hello...My local area of NA has a zoom account, as it was important to continue meetings (albeit virtual) during covid.  I am the zoom coordinator (if you will) for said area; and one of the meetings I scheduled for one of our groups is not appearing under the  MEETINGS column...in both the desktop & web zoom client.The common solution found on the internet doesn't work (as there are no calendars synced w/ this zoom client/account).  If someone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.  Without being able to see ALL scheduled meetings, I am flying blind in scheduling additional meetings; & in providing help to our area members when they have questions about meeting overlaps, etc. thanx, mark4man

One of the departments that I support is moving off of the zoom phone system to the one that I administer for our company. Is there a way for me to forward the 4 the auto receptionist to an external DID? I need to do this prior to porting the number out so they have no interruption. Thank you.

Hello Zoom team, I recently purchased my first Zoom Phone license and set it as the main company number. After that, I bought two additional licenses. Although I received a confirmation email stating that my order was processed and that I could get started with my new numbers, I am unable to see the numbers in my account.Additionally, I have not been charged for these two numbers, despite seeing the invoice on the Zoom website. However, I have not received the corresponding invoice via email.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I appreciate your prompt support.

Hello, I have been using Zoom for training sessions every week for the past five years. During breaks, I currently move each participant to the waiting room manually, which is very time-consuming. Could a feature be added in Zoom to allow all meeting participants except hosts be moved into the waiting room in one button, similar to the "admit all" function from the waiting room into the meeting?

Hello, How can I remove checks from check boxes in the invite options of outcall?? My customers are not good at English and they can not press 1 to join into the meetings. It's desirable that they can just pick up my call and get into the meetings directly.

Hello there! For some reason whenever I tried to turn on my camera or add a virtual background, Zoom suddenly crashes or goes on not responding since yesterday. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app but to no avail. This usually happens whenever I get Windows update. This is getting really frustrating since apparently, my subscription doesn't include Live Agent support. Dear all, I am testing out zoom and me and my colleagues would like to use each other quizzes. We have a fixed set of multiple quizzes that everyone should be able to add when a meeting is created. Can you please advise if this is possible? Apart from creating it separately 6 times (we are a team of 6) over in every account which is very error prone and costs a lot of maintenance.

When the webinar host spotlights a panelist, this now reflects on all of the panelists' screens too. It didn't used to work like this. This is not a good change. Panlists do not like this. Many panelists want to see their self-view at all times so that they can remain in camera frame. If the webinar host spotlights a panelist, then all of the other panelists lose their self view. Spotlighting should only affect attendees in a webinar, not the panelists. Zoom, please tell your product team to change this behavior back to how it used to work so that spotlighting doesn't change the panelist screen.

I've been using Zoom for years and this hasn''t happened before.  After finishing my recording, I got this message:"Failed to Convert RecordingThere is not enough space on the disk (which is weird since I had just deleted several prior recordings).You need to make more space available on your disk by deleting files, then convert your recording by double-clicking the following files in the destination." So I went ahead and deleted far more recordings then the one I had today (about 35 minutes), emptied the trash and the tried to double click on the two that said to "double click to convert..." So, the file enlarges for a second and then nothing happens. I have a Mac Pro if that's helpful. Thank you so much! It was an important recording and I don't want to lose it.   

Hello - I purchased a Zoom phone to make calls, and send SMS when coaching with clients. Not exactly a "campaign" one can say. My two questions please - 1. My "brand" is approved and active. Do I still need to submit a 10DLC campaign just to send messages? 2. I previously submitted a campaign which got rejected for the following reason. The abbreviations make it difficult to understand what is being said. Can you please explain what they are trying to say. Thank you! "Upstream CNP declined sharing request for campaign CPBEAES. Hi All, Is anyone aware of a way to set up Zoom Phone so that our users can dial to an extension and their call will automatically be answered by multiple devices simultaneously?  Think of a scenario where the head of security needs to announce something to 3 guards located at desks throughout the facility.  The guards only need to hear the message but don't need to respond.  The new push-to-talk feature would work great if we were using the Zoom smartphone app in this scenario.  However, we're using Polycom VVX 311 and VVX 411 handsets.  In general, is this possible?  If our Polycom phones are the limiting factor, is there a handset where this would definitely work?

Previously virtual background works well in my HP i7 11th Gen Laptop, but after giving the new update it's not working. Blur freezes my video and the virtual background black the screen.

I have users who are experiencing instability of ZOOM Workplace since updating to 6.4. Some are experiencing chat will not send and will cause workplace to close and relaunch. Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution. 

Hello! I kept getting Error Code 1132 when I tried signing in on my iPhone. Even when I tried using a different email to sign in or uninstalling then reinstalling the app, it kept encountering the same error. I already sent an appeal to Zoom Trust & Safety as well. Hi everyone. Can someone point me to where I can find the release schedule for Zoom Phone? There was a recent update to the call logs which really threw me for a loop. I found the release notes but obviously too late. I'm mostly familiar with Salesforce where they publish pre-release notes that tell you what's coming. I'm looking for something similar for Zoom Phone so I'm not caught off guard after the next release. Thanks!

I have been leading a consistent Zoom meeting every morning. Done it for 5 years now. I'm wanting to know if all the people who have ever come to the meeting after they register their email is there a setting that Zoom has all we can send them an email on a regular basis. Like the automated system does for webinars. I get emails for webinars on the consistent basis. And I'm wondering if we can send out the same kind of consistent notifications to remember this meeting that we do everyday. Any help is appreciated

Hello,We are using Zoom On-Prem. There is a Meeting Connector in two locations.Only one data center is visible in the meetings and no traffic or meetings occur on the server in the second data center.Is this normal? If there are settings, I couldn't find them in the menu. Can you share a document about this?Can we distribute the load balance while working with backups?Thank you.Salih Can.

Hi there, can someone help me with Zoom invites?   I used to be able to put in the meeting details, my guests' emails would be stored and come up automatically. Then I used to be able to press 'save' and I would be taken to my google calendar where the meeting would be automatically added. I would then be prompted to 'send' the invitation to my guest. All done in a minute. Now, I can only put in the details of the meeting. No emails are stored, so I have to look them up. There is no 'add to calendar' link: it just says 'calendar' but not 'add to calendar'. I click 'save' and it simply saves the details I recorded and does not take me to the calendar. I then have to go to the Zoom meeting and copy the details. Then I go into my mail inbox, compose a new email to my guest and paste the details of the meeting. I have tried everything suggested online, but nothing works. Any idea as to how I can return to the first proce
