Hello, I have a question about sharing a particular screen using hotkeys.I use a stream deck in my Zoom meetings, and often, I use the notes section on my external iPad to draw something out for the other person on the call.Using the stream deck, I can use the 'share screen' function (as a hotkey), but then I have to manually select (with my mouse) the 'advanced share' function to use my iPad notes section for the screen share.Can I bypass the manual aspect to automatically share the 'advanced share screen'?I have contacted Stream Deck support, and they have directed me to Zoom.If there is a hotkey function on Zoom, I can get the streamdeck to use it.I really appreciate any help you can provide. James

We receive many zoom meeting invites. One of our conference rooms a teams room and sometimes, we would like to have the meeting in that room. I have searched for how to add the teams room to the invite but it appears only the host can do that. We tried to forward the invite to the teams room but it just started a team meeting, not a zoom meeting.  So, can an attendee add a teams room to a meeting and have the meeting show up in teams room as ZOOM?

Hello Community,for the past four years, I have been an admin in several Zoom meeting groups, using a MacPro5.1 running Big Sur (11.6.x) and a Logitech 4K Stream camera. I never had any technical issues—until four weeks ago. Due to a GPU defect, I had to completely reinstall my operating system. All programs and apps are working again, including Logitech’s "Logitune" software.However, the Zoom app is the only exception. Zoom.us should appear in the privacy settings to access the camera and microphone, but it is missing. As a result, I can no longer host Zoom meetings. This is a disaster because all my efforts to fix the issue have failed. I am familiar with all Logitech and Zoom apps, have consulted Apple and Logitech, and now hope to find expert advice here.Does anyone in the community have experience with this

My family has regular zoom meetings which have, for about a month, experienced severe echo whenever my aunt's Chromebook joins the meeting.  SHE does not hear the echo and her voice does not echo.  The rest of us hear everyone else echoing at a 4-syllable delay.  Sometimes we hear the speech echoed more than once.Muting her does not alleviate the echo.  The echo stops immediately if she leaves the meeting but resumes if she rejoins.  She has joined meetings from multiple locations/buildings/cities with the same results.  Any ideas?

I have had no problems with a virtual background before, but since the last update I have had my Surface Pro lock up three times.  I have checked and all the latest drivers are installed.  I have checked with an infrared temp gun and the instant I turn on virtual backgrounds it starts to heat up to the point that it totally freezes up. Is anyone else having this problem?

Hello everyone! As far as I know, users from Ukraine don't have a 40 minutes limit. I use Zoom for teaching English and I didn't have this limit as well when I was in Ukraine, but I had to move abroad because of war.Does anybody know if there is an opportunity for Ukrainian users to continue working without the limit if they are abroad? Any suggestions how I can contact the support to ask about it?

I just recorded a meeting, saved it to my Mac, but it doesn't appear in my local recordings. However, there's a file folder with 2 documents titled "double_click_to_convert_01.zoom" and "...02.zoom." I don't see audio or video listed. When I double click, it says document could not be opned. zoom.us cannot open files of this type. Looking for help on how this could have happened or how I get to my recording. TIA

has anyone used or is using the Vaddio EasyIP system with Zoom Room??I can't get the cameras to PTZ when I select that camera source.  I have several rooms with 2 cameras. How to have 1080p in zoom instead of 640p ... the HD option is activated in the parameters and on the zoom acount on teh web platform... and i cant find a way to chat or discuss with someone in the assistance ... thanks !

Hi my friend has a paid Zoom account  (until 100 members - for one year) in the States but wrote down the password falsely. She gave me her  meeting iD , her e-mail address for Zoom, her personal account number, the host key, the link to the meeting. How  can she reset her password - Please describe in a way that I can tell her, she has no idea about computers. I don't come in . It always says wrong password.Thank you for your help.Ursula

Hi all,  I recently tried to go live on Zoom and stream in my Facebook group but no luck 😞I tried the steps and use Custom Live Stream services but it didn't work. Does anyone know exactly the steps to make it work? I would appreciate your help thanks 🙂  

Dear all and dear Support,Since mid of year 2024 I replaced a IPAD 2 against a IPAD Air (2024).In any Zoom Meeting, where Music is played, for example from a presented MS Power Point Presentation, the sound starts for 1-2 sec. ok, but then the sound quality switches to a reduced quality and the loudness is like modulated and it fluctuates between loud and quiet. Once the IPAD Air has been replaced against a new one (guarantee). But the effect remains the same.Does any one have similar experiences ? Or exist a solution for this issue?Thanks a lot for any recommendations. J

I'm teaching and I want to give different excercises to the students. So I send the participants into separate breakout rooms. What I don't find in Zoom is:How can I share separate screens (not the same) in the separate breakout rooms?

I've had a reoccurring problem. When I send an existing meeting link/ID via a calendar invite, it creates a second meeting with the same Meeting ID and will change the existing meeting ID to whatever i've typed into the outlook subject line.  It came to a head when we had a forum and people were apparently sat in the waiting room but I couldn't see them. I had to ask them to close the meeting and reopen the zoom again and then they were brought into the room I was in.  In my browser, it will show the same meeting 3x in a row, when you open it shows as reoccurring and will have my invite in the attendees list. (same meeting ID) Is there a solution? I don't want to unlink my calendar but I may have to if it continues?

How do account members see the meetings on the account owner's dashboard? Is there a way to share as we work on the same meetings together? I need access to change/update things.

I feel like I'm missing something, but to get my personal zoom link I have to login, go to my profile, un-hide the link, highlight, copy and paste to start a mtg. Please tell me there's a more efficient way to navigate.

I used to be able to view all upcoming meetings on my home screen, but now I can only see them day by day and have to manually go to that particular day. I want to be able to see my upcoming meetings at a glance, how do I get back to that? Thanks.

I've been using Zoom Pro for years without any issues, but recently, the chat feature for participants in my meetings has stopped working. I've tried several solutions to fix it: 1. Ensured that the in-meeting chat feature is turned on. 2. Double-checked my chat settings by clicking on the three dots. 3. Restarted both Zoom and my computer.4. Updated to the latest version of Zoom. 5. Verified that my internet connection is stable. 6. Followed all the suggestions from the Zoom support chat agent. Despite all of these attempts, the problem persists. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you very much!

To do this, we need the Zoom webinar 500 plan + Zoom Workplace pro license, at minimum?4) Also, does the Zoom webinar 500 plan mean 500 attendees for the whole month in total, or it means there can be a maximum of 500 active attendees at the same time?

I have a Zoom Event set up and it has a few existing sessions and speakers. I would like to upload the remaining sessions and speakers using an CSV file (basically using the instructions at https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0069120). I have been completely unable to get this to work. I upload session information through CSV file as per https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065263 but when I get to the step that says "Click Choose Files to select the CSV file you want to import. I'm a TA at a university and we're using Canvas to host the class and classes will very virtual on zoom through Canvas. All semester I haven't been able to connect to zoom. I get error code 2216. I thought it was because I didn't have a university email address but now I do and have added it to my Canvas profile and made it my primary. But I'm still getting the error. Any ideas of how to fix this? I'm trying to get this resolved as soon as possible as the next semester will be starting soon
