It appears that almost all data linked to my Zoom account has been deleted. I can no longer access my previous webinar recordings, and more urgently, the webinar I scheduled for tomorrow is no longer showing up under "upcoming webinars." I would appreciate immediate support regarding this issue.
Hello,We’ve just signed up for the Zoom Business Phone plan and completed the number porting process from Skype. However, when we try to make a call through Zoom, we get the following message:“Sorry, the requested service is not available in your calling plan.”We subscribed to a business phone plan, so we’re not sure why it’s not working.Additionally, during the porting process, an #800 extension was added to our number — we didn’t request this and would like to have it removed.Could you please help us resolve these issues?Thank you!
Hello, I've been running a Zoom Workplace Pro account for a few years. We wanted more features that the "Webinar" upgrade gives, and I purchased that add-on. However, when I start a webinar, there is no "Host Tools" button down on the meetings control toolbar, like the "Host Tools" button that is available when I host a Meeting. Help! I need some of the security options like preventing attendees from turning on their camera.
Currently, when participants are inside breakout rooms, there is no notification sound when someone new joins the room. We would like to suggest the implementation of an entry notification a sound or tone that is heard by all participants within the breakout room whenever another collaborator enters. This feature would be extremely helpful for our team dynamics, ensuring that everyone is aware when a new person joins the conversation.Thank you for considering this suggestion to improve the user experience in Zoom.Best regards,
If I am on a call and another call comes into the queue - we have it set not to ring to me - but it isn't in my list of missed calls so that I can call someone back - the call only shows on someone's phone who wasn't on the phone when the phone rang
Hi! We use Zoom phone and would like some sort of notification of any missed call. Scenario:Client makes an incoming call to our 'call queue' and rings for 30 seconds, but does not leave a voicemail. Currently, we just look at the zoom desktop client at various times during the day but we'd really like to set up a notification. Any ideas, creative or easier?! Thanks Richard
Hi!We host monthly educational sessions on our ZOOM account since 2020. Up till December 2021, we hosted them as webinars and didn't have any issues with registrants not being able to log in on the day of the event. However, since January 2022, for the two sessions we have hosted thus far, we have received a lot of emails and complaints about registrants not being able to log into the session with the information ZOOM sent them after registering. Some of them were being asked to register again, and when they did, they were told they cannot join. Others were told the session had not yet started (even though it hard), and others couldn't click on the "Join Here" link in the ZOOM email. We are not sure how to fix this because it sounds more like a ZOOM platform issue. How can we make sure that for our March session, registrants no longer encounter this issue because it affects our attendance and makes us lose valuable time finding other ways to get registrants into the live sess
I've developed a recent issue when I attempt to screen share: my zoom interface freezes while screen sharing or as soon as I stop screen sharing (people on the other end can still hear me, but I can't click on the interface or write in chat, and the interface often looks distorted). The only way to resolve the issue is to use my task manager to quit out of zoom then to go back to the meeting (which I am hosting) to re-enter. This is a big problem, because I am using zoom to instruct college students. I have been using this computer with zoom for over a year, and this is a new issue, so I don't think it's because my hardware is insufficient. My computer is using the windows 10 home edition 64 bit OS. My processor is an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz, and my video card is an NVIDIA GeForce 1070Ti. My ISP is Xfinity with over 450 Mbps download speed and 12 Mbps upload speed.
An Auto Receptionist answers the main number for our firm. It forwards to a Call Queue which has two members, the Common Area phones which are answered by the receptionists at our front desk. If both of the receptionists have to be away at the same time (and for a while), one of the Executive Assistants will come down to the front desk to greet visitors and take calls for the main line - meaning they are now away from their own desk phone, not covering their manager's line, etc. We tried enabling Hot Desking on the front desk Common Area phones so an Executive Assistant could sign in and receive calls to their own line (and especially to their manager's line) ...but doing so stopped the front desk phone from being able to receive the main phone number, which is not a workable solution. While we have thought of other ways in which the Executive Assistant could cover their own calls / manager's calls (such as with the Zoom app on their mobile phone, or the Zoom app wh
Over 4 months no SMS calendar working on scheduler since 1.12.2024. No information provided to UK customer. Informed today via Customer Support Chat box, that it is an issue already known about. They are hopeful for an update to resolve the issue end of April 2025. I followed up with direct call to Zoom and advised to cancel Scheduler and apply when contract is due to renew. Means loosing 6 months worth of money, after enjoying over 4 months of no SMS on the scheduler working. Informed that Zoom does not have a customer complaint department, colleagues can send instead a "ticket" for support. A company with customers, but does not provide communication updates, nor apology or even redress for failure in service and no complaints department. Truly a client centred approach.
Hi, Zoom Virtual Background hasn't worked on Lenovo Tab P11 (2nd Gen). I can see the Virtual Background App when the Zoom meeting is on, but when I select a virtual background or the Blur background, I see an error dialog saying, "An error occurred." Here are some of the specs on the Lenovo Tab P11 (2nd Gen): CPU : MediaTek Helio G99, Octa core 2 x A76 2.2GHz + 6 x A55 2.0GHzRAM : 4GBFront Camera : 8 Megapixel Android OS : 13 Anyone has any clue? Thanks.
Does anyone know where to find AI reports for the following AI tools? Consumer sentiment for closed calls and agent talk metrics where it shows the talk speed on closed calls?
Zoom is very good at taking my money, but poor when I need help. I hold an account with Zoom and I am continually told that I must upgrade to 5.3 or something similar to continue using after the 4th August. I have tried to contact the Support Centre, but have be told by the chatbot that I must wait for the Agent. Life is too short to wait for the only agent employed by Zoom to help me. The articles provided on related topics tell me absolutely everything except what I really need to know! Is Zoom serious about customer support or would I be better cancelling my subscription and going elsewhere where I can talk to a human being?I am sorry write such a rude email, but I feel it is the only way to make Zoom take notice of me.Thank you.
For the sake of practicality and ease of use for teachers, I would like to request the possibility of consolidating the screen sharing options into a single location within Zoom.Currently, when a teacher wants to share their main screen, they simply press Alt + S and begin sharing monitor 1. However, when they need to share the whiteboard (which uses the second camera), the process becomes more complicated: they have to click “Share Screen,” navigate to the “Advanced” tab, select “Second Camera,” and then click “Share.”This sequence of steps is not intuitive and increases the likelihood of errors, especially in an educational setting. Therefore, having an interface or direct access that unifies these options in a more streamlined and accessible way would be greatly beneficial for instructors.
In our office environment we have Poly X50's and X70's setup in our rooms. We use BYOD to access a Thin Client for presentations. We've noticed that even though I've configured our rooms to go to sleep when 15 minutes of inactivity hits, this appears to not apply when left in BYOD mode. Is there a setting I've missed where even in BYOD Mode, the Idle timer functions or BYOD times out after certain activity? Our Thin Client devices are also setup to sleep after 15 minutes. We currently have these setup across out Account Level (rather than device level). We have our Rooms on Zoom Room App Version 6.3.0I would also add, our Poly Studio devices are set for Device Idle Timeout: 5 Seconds
I am integrating zoom into react native application. Below are versions usedreact native- 0.74.3, react-native-zoom-us- 9.0.0Not able to mute and unmute audio when using custom component ZoomUsVideoVideo.I am able to initilize the zoom SDK.I am able to join meeting successfully.But when I tried to mute and unmute audio, I get an error ie: "ERR [Error: Mute my audio error, status: SDKERR_SERVICE_FAILED]"const initializeResult = await ZoomUs.initialize( { jwtToken: sdkJwtToken }, { enableCustomizedMeetingUI, disableShowVideoPreviewWhenJoinMeeting: true, disableMinimizeMeeting: false, disableClearWebKitCache: false }, ); const joinMeetingResult = await ZoomUs.joinMeeting({ autoConnectAudio: true, userName: Test, meetingNumber: meetingNumber, password: password, noMeetingErrorMessage: true, zoomAccessToken: zak, noAudio: false, noVideo: false, }).then(() => { Alert.alert("joined meeting........") }); const muteUnmuteResult = await ZoomUs.muteMyAudio(true/false);
We have encountered a significant challenge in tracking the timelines within the Meeting Summary using the AI companion. Is there any possibility to get the meeting summary with timelines as this is particularly critical for us like Major Incident Management Associates. The AI companion's inability to accurately capture and present timeline data from meetings is impacting our incident management process.
I know DTEN has 27" and 55" touchscreen all-in-one options. AVer makes a 65". And there are really small ones like the 8" Lenovo Thinksmart that support Zoom Rooms Touch. But, does anyone know of any touchscreen that's about 40"? I ask because we use Zoom Rooms Touch all-in-ones (like the DTEN Me 27") for Digital Signage and for one-tap meetings in office lobbies and pit areas. But many offices that I pitch the DTEN Me to say that 27" is too small. And they don't want to pay the $3000 for the 55" DTEN Go (and they also think that 55" is too large). I really want an all-in-one touchscreen device for this kind of purpose. The DTEN Me is absolutely perfect for signage and quick meetings, but sometimes 27 inches just doesn't cut it. I know that ViewSonic and some other manufacturers make 43" touchscreens, but if I went with them, then I'd also have to buy a separate Zoom Rooms codec and a camera/mic/speaker device, which means USB and HDM
Hello! My manager and I both create meetings and add each other as alternative hosts. We both need access to the registration reports and usage reports. How can we both access these reports? For meetings that I create, am I the only one who can pull the registration and/or usage? Is it possible for me to pull reports from meetings my manager creates if I'm an alternative host? Thank you in advance for your assistance!
I would like to use 3rd party interpterion software link in zoom webinar meeting as translation for the meeting session. currently we are using livevoice 3rd party online partners where we have 2 separate links for speakers and audiences. Those 2 links are opened in two different laptop and providing translation voice from speaker to reach audiences by network/link provide. but as per the setting we have in zoom we can add only account of interspersion only.
I want to share the AI meeting summary however the share button is disabled and says to enable email notifications. I've checked my email notifications and believe they are turned on. Is there a specific notification setting that must be on? If so what is it? I can't find anything in the help information.
Hi,I cannot connect to the audio when starting my own meeting, for both myself and my guests. The mic and speaker tested fine. I am using my MacBook and the audio type under the setting is set to use computer audio. The usual mute/unmute button disappeared and was replaced with "Join Audio" on the bottom of my screen. Upon click, it says "The meeting does not support dial in or Call Me to join. You cannot connect to the audio." I have never had this issue before until I changed my passcode for the meeting. Also in my setting I wasn't able to change the passcode anymore because it's "Locked by admin". I thought I am the admin of my own account. I went through all my settings and read many articles from the SUPPORT resources and couldn't figure out how to resolve. I submitted a ticket to the Zoom support but they closed my request without looking into my case. Any help is greatly appreciated!
I've got three Zoom rooms, all with the same hardware configurations that have been running smoothly for several months.Recently, they will intermittently report they fail the audio echo test.Client reports echo happens on participants end, attendees do not hear any echo.I've restarted all hardware, and can get the echo test to pass by bringing the volume down to unreasonably low levels.I thought I had balanced the levels correctly, but came in today to see two rooms failing the echo test over the weekend. Are there further troubleshooting steps? Has there been a recent change in audio sensitivity?
I had a client ask me a question today and I wanted to give them a complete answer. She asked if you can Livestream from a Zoom-Room setup. We have recently installed a Zoom Room in a community space and have an instructor that asked me today if she can Livestream? You can Livestream on the desktop client, I know that, but in a Zoom-Room setup? She has her meeting settings ON for the Livestream function, but I do not see an option for that in the Zoom Room.Is it possible?
