Hi, When I open the Meeting tab on my Zoom account, I do not see my recurring meetings anymore, but a blank page instead. Yesterday everything worked fine.Can anyone help fix the problem? I was not able to get an answer from the chatbot.

 過去にWebブラウザからZoomに一度参加したところ、次回からは招待リンクを開いて自動的にブラウザで参加してデスクトップアプリの参加がなくなってしまいました。ミーティングIDとパスコードでの入室は可能ですが、リンクから直接参加はできません。 「ブラウザから参加する」を解除していますが、自動的にブラウザから参加します。「会議を起動」のページはもう消えているので解決方法を教えてほしいです。

Is there any information on when we can expect the iOS Zoom app icon to be updated to support the new dark mode for icons that launched in iOS 18? At this point it is one of only two apps left on my entire phone that haven’t updated their icons. For such low hanging fruit, I wouldn’t have thought it would take this long. 

Is there a way to transfer a call directly to another user's voicemail from a desk phone (we're using Cisco 8861s) even when they are not using their phone? With our previous provider, we were able to key a zero before the user's extension and it went directly into their voicemail rather than ringing their phone line. I am hoping that this is a possible feature with Zoom, as well. 

I feel like this is a new feature because I never had this issue before.I have speaker events and trainings that I schedule whether through Zoom or Google calendar directly. Many times I use the same zoom link for a prep-call or as a separate invite for speakers/external trainers (to prevent sharing internal attendee info etc).Lately when I do this, the title in Zoom updates to what was put in Calendar. Example attached in Pics!The meeting in zoom is automatically titled whatever the last meeting was titled for. How do I prevent this? I do not want the over all meeting title to change because when we go to retrieve reports from Zoom it is difficult to find the right meeting.

Hello,  I am getting a "the calendar credentials are either expired or invalid" error on the controller Poly TC8. However, everything checks out Green lit within the Admin Center. Anyone has any ideas?

Is there a way to  set the number of choices selected in a multiple choice poll? I am a professional parliamentarian, and I work with a number of groups that could use polls for online elections (such as for at large positions on Boards of Directors) if there was an option to limit the number of nominees for whom a member may vote. Example: there are five nominees for three slots. So on the "ballot" (poll), there are five names, and participants may vote for up to three. Currently, it appears that the only options are to vote for one, or for as many as you want.

Hello, I am using watermark during meetings so each attendee sees his e-mail address as watermark on the meeting screen. But when attendees are watching zoom cloud recording of the same meeting, they do not see watermark anymore. Is there a way to show watermark on recordings too?If not, is there some chance to make it harder for viewers to share recordings when they capture them with screen recording? Meetings downolading is set as off for all except host in my settings. Thank you for some advices.

Hello, is it possible to switch off the participants video in breakout rooms during a Zoom Webinar, but allow the panelists to use their video?  We will be running a webinar with breakout rooms but ideally do not want the audience to use their camers, only their microphones.  Thank you.

Hello, I am the secretary of an association, and for some time now we have been organising meetings on Zoom for members during which an expert gives a lecture, always using Power Point.Unfortunately, a problem occurred during the last lecture: I started the recording, the speaker's presentation was shared and we all watched it, and some participants asked questions. When the meeting was over, the programme processed everything and saved it locally (a choice made for all recordings).I checked the result, but while the voice was completely recorded, my desktop always appears in the video, only at the end does the last slide of the presentation show up.I ask you what could have happened, we have another meeting next week and I would like to understand what to do.Thank you

Can I host 1 meeting on 1 place and host again another meeting to another place with another laptop using only 1 account at the same time?Is it possible to do this? I'm thinking to lend my account to one of my colleagues.And if possible, is there a specific type of account to use?If there should be an alternative host for the other meeting, should the alternative host have the same account type(Pro,Business,etc)?

A friend and I have the same level of zoom account. When we schedule a meeting, in my account under the "Options" listing, I have the 'Breakout Room pre-assign' option listed. In his account, the "Options" listing is missing the 'Breakout Room pre-assign' option. We went over the Settings comparing our accounts and cannot see what would cause his account to be missing that option. Any suggestions on where to look?

When I scheduled a meeting with a recipient in the old, old interface, the attendee was invited to put the meeting on their calendar. I also received an iCal appointment on mine.  Then there was the option to send the iCal notice.  Now the only appointment for me is on the Zoom calendar, and not on my regular calendar.  I'm missing appointments by the boatload.  I'm searching for a way to do it, but I can't find it. I'm seriously considering changing to Teams, which is an idea that I abhor, but Zoom is now screwing with my livelihood!

Hi everyone, I am a student using Zoom portal provided by our university. I have enabled automatic captions in advanced settings, however during zoom meeting the 'live transcription' button is not turning blue after being clicked, anyone has idea why this is the case?

Hello thereCan anyone help please?When in a meeting, the visuals of my screen go haywire: strobing, distortions, multi-colour visions...horrid.It occurs after 30 seconds of the meeting starting. I then switch off video, back on again, and then it's not long before it starts again...this has occurred every meeting since last Zoom update...?Any solutions please?Kind regards,Candrika

I previously subscribed to a paid Zoom plan and recorded some meetings, which were saved to the cloud. However, I have since canceled my paid subscription and no longer have access to the paid features.   I would like to retrieve the recorded meetings I had stored on Zoom.   Could you please advise me on how I can access or download those recordings?   Thank you

Hello everyone, Since it appeared as a Beta-option, I have been a keen user of the "Screen share > advanced > Powerpoint as a background" feature, which has always worked well so far. However, when I tried again yesterday, the clickable area with the text "Powerpoint as a background" on the "Advanced" tab  was not clickable anymore, and it showed a warning symbol with an exclamation mark. The other 5 options on the "Advanced" tab seem to work just fine. I tried this on my desktop, as well as on my laptop, and with the same result: no access to the "Powerpoint as a background option" anymore. Anyone has an idea what the cause of this is, and how it can be solved? Many thanks in advance for your suggestions.   

I have several breakout rooms with other host, and I am one of the host. When I leave to go support a breakout room, I get this“You are sign into another Zoom meeting; would you like to end this zoom meeting before going into this zoom room?” I have never gotten this to go to another breakout room and when I click yes, even if there is a host in the room I was leavening. It would close that breakout room kick everyone out and open the new one with other participants. When I try to go back to the breakout room that I just left. I would get the same thing come up. “You are sign into another Zoom meeting; would you like to end this zoom meeting before going into this zoom room?” and it was happening to other host. Can you please explained why is this happening after going to the new Zoom workplace and I have the updated version also just in-case you blame that.

I am regularly hosting zoom meetings where I share an audio played from a website on chrome. Last time suddenly my sound was barely hearable to the participants and myself. I checked all sound options on zoom and on my laptop's system settings, without any result. (I checked whether "share sound" was on, tried mono and stereo quality, and zoom has all permissions on my laptop). In a new test meeting, after logging out and creating a new meeting just for myself, it worked fine. I have never had this problem before. I urgently need a solution as I rely on this function weekly. I have got a Macbook Air 15.3.2 and Zoom workplace 6.4.6. I have not changed any settings since the last time it worked fine. The only thing I recently did was clearing cache in Chrome.As the problem does not occur every time I don't understand it and need a solution. When I go to the Settings screen and hit Video, I get a blank screen. It says it is hooked up to my camera. Then when I go the "Backgrounds and Effects" The camera works fine.  It will not work at all in an actual zoom meeting.  The audio works fine.  The camera works on other apps. I have set and rest the permissions.  I have reset the camera, reloaded the camera app, Restarted the computer, updated and reloaded the Zoom app.  How can the camera work on the Backgrounds mode and not on the Video mode?  I am baffled.
