We run training workshops on Zoom where the host has an application that runs on their MacBook. We need participants to talk to this application through the Zoom meeting. Is there a way to direct participant audio to the application running on the hosts machine? 

We have a client who has a Zoom Workplace PRO account, but until now they used the accounts from a desktop.We recommend purchasing a POLY X72 and a POLY X30 to use in two different physical rooms. Our question is, what does he need to buy to get this working properly? 1) have one more user, each with an associated POLY deviceuser1 - POLY x72user2 - POLY X30 2) Create a new Zoom WorkPlace PRO account with just 1 user:where the initial account is POLY X72and in this new account POLY X30 What other suggestions do you have?

I’ve noticed that when sharing a link in Zoom chat, the desktop app shows a rich preview (with a thumbnail and description), but the mobile app only displays a plain text link.Is there a setting to make link previews appear the same on both desktop and mobile?

We would like to schedule a reocurring meeting with two separate meeting times. One in the morning and one in the afternoon and use one link for both. We'd like to eliminate the confusion for our guests and only provide one link. Is this possible? I cannot find the answer and online chatbox doesn't provide the answer.

The Zoom Phone automated attendant's pronunciation of people's names is wrong in some case. Zoom needs to allow users to record their own name. 

Hii downloaded the newest Version of zoom yesterday and since then have had issues with the camera when on zoom. This is the case for multiple cameras - it sticks and flickers and the only thing I can do is turn it off and on yet it does the same after a few moments so the process is repeated.  It flickers and goes bright and crazy! I have never had a problem like this before. I have the same problem on multiple browsers on my laptop.  I have the same issue on different cameras on the same device. My camera works on Skype and Facebook video call but not zoom. i have checked the flicker frequency on zoom and it is 50 hz. What has happened and can you offer any advice please? Thank you! 

We have a presenter who was trying to share embedded videos in a powerpoint file as well as standalone. He is on a Windows 10 machine. He can hear the audio from his computer, but it is not being shared out.It works fine when we use a meeting rather than a webinar.I tried to duplicate the problem on silicon macs and I was able to hear the audio from each computer. However, when I tried to share my video with the windows presenter, he could not hear the audio. We tried both from within a powerpoint file as well as using the Video file option in the advanced tab on the shared screen.Interesting side note, when I tried the video file option in the advanced tab on the sharing screen between the two silicon macs, the audio was not heard. Only if I share through the narmal screen share, did the audio work.We have looked at the settings and have found nothing else to change. The share audio option is always grayed out on the silicon macs. Does

I'm trying to join a password-protected meeting from the Zoom on my Chromebook. But it never works. Specifically: I click the meeting link, and I'm told: "The host requires authentication on the commercial Zoom platform to join this meeting. Please sign in with a commercial Zoom account to join."I sign in using my Zoom account, and get redirected to the waiting room screen (ie where you preview your video, audio, etc)However, when I click the join button, a toast always appears at the top of the screen saying, "Sign in to join this webinar." And I never actually join the room.Is it possible that Zoom on Chromebook (aka Zoom on the web) fails to remember sign in credentials? In which case, I'll never be able to join any meeting that requires authorization?It appears a few others are experiencing similar issues: @LeoForfar and

I have taken vows of confidentiality, and I choose to support people who are fragile and vulnerable due to poverty, illness or both. Yesterday, I had a conversation using my Zoom account with my teaching assistant partner, who lives in  Malawi, one of our planet's poorest countries, and a friend from Ireland. My friend in Ireland is exceptionally private, and she shares with me confidential information she shares with no one else.  I had not realized your nosy AI feature was recording as these two people shared their challenging situations.  I pay for insurance for counselling and teaching meditation on Zoom. I am unsure if it covers such a horrific breach of confidentiality and privacy. I nearly had a heart attack when a transcript of our highly confidential  conversation came  to me in an e-mail . How do I make sure that your snooping AI is turned off and Not collecting

Hi there,Is it possible to obtain a summary of all my meeting coach statistics on a monthly basis? A report of some kind? I'd like to see if I've improved over time. 

Do I need to OPT OUT of sharing my Zoom AI Summaries in an Open AI platform?  We are a private company, and do not want the contents of our meeting held for research purposes and/or sharing with others.

I don't see AI Companion as a tab under settings.  The docs say it was released on January 27th.

In the company overview account settings, I am able to set the default voicemail greeting for most things, however it seems I can't do it for holiday hours.  I've got standard holidays programmed in for the whole company which apply to all extensions. As far as I can tell it only lets me change the voicemail greeting per holiday, per auto receptionist/call queue/user, which is just way too much manual work for the number of destinations we have.   Am I missing something, or is there truly no way to do this? 

I'm new to zoom and want to use it to make calls: I have the Windows11 Desktop zoom app connected to my phone and would like to be able to paste in numbers instead of typing them in. I'd like to able to use the desktop app (with my list of phone numbers in Excel) and paste them into zoom and dial on my phone. Apparently, I can't do this via the zoom app and have to go through PC Phone link (Windows 11) - Samsung Galaxy S20!?I load up and connect PC Phone link app, allow all the permissions, connect my Zoom app and Voila! It doesn't allow me to paste numbers into the zoom app dialing section. I simply can't believe this doesn't work. Can anyone advise please? 

How can I add buttons to the Yealink expansion module? Is it somewhere on the Zoom admin portal or from the Yealink phone web portal?

Hi.If anyone can help.I've been happily using Iriun Webcam with ZOOM for past three years.  And, suddenly with the most recent update of ZOOM.. ZOOM is not recognising the Iriun Webcam in it's Camera options anymore.Can anyone tell me why this is happening and what I can do about it?Thanks.

Please check the new time zones in México, for example: Today, the time zone for Mexico City, Monterrey, and Guadalajara must be UTC-6:00, but in Zoom, it appears as UTC-5:00, which is incorrect.https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zone/mexico/mexico-city Recently in 2022, Chihuahua city was changed to the same time zone as these three cities, so Chihuahua city must be UTC -6:00https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zone/mexico/chihuahua All the mexican cities on the border with the USA have special time zones... 

Can a user assign multiple devices/phones to one extension? For example, one user works from various offices and sometimes works from home. The user wants three phones at all three locations with the same extension but does not want to use the hot desking feature.  

Help!! When editing a newly recorded video to remove the chatter at the beginning  I inadvertently ended up saving the chatter and removing the entire rest of the recording (almost 2 hours). Is there any way to recover the intact recording?? Thanks!

Hello, Is it possible to add a delay and/or a pause when storing a phone number of a personal contact?Usually commas (,) and semi-colons (;) are used for that purpose, but this does not seem an option for Zoom personal contacts.This is for example to dial a conference bridge, then a delay, then a bridge number and a pin code automatically.If this is not already available somehow, how to raise a feature request? Thanks.
