I wanted to go back to an old webinar to see the email settings, but there is nothing older than 4 months showing up. Do old ones get deleted? How can I find them?

When I schedule a meeting via Zoom desktop, it appears twice in my calendar. Why?

For my organization, we hold monthly meetings/trainings for the community. We will set up the meeting on our Zoom which requires registration. Someone can purchase our training through our agency's website and once purchased they receive the registration Zoom link via pre-set-up email. We recently had a person purchase our training for 10 co-workers and the person received the registration link. That person distributed the link to their co-workers and each co-worker registered (with their individual contact information) separately. However, once the meeting started, instead of showing each person's name, it showed the person who originally received the link 10 times. I'm trying to figure out what the issue was. Was it an issue on my end or a Zoom issue? Does anyone have any thoughts? 

Hi, I've scoured the internet looking for documentation about keyboard shortcuts to switch between the original audio channel and the interpreted language audio as a simultaneous interpreter. It seems that such a shortcut exists, but hardly anyone specifies what it is, and the few who do don't always agree. I should clarify at this point that I'm focused in particular on Zoom for Windows. Ctrl+Shift+C seems the most popular answer but I can't find it documented anywhere. Does anyone know where I can find documentation around the behavior of this shortcut? I am not myself an interpreter so I can't just open Zoom and use trial and error until I discover something. My goal is to create a small keyboard as a gift for my mother to simplify her life as a Zoom interpreter, but such a keyboard only seems possible if there are well-documented shortcuts I can use to interact with her Zoom window. Thank you for any insight you can provid

We have a recurring meeting with another company that they only use Teams. We have all our meeting rooms setup as Zoom Rooms. We have setup Teams to run through Zoom, however the other company does not allow anonymous/guest logins. Whenever we go to join it allows us and then quickly disconnects us.  My belief is this happens due to the room not being named. Is there a way to have our teams room meeting named? or be seen as not anonymous?

I was teaching a private lesson via zoom and its not the first time a meeting disconnects, but it was the first time I was asked to  wait for 9 minutes to initiate a new one, which put a pause on the lesson. it then happened again afte about another 40 minutes and asked for 9 minutes again at which point my student ended the lesson.I was led to believe that 1x1 meetings are not time limited, so why does this happen? And why am I asked to wait? I do not teach nearly enough to merit a 15$ monthly fee, especially since my native currency is worth about 1/3 of a USD. I resent being pressed to pay for a service I don't need neary often enough to make it worth the pay.

Hi all,I have been using the AI Meeting summary and would love to be able to share with others. When I go to share, it says I don't have permission to do so.I own the license and no one else with on my account. What am I missing?

Greetings!I need some help. I know there's a zoom / salesforce integration, but I haven't been able to determine if it can do what I need. Hoping someone can help point me in the right direction. I want to give customers my zoom scheduler booking page to have them schedule meetings. What I would like however, is to have that customer's contact info flow to salesforce as a lead. Is that possible?

Dear Community, My location is Germany and I would like to invite someone from India to a Zoom meeting for a job interview. Unfortunately, I cannot find India in the list of countries/regions with global dial-in numbers.   Hello,   I am experiencing an issue with accessing my recordings and transcriptions in Zoom. When I navigate to the Recordings & Transcriptions section from the left menu, the page never loads, making it impossible for me to manage or delete my recordings.   I have already tried: • Clearing my browser cache and cookies • Using different browsers and devices • Restarting my internet connection   Despite these attempts, the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this so I can access my recordings?

When ever i join a meeting without audio, it will load up fine. If i join the audio, it closes the meeting window forcing me out the meeting. If i go to the settings menu and open the audio tab, it closes the settings window. This is making the app basically useless. The web app seems a bit buggy at times, so any advice would welcomed. I have a Phone Line that has an automated message on it and I need to be able to change the message on it to something personalized.  Where do I need to go to be able to do this?

Hi Zoom Community,I'm having an issue with Zoom's interpretation feature during my webinars, and I hope someone can help clarify what's happening. In my setup, I'm the host, and I speak in Spanish. I've set up an interpreter to translate my speech into English, allowing attendees to choose between the original Spanish audio and the English translation. Everything seems to work fine during the live session, but I noticed an issue with the audio recording. I record the webinar, including the interpreter's audio file. However, I found that when I switch my "Listen In" setting to English, my Spanish voice gets recorded in the interpreter’s audio channel. This is not what I intended, as I thought the interpreter's channel should only contain the translated English audio, not the original Spanish audio.Has anyone experienced this before? Is this expected behavior, or is there a setting I may have missed that causes the original language

We had an employee resign and they were responsible for company meetings. I would like to move those meetings to a new person without changing the meeting ids and the other information. I can set-up co-hosts, but would prefer to remove their license. Anyway to do this?

Hello all, I am hoping someone can help me.  I am using a Rodecaster Pro 2, connected with a Shure SM7B microphone, and the Rodcaster Pro2 is connected via usb c in port 1, directly to my macbook.  when i run the tests, I am on Rodecaster Pro 2 Chat, and all the checks work flawlessly, as soon as i get on a call, neither myself nor my audience can hear me.  I end up having to shutdown and go directly into my airpods for speaker and microphone.  Does anyone have a fix for this?  Thank you.  Yes, I have checked mute everytime and I am not muted and neither is my audience.  

"Request Remote Control" button is missing. I've reinstalled the software. Checked the settings and it's set properly. How do I do gain the ability to request remote control?

MacBook Air M2 on Sequoia 15.3 with connected monitor LG 27MD5KA (connected to the Mac via Thunderbolt 3 Dock), Zoom Workplace 6.2.11I'm using Bluetooth headphones KEF Mu3 for meetings. As the microphone isn't too good usually I connect the headphones, select in the system settings the headphones for audio output, the microphone in the monitor for input before starting Zoom. Microphone and camera (also in the monitor) work fine. They are listed in the microphone and camera lists in Zoom, respectively.Meeting starts and after a few minutes the mic vanishes (I cannot select it in the mic menu anymore). Choices left are MacBook mic (useless as the MacBook is closed), iPhone mic (tried that and lost it almost immediately with a message that the connection was lost) and the headphone mic (that turned out to work ok'ish).A few minutes later the camera is lost as well. I am writing to seek help with issue I am facing with breakout rooms in Zoom Events.Despite creating the event, setting up the breakout rooms, and pre-assigning attendees to their respective rooms prior to the start of the session, the automatic movement of participants into their pre-assigned breakout rooms does not occur once the meeting starts.Specifically, when I select the option to automatically move all assigned participants into their breakout rooms, nothing happens, and the attendees remain in the main session.
