Dear fellow Zoom users, I would like to know if any Monterey users out there have any compatibility issues with Zoom. Currently, we have a 2021 MacBook Pro with Monterey v. 12.2 that seems to work seamlessly with various tests (screen-sharing, playback, audio, and video). I am compelled to know what other Monterey users' experience with Zoom. It would be a great help if you could respond to this post. Ich bin Host eines Meetings, das mit dem Klang meiner Klangschale beginnt und endet. Dazu gibt es bei Zoom die Option Originalton, wobei Hintergrundgeräusche nicht unterdrückt werden. Auf meinem alten PC hat das sehr gut funktioniert. Mit all den dafür notwendigen Einstellungen auf dem neuen PC bleibt der Sound der Klangschale unterdrückt. Auch die Auswahl Originalton Aus/Ein li. oben während des Meetings hilft nicht.Weiß jemand, wie ich die Klangschale hörbar machen kann?

Hello,I am presenting a keynote presentation for a group of 20 participants tomorrow via Zoom. I included a video of myself inside the Keynote but it is lagging when I record via Zoom. So, now I'm wondering how I can show my face on Zoom while sharing my screen? I can see myself in the upper-right hand corner, but when I tested it with a friend, the participant cannot see me.Please help! I am simply using a Zoom meeting link.Thank you.

Hello, may I know how to fix/prevent when I share the screen in zoom meeting, it always prompt the following message? "Screen sharing has stopped because the external display is disconnected"

I recently have been having issues with Zoom meeting attendees, specifically those using their phones, having very poor sound quality. I encourage people to update their app, but not sure what to do beyond that. These people are usually not very tech savvy and have limited trouble shooting ability. The issue doesn't seem to affect those using laptops.

I want to change my user name WITHOUT signing in, on my iPad. How can I do this? I recently uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and now I have to change my name every time. It did not used to be this way. I do tech support sessions by clicking on a meeting link.  My name is NOW coming up as the name of my iPad.  This is not correct.  It USED to join the meeting (without me having to sign in) and have the correct name.  Is this no longer possible??

I regularly use zoom for work and have for three years with little issue.Generally, my boss shares his screen so I can have remote access to do our work. He would also share his computer's sound so I can hear all of the audio that we are editing.Recently, he claims the share sound option has disappeared when he shares his screen. And that as soon as he hits the green "share screen" button, it immediately begins sharing and does not allow him to choose a screen to share or hit the checkbox to share his computer audio. I can hear him just fine, just not his computer sound. (As it is, I can only hear his computer audio as it comes out of his speakers and then back through his microphone, so the sound is very inconsistent for me and is sometimes completely silent.) It's difficult for me to troubleshoot the issue for him as I cannot see his screen when he shares it, therefore I'm not entirely sure what the issue is that he's facing, other than how he's described it. I'm hopin

My clients and I are BOTH receiving emails for cancelled appointments or for appointments that are rescheduled for different days/times but the reminder is for the ORIGINAL date/time.  This is causing a lot of confusion with my clients and it looks VERY unprofessional for me.   How can I fix this?

Are there any APIs for Zoom telephone that allow taking full control of the call?I mean, receive the transcript in real time, regarding what the user is saying, use a Websocket or any method to send that text to an NLP process, get back an audio, and send it back to the user? I have my orchestrator (main API) in full control of all the microservices. Is it possible?

Hello, When I download the zoom intune app for my workplace - I am able to get signed in with SSO and everything works great for a day.  A few days later I go into the app to dial out and the dialpad on the zoom phone is unable to be clicked to dial out.  If I uninstall the app and install, it works fine.  All other features of zoom work such as meetings etc.Samsung S24 UltraThank you!

I see how to schedule a meeting every other week, but I want to schedule a meeting for the first and third Thursdays of every month. For months with five weeks (Like September) the every other week option won't work. Can I schedule for the first and third of the month or do I need to set up two meetings, one for the first and one for the third? THANKS!!

I managed digital signage using Zoom at a previous company, but it's been a few years since I've been in the platform. We use it at my current company; however, since it's been a while, I can't quite remember the ins and outs. I only have access to the Content Library in the Room Management settings, whereas I was a Zoom admin at my previous employer.  We currently have ~50 playlists set up by individual player/screen. I'm wanting to create a new global playlist that includes all internal facing players/screens. My questions are: If I set up a new global playlist and add all the appropriate players, how does that impact the individual players? Does it cycle through the content in the global playlist, then cycle through the content in the individual screen's playlist?I don't see a way to schedule content from the playlist settings. Hi, We are facing issues with the zoom link  each time we reschedule a meeting.When a recurring meeting instance is rescheduled few times, the zoom link gets invalid. Others facing this issue too ? any fix from zoom ? We would expect that when a meeitng is rescheduled, the link automatically updates and works for new instance too. thanks.

For our account, we have native Recording and Transcription disabled, unless pre-authorized, due to our very strict security and legal policies. We just learned that an Otter.AI bot, used by an external user, auto joined a call (Hosted by us) as 'user_otterpilot'. Once the meeting was over, the full transcript of the meeting was emailed to all users on the invitation - based on integration with the external users calendar.  When the Otterpilot AI is recording/transcribing, the Host and all attendees are unaware that this meeting is being recorded.  Does anyone know how we can block these bots from joining our internal calls?  All IP's are different and I can't find out what domain the account is using to attempt blocking that way.  Thanks!

Hello, I am trying to get to settings so me or my people get an email notification when there is a new voicemail.  Tried using chat function to get this answer.  Finally clicked on the Enable Email button     It says email notifications will go out per email list  But I cannot find this email list.  Googled the question etc. Called our company line and left a voicemail, and no notification came to my email . Does anyone know where to find this email list?

I recently upgraded to a new Macbook Pro with Monterey, and since then Zoom has been giving me problems with the webcam I use for my home office. I use a Logitech c922 camera with the LogiTune software to crop the camera to focus only on a part of my home office background. However, every time Zoom grabs camera access (including starting a meeting, turning the camera on and off, or even going into video preferences), it treats it as if I am using the default camera settings, ignoring the LogiTune setup. I can restore the settings by going back to the LogiTune setup process (at which point Zoom recognizes the settings I put in beforehand), but I don't want to be showing my full background for the first 10-15 seconds of each meeting I have. This is also *only* a Zoom problem -- all other applications that use the camera accept the LogiTune settings without issue. This is also an issue with alternate Logitech software (G Hub) that again works with all other programs. T

I've Upgraded to large meeting to increase meeting capacity will my scheduled meetings update automatically? How can I check whether the meeting that is scheduled has large meeting capacity applied it? It's for an event that is happening in 2 hours.

I've noticed with the most recent update that meeting invitations are no longer successfully copying. There is a "copy invitation" tab like before, but it fails to actually copy (I usually paste the copy into emails). I can manually copy the meeting link, but that doesn't contain the meeting date & time details. Very annoying. Does anyone who a fix? Thanks.

HiIs it possible to have only text based chat in meetings? I don't want participants distracted by images people share or screenshot and pasted into chat.I only want text chat for all meetings, that's it. Is that possible?

OS: Kubuntu (Linux), fully updated Since I updated to Zoom version 6.4, it crashes when I try to launch it.  It takes 3 or 4 tried before it finally launches. I clicked the notification to update it to  6.4.6, but my browser opens to a file on my system, and shows nothing but code. Any idea what I can do about the crashing issue and/or getting Zoom updated?
