Hi, I recording a work meeting yesterday and clicked on save recording to my computer.  When I went to convert the files, I am getting a pop up that says the document cannot be open and zoom cannot convert files of this type.  I am using a MacBook as my computer.  I have already tried logging out, logging back in.  I have updated everything including the operating system on my computer.  I am still unable to convert the file.  Any suggestions?  I am truly hoping the recording isn't lost! Thank you 

Hi I recently bought an Acer Aspire C27 running Windows 11. Since I bought it, I can't hear a friend's guitar playing on Zoom calls.  I hear the singing though sometimes it cuts in and out. I heard everything fine with the old Windows 10 computer. Any thoughts? Thank you for your help.

Can a Zoom presenter prevent me from viewing/hearing shared videos & allow others to see/hear them?This is for a required course (Mental Health First Aid) for me as a volunteer in a free health clinic! https://www.mentalhealthfirstaid.org/  My laptop: Hyundai Technology made Chromebook, Windows 11 (2H2). AARP volunteer tech training told me to ensure I had the most updated version of Zoom. I have multiple issues with this zoom app, when I send an invite to the other person by email to join the meeting, it doesn't work. The other person says they cannot join the meeting as the link is not working and I appear inactive to them even though I started the meeting. I always filled in the information beforehand when I scheduled the meetings. It's a v poor app and I'm totally unimpressed with it, not to mention that it's not worth having an online lesson with somebody if you have to pay extra beyond the 40-minute free session. V unprofessional . 

My company did a zoom public program recorded on the local computer and it's missing the active speaker thumbnail.  It's never happened before and I saw on the forums is was a known issue for Mac users on an older client.  I'm using the latest 6.3.1.

Has anyone worked out how to change the sound in the Timer App in Zoom? Zoom has updated the Timer App, and (according to"Timer app sounds" ) the sound is plays can now be changed. The default sound has certainly changed. I want to change it back to the previous default sound, but can't work out how. Just wondered if anyone else had worked out how to change the sound that the Timer app plays. To be specific, I want to change the sound that plays when the timer counts down to zero.

I am not a paid subscriber but I hosted a meeting. It was set to automatically start recording. I understood that a recording mP4 file would be saved to my computer but cannot find it. Have I missed something? Is there a way to access the recording?Thanks

i was just wonder some of my zoom contects say "external"in there name i want to know what this"external"for and how do i disable it?

I'm at my wits end.  I've uninstalled, reinstalled the desktop client.  I've tried with two different accounts.  No matter what the remote control button is not showing up in my zoom sessions.  I've gone to the screen share setting and enabled it, I've gone to the web settings and in In Meeting (basic) I've enabled remote control.  I've tried using the hot key even though I don't see the button. Nothing.  It's not anywhere.  Others seem to have this problem.  How do I get it?

We have a Business account with a limit of 300 meeting participants. Is there an inexpensive way to boost this limit for one meeting?

I am running WIndows 11 Home on a x64 Dell XPS 13 laptop.  Latest versions of Windows (10.0.2263) and Zoom (5.16.10 - 26186) installed. Every time Zoom accesses my camera, the light comes on and then WIndows 11 gives me a blue screen error (BSOD).. This occurs when I try to access Video settings, Background setting, click an invitation to a meeting, or enter meeting specifics manually. At this point, it is impossible for me to use Zoom (I have already had to replace my motherboard due to this) Any suggestions? TIA

I have 1 user at my company where their voicemails do not show up in the Zoom Workplace app.  Has anyone every encountered this before?  The app shows that she has however many unread voicemails, but she cannot see them. I setup a desk phone for her for the time being so that she can clear them out. Thank you!

Hi, I'm using WIX to launch the MVP and test my service.My staff is made by 7 users who will use ZOOM Meeting (throught WIX) with their clients who will book an appointment through my website (WIX). They need more than 40minutes call. Do they have to upgrade their base Zoom subscription or can I upgrade the default ZOOM Meeting account on WIX and consequently the staff can benefit of my upgrade?Any solution? Thank you

Help! My step daughter used my computer for a zoom and changed the display name to her name. It will not change back in meetings to my name, even though it is my name in my profile.  I have tried deleting cookies and/or browser history on both Chrome and Safari. It is fine on my iPad zoom, but will not go back on my MacBook.  Any ideas? 

Hello everyone,I use Zoom to teach Seated Tai Chi and one of my attendees uses an iPad to take the class. The recent update has moved the tool bar to the bottom of their screen and this is blocking their view of my legs.  Is there a way to hide the toolbar on an iPad, please? TIA

 I have a paid Zoom pro account. I recently got new computer with Windows 11. When i try to start a new meeting I get an error to "go to Microsoft store" to get an app to use for meetings (See attached).  I tried this and no apps for this? I then download another Workplace app from the zoom website and can get in but all my settings, backgrounds, etc are missing. The Workplace app does not stick for future meetings. I have to do this each time start a new meeting!!Does anyone have a solution to fix this? Thank you in advance! Carl Lucchi

Resume screen sharing has disappeared on my Zoom taskbar and I'm stuck with screen sharing paused. Not sure what I did but I am unable to resume screen sharing. Please advised
