Hi there, I manage 4 calendars (all my own) so I signed up to Calendar Bridge to combine all calendars into one calendar which I then connected to Zoom.Unfortunately, the scheduler shows me as always available, which I am not.  🙂Any idea where I might have gone wrong, or how do I get to speak to a human in support?Thanking you 

We have a couple users for whom auto noise suppression (I would guess) seems to be clipping off the fronts of their sibilant consonants and making them sound like they speak with a lisp.  It's intermittent. Likely the fix is to "not use auto" gating or suppression for these users, but how to predict what mic models might be suceptible to it. Has anyone else encountered this? I have noticed it in the past 1-2 months, not prior. Thanks

Hi, We run course throughout the year and use Zoom as part of the blended learning. As such I can create a Zoom meeting which can be a year in advanced as some of our speakers have dual role as doctors in hospitals as well as teachers for us. I have found that meetings I have created last year are now longer available and when I try to open the Zoom meeting it comes up with invalid meeting number. When I check my account the meeting is no longer there and not in deleted meetings either. I have checked the setting and I can't see anything that would deleted them. These meetings have not been opened or used, only created for future use. Can any help me sort this, as it is creating double the work when I have to recreate them and resend to all our speakers. Thank you for your time and help with this. Yvonne 

I activated AI Companion in my account settings and turned it on at the beginning of a meeting, but received nothing and no summary is showing up in the meeting logs.  It is a recurring meeting. It generated a summary for the first meeting.  Does it not work for recurring meetings?  If not, what else might be happening?  I'm totally confused, Zoom information is terrible about their AI Companion and their Help agent even worse.  I appreciate any advise.

On the Windows Zoom client I have a bunch of saved entries - some I use repeatedly; others I've used only once.  How do I remove unwanted entries.  The "Clear History" button clears the whole list.  I'm perfectly willing to Zoom stuff in the AppData\Roaming folder if that's what it takes, but I how there is a better way. If there is no official way to do this deletion, is there a way to export and import the list?  I am not the host for any of these connections so I can't use Host functions to do this.

Zoom has been doing strange things tonight. Tried to post a question but was denied. 1) Zoom won't allow editing a question on a saved event. Tried for hours. So I deleted the question and then tried to enter the question over again. Would not even save the question. Then had to try a different computer and viola! Suddenly allowed me to edit the question. What the hell Zoom!!!!2) Tried to post on community to get help. Website wouldn't let me but now it does. Does anyone know if you can save the chat in the cell phone Zoom app, in this case an iPhone?

I have a client that has an issue with sharing her screen. When she is sharing the screen, she only selects the app, not the screen to share (she is dead set on doing this). The participants see large gray boxes where she sees the controls and if she breaks out something like chat, they will see a gray box where her chat is. Zoom, mostly the issue is answering from the mobile app. It may not answer an incoming call or send an outgoing call. This is also an issue from desk phones too. Dear Zoom Support Team,I am encountering an issue with my Zoom OAuth integration. I am using an admin-managed account, but I cannot find the required scope for calendar access. When I switch to a user-managed account, I receive the following error:{    code: 4711,    message: invalid access token, does not contain scopes: user read user admin, user read user}If I do not specify any scope, the token API (https://zoom.us/oauth/token) provides me with a token. However, when I use this token to call the calendar API, it gives me the following error:Access Token Missing Required Scope: calendar read list calendar listPlease provide support to resolve this issue. 

As of this morning, all of my Zoom meetings are now set to require users to come into a meeting room. This was not set previously and it's not set this way in my overall Zoom settings for my account. How can I correct this (without changing meetings one-by-one) and also ensure future meetings do not default this way? Settings in the admin console have been changed also.

I want to Join zoom meeting in react native. I used react-native-zoom-us library for this. It was working fine but now I want to user another zoom account and want to create meeting sdk app in that account. I have created general app with embedded meeting sdk but still this app is not published and it is under draft. when I am using this app sdk and secret key or client id and client secret I got error code 6601 that means app is not published yet. could you please confirm once app is released or I choose use this as unlisted app then after review this app key start working. In another account key which I was using earlier is still working and I am able to join meeting too but when I create meeting from new account then got error in joining meeting reason may be that I used another account sdk and secret key for jwt token while meeting is creating from another zoom account. Whiteboard refuses to open as shown on the picture. Restarting and reinstalling Zoom doesn't help.

Hi all, The Zoom documentation says the sharing settings for a recording should display this option: Share with all invitees: Send an email notification to all invitees with a link to the recording.However, that option is not present for the recording I'd like to share.  Any idea why not?  What am I missing? Thanks!

I have an attendee from Australia attending my New Zealand Zoom meeting via audio only, i.e. phoning in The numbers offered include 3 different 1800 Australian numbers - do they all work regardless of where in Australia they are calling from?  If they use a local number what do they get charged?

We have setup our zoom rooms to use teams. everything appears to be setup properly. however we get a meeting invite to an individual, but every time we try to join teams on the zoom room it does not allow us with an outside company. If i were to join internal meeting it works. I believe the outside company set rules not to allow anonymous. is there a way for our zoom rooms to not be seen as anonymous?

Got an email saying that we need to enabled NAA by the 27th of January. I am trying to enable the NAA in the Zoom web portal using the KB article (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0078410). I follow all the steps but once I put in the office creds and approve the permissions it kicks me back to a Zoom site that says uh-oh page not found. This feature is still not enabled. 

I have been using zoom with my Apple TV for months without issues,  I use my iPad or IPhone as continuity camera. Last week I started having issues with microphone and is doing the same trough all devices. First it connects fine and after 30 seconds my mic gets disconnected and I start getting pop ups on right upper section of screen saying audio disconnected on continuity camera, the pop ups appear and disappear constantly and mic never comes back. I checked software updates on all devices, TV and in Apple TV device, everything up to date. I checked all settings and everything is right, I turned off and on continuity option on devices to reset it. Nothing seems to work. I need help as I haven’t been able to do my training classes trough zoom in a week and still paying my membership.

I can't seem to find a setting that would allow to always show the sharing key on the TVs. When we start a video feed the sharing code disappears and to bring it back up we need to press "share" on the control tablet (we don't have ultrasonic thing working unfortunately). Is there a way to always show a sharing key on room screens?

We want to start as a "webinar" for 1.5 hours then turn the “webinar" into a “meeting" for an after-chat for those who want to stay and discuss the webinar.  Can this be done during a webinar, or do we have to invite participants back in with a different link as a meeting?

Is this some sort of new bug? We've recently been getting frequent Update Required popups saying "Your app version needs to be higher to start this meeting. Please contact your IT team to update your app." I am the IT admin for my company so I have access to the Admin account to control our company's Zoom account. When I checked for updates on the Admin account the first time, there weren't any updates available. I restarted the PC and opened up Zoom Rooms, it worked again. Today we got the same popup error. When I checked the Admin account again there were still no updates available. I restarted Zoom Rooms (instead of the PC this time) and it started working fine again, there were no "Update Required" errors.  Is this some sort of new bug? Are there any fixes to this issue? We have our Zoom Room setup to update automatically to prevent our users from seeing any of this and causing any delays in their w

We are using Zoom with the CRC license + Enhanced API connector. Our conference rooms have Lifesize Icon 600 devices that have been added to Zoom as managed devices and configured as SIP/H.323 phones in Zoom. That all works fine. I have all the Office 365 calendar integrations setup on the Zoom side, and the calendars are associated with the provisioned conference room devices. I can also see the appointments showing up in the Zoom Portal GUI, when I click on "Calendar Events". The issue is that these events are not making it down to the physical Lifesize phone. When I activate the "Calendar" button on the Lifesize HD Phone, I expect to see today's events for that calendar. It is just blank. Has anyone run into something similar and have a solution? Thanks! Rich
