I have a Dell Inspirion 16.  I am using Zoom for virtual teaching and need to be seen by students. I am opening a meeting, and EVERY TIME, I have gotten a "virtual background still loading", even when background is shut off. This has been going on for 2 months. How do I fix this issue?  I have no background on my TCL phone, or Kindle tablet. But students can see me.

I want to change my host key but edit button is not enabled.

I have an automation created on Make.com that checks available times on my calendar, selects one of them and sets an appointment. After that, activate the Zoom module within Make and schedule a meeting. However, the Zoom module, despite receiving the correct time, insists on adding 3 hours to the time. Example: receives 3:00 pm and schedules for 6:00 pmI've already checked the timezone and it's the same at all points (São Paulo)I already spoke to Make support and they informed me that the error is in the Zoom module.Any tips?

Hi when sharing screen with a video I can't seem to be able to activate the sharing of the audio at the same time; I'm being asked for my password which I enter in vain. Any idea how to solve this issue please?

I have a Dell XPS 13 9315 laptop with Windows 11 Home 10.0.22631 Build 22631 with Zoom client 6.2.0 (46690) and whenever I try to do either of the following, my computer reboots (first to a blue screen with no error message that only says your system ran into a problem and needs to restart): * Join a Zoom meeting* Access the video menu This behavior occurs whether I use the built-in laptop camera or an external webcam. I've tried the following: * Removing and reinstalling the Zoom client.* Checking for driver updates for the Dell (it says I have none to fetch) I haven't tried removing the client and just trying Zoom with the browser. Is that worth a test? I should mention that both the built-in camera and the external webcam work like a champ when I test them in Windows. So, the issue seems to be related to how Zoom is handling the cameras.

I cannot host meetings, participants cannot get to my room. I can stat a meeting though.  I notice that the memory use is very high - I have checked on my laptop and phone - so it seems it relates to ZOOM and not my devices.  I have uninstalled and re-installed several times.  I've now upgraded thinking that would solve it.  I have checked my device, ran scans and memory checks - all OK.  I'm completely lost.  Please help - and in everyday language as much as possible please.  Thanking you in anticipation.

Having same error scheduling zoom meetings too.Had reported the problem but since I'm a free user there is no support.Appreciate if someone can enlighten or help to solve the issue. The other participants can see the shared whiteboard so I'm pretty sure the issue is on my end.Had done multiples uninstalling and installing to no avail. 

I just tried joining a meeting tonight and zoom froze constantly. This is the first time this has happened I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still keeps on happening hope someone can help

I am running Zoom from my Chromebook. When I go to the Meetings tab, a message comes up on the top right saying "The channel which you choosed is not exist." What I could find for a solution talked about team chats but I have not used that function and I don't see how to stop that message from coming up.

Recently, we hosted a webinar and encountered an issue with multiple attendees having the same name. Any idea on how to resolve this and if it is possible for us to find out the actual attendee's email?

If I will schedule a Webinar for 1000 participants, then when the webinar date is near and we need to make it from 1000 to 3000, is that a new subscription? will i be charged twice, for 1000 and another for 3000?

Hello! We have Meraki stacks at all of our locations. We also use Zoom phone at those locations. We want to set up VoIP Health and Insights in the Meraki dashboard so we can measure the health of Zoom's VoIP servers. VoIP Health allows us to generate metrics on MOS, Loss, Latency, and Jitter at each one of our stores so we can have more visibility into issues at our locations, if any.  Does anyone know the specific URLs that the Zoom phone system hits for SIP and RTP? Zoom's firewall rules point to *.zoom.us which isn't specific. Thank you!

64x Windows 10 ASUS computer, Nvidia processorRunning 64-bit ZoomVersion 6.3.6 (56144) When hosting my own meeting, zoom functions properly. However, about a week ago, zoom started crashing whenever joining someone else's meeting. I tried checking if Zoom was 32-bit, but it is indeed 64-bit. I tried updating Windows and Zoom, but both are up to date completely and the issue persists. Restarting changes nothing. From what I've seen with others' issues, reinstalling does nothing. No error code is given, it just prompts to send a report to Zoom. Web searches show others have the same issue when using 3rd-party conferencing software add-ons, but I have/use none. Zoom meetings function fine when joined from browser. Need quick resolution, I use Zoom for work 7 days a week and require a virtual background for many of my meetings, which I can't use from a browser.

I'm an online teacher, and I use a paid Zoom account for my classes. One of my classes has three students: A, B, and C. Every time students A and C are in the meeting together, student A gets randomly kicked out—whether it's just the two of them or all three students together.At first, I thought it was an internet connection issue because sometimes the student returns to the meeting almost immediately without having to go through the waiting room. However, lately, she hasn't been able to rejoin the session at all, and I can't call her back (she says she doesn’t receive the call). The odd thing is that I’ve had full classes with student A alone and with students A and B without any issues, even immediately before student C joins the meeting, as well as after student C has logged out.

Can you please add the resources to the registration content block for emails? That way we can email the links to resources in advance of the meeting/webinar.

I am not receiving meeting invitations from various senders who send them to my gmail account. I have no idea why or how to fix this.

Для микса использую rode Streamer X,Используя оригинальные кабели от rode для подключенияZoom установлен на планшет galaxy tab7+. И выяснилось что идет только мой голос , а музыка нет. Функция демонстрация экрана мне не подойдёт, т.к. мне нужна мобильностьт во время прямого эфира и я активно передвигаюсь в кадре и нужно регулировать громкость микса с помощью аудиоинтерфейса.При этом бьесплатные приложения WhatsApp, инстаграм и т.д. справляются с этой задачей!Zoom как раз приобретался , что-бы увеличить качество прямого эфира. Может есть какие-то способы это исправить? Так же музыка не идет и с другого аудинтер, другой фирмы. Что делать?

プロプランに変更し、支払いも完了し、アカウント名を見ても「ライセンスユーザー」なのに無料プランの時と同じように、ミーティング設定時にミーティングパスワードを外すかどうかのチェックボックスがグレーのままで選択できません。ミーティングパスワードのチェックボックスが変更不可能の状態になりました。（パスコードの番号は変更ができます。パスワードを無効にすることができない状態）調べても何も出てきません。プロプランに変更してから数日ならなかったチェックボックスが有効にならない等の理由がわかりましたら教えてください。 

Dear Community: I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the lack of resolution regarding the Poly E-350 desk phone provisioning issue. It has been nearly two weeks since I opened the initial support ticket, and the problem continues to cause significant operational disruptions. The prolonged delay in addressing this critical issue has resulted in not only operational headaches but also a great deal of anxiety. I've been set my preferences using step by step in Zoom guidelines.However, I still cannot record my meeting into cloud. There's no option to cloud recording in my Zoom apps.Anyone have some suggestions? Thanks!

My team member had an issue with one of the Meetings,She has delegate access on her managers zoom account and scheduled a meeting invite from his Calendar , She is able to see the invite on her Google Calendar but its missing from her Zoom Calendar, please help

Clicking the typing cursor in the text field to reply to another message makes the whole list of the chat jump to the past posts. This is on an iMac with Sequoia 15.2. Any possible solution will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

I am the admin/owner of our account. I deleted a former employee's account and transferred their cloud recordings to my account when I deleted theirs. Dear Community, I have created a meetings page for upcoming event and handed over the html code to my teammates in the web team to embed the registration on a landing page. Unfortunately, I am receiving the feedback, that the html code is not including responsive code, something I was told comes out of the box in Calendly. Is this also supported in Scheduler? And if so, where is it to find or how should I change the existing code? Many thanks!

Hi Everyone,I hope you're all doing well!Our company pays for Zoom, and part of the package includes the AI Companion feature.During meetings I host, I'm able to activate AI Companion, and other attendees also receive notifications that it's enabled. However, I never receive an email summary, and when I log into Zoom Web > AI Companion, only old summaries are visible. It never generates summaries for meetings where AI Companion has been enabled.Other people in our company receive AI Companion summaries without any issues.I've checked the AI Companion settings, and they are enabled.
