 PCs, the setup/install hangs and never completes. I've eliminated several security agents as the cause by uninstalling the agents before attempting to install Zoom Rooms Installer. We use an enterprise deployment tool called Tanium, and all installs/upgrades run as the NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM account. The installation command line is:C:\WINDOWS\System32\msiexec.exe /i "C:\Program Files (x86)\Tanium\Tanium Client\Tools\SoftwareManagement\data\temp\tasks\Deployment_89_task_141\zoomrooms-5.15.7.3094-x64.msi" /qn /norestart ALLUSERS=1 ACCEPTGDPR=true SILENT=true /lvx* "C:\<proprietary folder>\logs\Zoom-Rooms-Installer-5.15.7-20230923150010-install-silent-Setup.log" The install hang does not occur on every PC and about 50% of them succeed. I'm stuck at trying to figure out why the setup is hanging. Please help! The entire MSI log is attached as "Zoom Room
When I share screen to present a pptx file and change slides, the slides advance on my screen, but not for the viewers.I have tried to reinstall Zoom, but to no avail. Help!
Hi all, We've got a number of common area desk phones, and sometimes one gets voicemail intended for the other. The issue is we can't seem to forward these voicemails to other common area phones. When we listen to a voicemail and press 6 to forward it, we're prompted to enter the extension. When we enter the extension of a common area phone, we get the message "Your entry is invalid. Please try again." This seems to happen with any common area extension, and when attempting to transfer from either a desk phone or a softphone. Voicemails are able to be transferred to Users or Call Queues with no issue. Is this a restriction of common areas we're not aware of? I can't find any documentation on this specific issue. Thanks!
I have an odd issue that has only happened a couple of times and is seemingly random (first time was in August last year, second time was today). Basically, I'll be in a Zoom meeting, not sharing sound or screen, and I'll watch a video on my computer (eg. on YouTube or Twitter). Even though I'm not sharing anything from my computer, other people in the meeting will hear the video audio. It's not through the computer mic as I have earphones in and the friends in the Zoom also said that it was definitely coming directly from the computer (not as indirect/background sound being picked up through mic). It seems intermittent as well, as the first time I watched a Twitter video today, others in the Zoom heard it, but when I played another Twitter video a few minutes later to test if they could hear it, they said they couldn't hear anything. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this? Operating system is Windows 10 if that makes a difference.
I am reaching out because we have noticed that a banner image of the registration appears automatically in the confirmation email, however on Desktop it looks wrong. I was unable to locate any options to remove or modify it within the Zoom Webinar Email Settings or Branding settings. Could you please assist us in: Confirming where this banner is being added from (default Zoom settings or branding)?Providing instructions on how to remove or edit it from our confirmation emails?
I saw that Zoom recently revised the page for creating new meetings - page has always had a nice look & feel, but recent (unneeded, I'd guess) changes, at least 1 which seems like it was make "just because we could" have made my meeting setups a bit harder.I setup regular meetings for 12-step groups, and until recently, it's been a breeze. The meeting title, like almost all text boxes on web pages, "remembers" the last few entries, I select one that's close and just change the date - good to go! Then, I'd just scroll down and select "allow participants to join anytime", since sometimes members would sign on before the host.NOW - The text box for meeting title no longer remembers latest entries (my guess is they either made their own control , which doesn't support history, or they deliberately disabled history... why???). Now I have to keep a .txt file with the subjects so I can copy n' paste/edit, rather than re-type it every time (it's important that the title f
Hello! For the past few weeks, I’ve been unable to schedule meetings through the Zoom module on my computer (Mac). I keep receiving an error message: “Unable to schedule the meeting. Error code: 100000403.” I’d like to specify that nothing has changed in my security settings or networks, and I never had any issues scheduling meetings before. Also, every time I open the Zoom app on my Mac, I always see a message indicating that my calendar couldn’t be synced, which states: “Meeting and calendar services are temporarily busy. Refresh or try again later.” I’ve refreshed and retried several times… without success. Could you help me resolve these two issues?
I schedule meetings for someone else & am his delegate. He's asked for audio only meetings so tried doing One Tap Mobile. However when he dials into the meeting he gets the message that the host passcode is incorrect. Participants hear that the meeting has not yet started. I've triple confirmed the passcode is the same as in the meeting invite. This works for me when I send from my own account, but not as his delegate. Wondering how to get the host passcode for his meetings to work.
I have been experiencing issues with Zoom meetings for the last few weeks. My Audio/Speakers work fine. When i go into a Zoom meeting the Speakers stop working. - The other people on the call can hear me but i cant hear them. - The speakers work fine when i test them before entering the meeting. - The speakers work fine for everything else. - When in the meeting i can go to Sound>Playback> Disable and Re Enable my Speakers and the sound will come through in the call. It seems as though Zoom is blocking my speakers when i join a meeting. I have reinstalled drivers, windows updates, Installed the newest version of Zoom. Has anyone else experienced this?Im using an HP Probook 440 G9 ( issue is the same on a 430 G6)Any ideas how to fix it?
I am in a Toastmaster's Club. We have a zoom link that works fine however the meeting ID and passcode don't work. How can I fix this?
I'm setting up a new laptop and I've been told by other call participants that, when using Zoom, the level of the first couple of seconds of my speech is often barely audible, then usually kicks in much higher. For example, if I count to ten "1, 2, 3" is faint, "4 etc." perfectly audible. There's no such problem on my old laptop (both Dells, though different models), and I've tried to match the audio settings but without resolving the issue. I haven't encountered this problem on the new laptop if using other video calling apps, such as Teams or Whereby. I've now listened to a call from someone else using my problematic laptop and the level will suddenly drop or suddenly come back to normal with no discernible pattern. This can happen close to or far away from the computer. I updated the version earlier today. Any ideas?
hi all,I have a problem.I can't modify this option on zoom: "Automatically adjust microphone volume " it's grey and i can click....someone can help me ?thanks a lot !
I clicked onto the link and it took me to the launch page. When I clicked to launch a meeting it did nothing. I can't join meetings.Tried AI but it is completely useless and apparently Zoom doesn't have any agents to assist. I have missed this morning's meetings and will likely miss all my business meetings this week because zoom AI doesn't register the existence of this kind of problem. I have not access to Zoom meetings until this is resolved. I hope that someone out there has the answer because Zoom doesn't. Thanks for your help.
We will be having a panel discussion with 4 presenters, viewed as a 'gallery view' where they all appear together onscreen. Can they all speak at the same time as in a live discussion or can they only be heard one person at a time? Is there any way they can be allowed to speak simultaneously like in a conversation/discussion?Thanks
I recorded a meeting & cannot find the file location of the recording. I've gone through every step of the "help" & have nothing listed in my recordings folder on Zoom. I was not the host of the meeting. The host sent me a link to join the meeting. I clicked "Record" at the beginning & the host "Allowed" the recording and I got confirmation that the meeting was being recorded. Our meeting was automatically shut off at the 40-minute maximum mark & the window closed before I could toggle with any of the recording settings. Is there any way to find/retrieve this recording? Would it appear somewhere on my hard drive? (Running Windows 11 Enterprise) I asked the person who hosted the meeting if they had access to it or could find it & they could not.
after i amend the zoom AI summary and save it, it asks me to share and when i enter my email, then does not email it to me. how do i get the updated AI summary emailed to my email address?
Is it possible in a breakout Room to play music through 'share screen'If so, what would it be like to also be able to talk over the music?I'd like to be able to DJ with music in a breakout room.Any advice or experience out there?
I cannot access my Zoom Recordings from Personal > Phone > Recordings But I CAN access them from Admin > Phone System Management > Logs I am the OWNER of the account and I am the only user. I have This is actually causing me to not be able to access these recordings via the API, getting 404 file not found on the recording (which led me to this above - I assume this is related). I have followed instructions here:https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0069655https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0069692 and all settings are set to allow recordings and access recordings. Please advise.
I recently purchased a Pro account. I'm trying to figure out how to add one tap information to the meeting invite so people w/o the ability to use video can dial in by phone. I have enabled both phone in the meeting setup. But how do I get zoom to generate an invite that I can copy paste with one tap dial in?
Hello, In the account I have changed the setting to automatically turn on the camera when participants join the Zoom meeting. Since I changed the settings in our Zoom-account, the function isn't working. Participants can still choose to leave their camera off when they enter the room. I checked it with my private login and my camera stayed off. Did I overlook something in the settings? Do the members always keep the right whether or not their camera is on? Thanks for your help, Crystel.
I hosted and recorded a Zoom meeting yesterday, but did not turn on the AI summary. The meeting is saved in the cloud. I would now like to generate an AI summary of the meeting. How do I do that? Thanks!RickR

I am working on hosting a +2000 audience webinar. We have integrated Zoom with Hubspot, so all registrants receive a personalised link to join the webinar on the day via our Hubspot flow. We don't send any registrant emails via Zoom. I would like to extend the scheduled time for my webinar by +30 minutes just to give more buffer and to avoid any potential that we pass the scheduled end time and the webinar automatically shuts off (I understand that this shouldn't happen but sometimes seems too... from what I've read in the community here). My question is - if I edit the scheduled time of my webinar, will this impact the registration flow/links? Note, we don't send registration emails/confirmations via Zoom, but rather through our Hubspot integration. Thank you!
Kann ich während eines Zoom Meetings Spotify Musik einspielen und zwar so, dass die Lautstärke auch passt und man den Sprecher gut hört?
