Dear All,I have set up a number of Recurring Meetings, all "No Fixed Time", that I use for multiple work contexts. However, it looks like Zoom refuses to show more than 6 in the "Meetings" - "Upcoming" - "Recurrent".Every time I re-create the meeting, and I see 7 entries, but next time I log into Zoom the last one (always the same) no longer shows up.If someone else tries to join the meeting, I get a notification and I can start the meeting, but this is weird.Anyone knows how I can fix this? It is becoming so disturbing that I am using Teams instead, which I would prefer to avoid.Thank you for your help
I have 2 screens for work.I use windows.if I Share Screen 1 of my screen, my Cursor turn to Black Greyish colour, and the cursor glitching (from my side). But for viewer side, it seems normal (i check my own share screen in zoom). This start happens around this last 2-3weeks, please help me to resolve this. Thank you.
I am following the steps to <create the brand> for the SMS notification which came out. I everything out and I am receiving the below message. Even though we are not a publicly traded company-I chose NONE and filled out na for the stock symbol. I can wait until tomorrow to see if this error disappears but if anyone has come across this before please let me know!

I cancelled my paid Zoom account with 84% of my cloud storage used. Zoom emails me EVERY DAY with "Your Zoom account has used almost all of the available cloud recording storage" and there's no option to stop the emails. There's a link to "Manage Recordings", but I can't access that feature without paying for a premium account again.I want the emails to stop.I'm not paying Zoom any more money for the time being. I don't want a premium account right now. If the emails don't stop, I will be flagging them to my regional internet authority, internet provider, and email service as spam/junk mail, as their email notifications have no "unsubscribe" option, nor is there any way to stop the notifications in my account settings. Side Note: There seems to be no way for an unpaid account like mine to contact support except here. This seems like a separate problem they should resolve.
I am hosting a zoom meeting and my participant is using the external camera to share her paper while she draws. She wants to be able to talk and wants me to play background music at the same time. I don't know how to share my music when she is already sharing screen. We do have multiple people can share screen on.
I cannot set the video camera. I will not work for me.
I have multiple email addresses, I receive zoom meeting requests from people that contact me through different email addresses. Can I incorporate them under 1 zoom account with 3 email addresses? They are all me, so I would want the same image and profile information. Is this possible? and how??
If you are in an active meeting, can you Screen Share to only one person within that meeting versus the whole audience seeing your screen?
The invitee tried to join and got got a "host is informed I am waiting to get in" message, but the host got no indication of her trying to join. We do not know at which end the problem was. Need to troubleshoot before followup meeting next month.
I love Zoom docs.My question: How do I share just one page of a folder? As I am using a lot of docs I have them organized in folders. When I want to share one page of the folder there is a warning that the sharing is going to include all files of the folder. Is there a way to safely share just one doc without the risk that others can look into my other docs?An option to choose between sharing a page or the whole folder would be helpful.
On the overview page in my account all docs are listed but in random order. Is it possible to sort them alphabetically or by date? That would be very helpful
I use Windows 11 Surface Pro 11 Arm Device and the Zoom Workspace 6.3.6 (56144) always crashed and becomes not responding. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Using Windows 24H2.
We have a dual-screen Zoom Room, utilizing 2 DTEN touchscreens in what I believe is a DTEN configuration of dual screens. We were wondering if anyone had any experience with this configuration and/or if there's an obvious Zoom Rooms setting such that the "primary" monitor can be swapped. The reason for this is because the current "primary" monitor, meaning the monitor that has the Zoom Rooms controller panel, is having an issue with its touch capability. Rather than physically swapping the position of these monitors, and then come to find out that wasn't the solution, we wanted to find a configuration solution. My guess is that it's a DTEN and/or Windows dual monitor setting. Just wanted to see if anyone in the community had any experience or could shed some light on this issue. Thanks!
Ubuntu 22.04.5, ThinkPad X1 Carbon w/ i5 and 16GB RAM I have 6.4.3 (827) installed. Zoom is crashing every few minutes. I've seen KB0062684 and it doesn't help. What else can I do?
It's not working and I can't find a solution. Chatbot says, "To customize the confirmation message with branding for your meeting:After scheduling the meeting, click the Branding tab to customize the branding options for your registration pageYou can upload a banner image that appears at the top of the invitation pageYou can also upload a logo image that appears next to the meeting topic on the invitation, registration, and email invitation pagesAdditionally, you can customize the confirmation email sent to registrants upon approval, including the email subject and body"I have uploaded the header and the icon as I've done MANY times before. THIS time no dice. I have a PRO account. What am I missing?
Hello! As described in the title, I'm having some issues around authentication. I am running a series of 4 webinars and, despite disabling the requirement that users log in to a zoom account to join the webinar, Zoom still requires it anyway. I have tested this by attempting to join as an attendee using my personal account. When doing so, I get asked to log in to my Zoom account and then I am taken to the webinar sign up page and have to sign up again. When I do this, I get an email saying that my registration has been updated. I have received several complaints from customers who have encountered this issue and refused to sign up for a Zoom account so weren't able to attend, and some have said that even after logging in they couldn't join anyway. Note that the webinar in question is a repeating webinar, with 4 instances taking place on a specific day of the week over the course of 4 weeks—although I don't see how this could be causing such an issue. I have ru
Hi there, My hotmail address (which is also the address under which my zoom account is registered) used to be my default address for sending out calendar invites. I changed it to another gmail address recently and want to change it back to my hotmail address.Zoom indicates that I can change the calendar by going to the Schedule Privileges but this doesn't work as it is only intended if other people are supposed to be enabled to send invites on your behalf. Otherwise, in the calendar settings, I wanted to add a new calendar and that should have enabled me to switch to the original hotmail address for calendar invitations. The issue is that when I tried to register my hotmail address, I get an error message indicating that I cannot register personal email addresses. Can anyone help? Many thanks. Themba
Within Zoom Contact Center, is there a way an agent can view their live hold time to monitor how long they have someone on hold? A timer is available when transferring or conferencing, but nothing when they are simply on hold to research information. Is there a setting somewhere to have this display?
I'm on Zoom Version 6.3.11 (50104) on MacBook Air MacOS 15.3.2 (24D81) I have been teaching online since lockdown and I use Classic whiteboard for notes. I often switch to share a webpage or a pdf then come back to the whiteboard and continue the notes. This works fine. I share the notes with the student after the lesson. Today, following the update, every time I switch back to Classic whiteboard all the notes are gone and I've got a blank whiteboard. This is exceedingly disruptive as we normally carry on with the same calculations through the lesson and now all the work we've done is gone every time we come back after looking at a different screen, for example, the pdf of the problem we're working on. I explain to the students that every once in a while Zoom releases an update that ruins everything, and it's happened again. Please can someone direct me to the setting that makes the Classic whiteboard remain intact if you stop sharing it
Hello,Some Zoom settings display the following message:"Due to new security guidelines, you can't change this setting. Contact your account manager for more information."However, I just registered for Zoom, and my role is listed as Owner in the account profile.I would like to know why I am not allowed to change this setting.Thank you.
I've just tried to run a meeting and lots of my potential participants received a message to say they couldn't join from the Netherlands. They were all UK based and lots of people did manage to join. How can I stop this happening again?
I'm experiencing an issue where my Zoom meeting window closes immediately when I start a meeting. Additionally, when I open Zoom settings and navigate to the Audio tab, the settings window also closes automatically. My audio is working properly on other platforms such as Discord and WhatsApp calls, so this seems to be an issue specific to Zoom.Steps to Reproduce:Open Zoom and start a new meeting → The meeting window closes immediately.Open Zoom settings and go to the Audio tab → The settings window closes immediately.Troubleshooting Steps I've Tried:Restarted my computerReinstalled Zoom (latest version)Checked for any conflicting applicationsUpdated my audio driversSystem Information:OS: (Windows 11 Pro, Build: 26100.3323)Zoom Version: (6.3.11 (60501))Attachment:https://www.loom.com/share/aad40fb5e4cc40a8b0a46e6e991d4da1
I was going into a meeting and when I connected the audio it closed, I thought it was because I had too many tabs in the background so I closed everything and restarted. When I opened only zoom I could enter but when I hit connect shared audio again it closed, I hit test audio and if I could my headphones worked while it was being tested. So I closed and tried to set the audio to connect automatically and when I went to settings and then audio settings it closed the settings. Could someone please help me.
