Since I had a meeting the other day, not even using my own meeting room, instead of the title of my meeting room being Lauren Gayl's personal meeting room, it now says  How do I get this to show the correct information again?

The removal of the upcoming meetings list on the app is a serious problem for me. Yesterday I tried to start a meeting for a Funeral and found that this was not in my calendar. It transpired that somehow when I created the meeting it was arranged for 2027. This is not an easy mistake to make as you have to step through each month to get to this date. Had the meetings list still been accessible I would have seen this immediately. I really do not like the calrendar approach that Zoom has adopted, it makes finding upcoming meetings so difficult.

Please add an option to disable the 'You are muted while recording' notification when a user is intentionally recording with their microphone muted. As a frequent Zoom recorder, this repetitive alert is unnecessary and disruptive, especially when I am aware of my mute status and choose to record without audio.

There was a very useful facility in Zoom meeitngs that is available anymore. I teach students online. Students could send answers privately only to the host. We could see these private messages in one window. This facility has been changed to individual named chat messages. There is a need to navigate around chat widow. I am trying to find out whether this facility is still there  or move away from Zoom. 

I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I wonder if anyone, particularly someone from Zoom, can speak to the issue of the overwhelming amount of webinar spam that's going out. It seems that some email addresses have been handed out to different marketers, and those marketers are regularly signing up people to Zoom conferences that they haven't asked for. Because of the way my system is set up, when I get a meeting request, it goes on to my calendar, and then I have to deal with it. Sometimes, I just get an email saying that the webinar is starting, and it's all junk. I've requested several times to have my name removed from the list. I don't want to be removed from all webinars because I do have to attend them as part of my work, but I'm absolutely fed up with the amount of webinar spam that I'm getting through Zoom. I think it's not just bad for the companies that are producing this spam but it's also bad for Zoom as a brand.

It would be great if we could use the AI Companion on the main Hub to search across the notes/transcripts from multiple meetings. Example queries: What are my action items from the past week of “Meeting ABC” What were the requirements for the TDD I’m supposed to write this week from the “Meeting ABC”We can search through notes, but only if we know exactly which notes they are in, sometimes I just know what meeting the discussion happened in. 

I can't stand Team Chat.Ideally, I'd be able to disable Team Chat entirely—my team and I have absolutely no use for it, and I've gone as far as requesting nobody comment during meetings in the in-meeting chat to avoid further notifications. At the very least, I want to at least turn off the red notification bubble on the dock icon—I have enough already that are actually important, and having 99+ notifications on the Zoom icon is really not helpful. The only solution I've found is signing out entirely, which is annoying due to the NEW "You are chatting as a guest" notification which blocks the first messages in the in-meeting chat. (attached) Would love a solution to this—I am frustrated beyond belief by this new "feature". Please stop fixing things that are not broken.

 There's some debate as to who's responsible for this fiasco. Zoom blames Apple, but an article I linked to below says that Zoom integrated the "feature." Regardless, I resent this defective "feature" being forced on people by default. Now, every week, I only see ONE of my parents on screen because of this monumentally inept design. It's not just that this feature is mind-bogglingly defective, but that it should never have been activated without user approval. Apple, like any developer, needs to think about users when making design decisions. If you roll out a "feature" and enable it by default, a large number of users will be stuck with it permanently. I am 2500 miles away from my parents, who use Zoom on an iPhone. Hello,So up to now I've been able to use a Rode Video Mic-Me USB-C external microphone on Zoom calls with no issues.  I log in via the Zoom App on a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (Android).  After a hiatus over the holidays, however, when I plug this mic before/during a Zoom meeting I get a pop-up stating the video cannot be turned on and that I should check if other apps are using the camera.   The microphone works fine when recording video on the native camera app while not on a Zoom, so I know it's not Android OS or my phone causing the problem.  Also, I plugged in USB-C earbuds during a Zoom meeting with no issues, so I know its not just any USB device blocking the camera - only my Rode mic Moreover, if I start my own Zoom meeting, the camera works (I can see myself) until someone else joins, whereupon the outgoing camera completely shuts off and I receive said error msg.  While I can se

Is there a way to setup others at your organization to be a host on every meeting you create?  I know you can add co-hosts on single meetings, but for efficiency we are trying to set up co-hosts for all meetings.  Our project managers set up meetings that are hosted by others.  All users have zoom licenses.

i can't see myself on video zoom link ?

I cannot see myself; a virtual image is displayed.My camera works.The "Stop Video" button works and my camera is displayed. The light on my camera is on.  In prior Zoom meetings I could see myself. 

After recent updateusing an iPad. The layout changed. Finding meetings was fine. Finding reoccurring classes or meetings was difficult. I did find them eventually under a new heading called my everyday meetings. The next time I went to start my reoccurring meeting that category was nowhere to be found. Now I’m back to square one. It’s very difficult to negotiate this layout. today for example I needed to copy and paste the meeting code and join the meeting rather than host it. This is ridiculous. when the meeting was finished the original layout appeared, and I found all of the reoccurring meetings at the bottom of my regular meetings. This is very frustrating that it changes so rapidly.Please help. 

I manage a handful of call queues and im coming across an odd discrepancy in my analytics. How is it some of my agents total combined staus percentages (ready, not ready & occupied) do not equal 100% but some do? When I first  noticed this I assumed it had to do with offline time but if that was the case none of them would equal 100%. I make sure everyone is offline each night so they would all be well below 100% if offline was counted in the total. So what is making the difference? What am i missing?

Hi, I use a Thinkpad X1 Gen 11 with a Raptor Lake chipset/cpu and an IPU6 camera with openSUSE Tumbleweed.IPU6 cameras have been a long standing issue and are still not fully supported everywhere but with the latest software in openSUSE:- kernel 6.13.4- libcamera 0.4.0I can finally at least get a video picture from the qcam application which is part of libcamera.Camera is also referred to as "ov2740" in case that is important. Still the latest Zoom client 6.3.11 does not show any video. It selects the Camera "ipu6" but it stays black. Anyone knows the state of support of this camera within Zoom? Should I rather raise a support issue? Thanks, Wolfgang

Hello,I have a question regarding the limitations of concurrent meetings when using Alternative Hosts within the same account (organization).Our Current Setup: Scheduler: One dedicated "Admin" account (Licensed User). Meetings: Multiple online training sessions scheduled at the same time. Hosts: Each session is assigned a different instructor (each is a Licensed User in the same organization) as an "Alternative Host." My Question:With the setup above, is it possible for these instructors to start and run their respective meetings simultaneously?Since the "Admin" account is the original host (owner) for all these sessions, I am concerned about the Zoom limitation that prevents a single user from hosting multiple meetings at the same time. Good day!Anybody have this issue? Have been unable to find a fix. Have tried updating and restarting my laptop, uninstalling using CleanZoom, reinstalling, signing out and in again. Nothing has worked. Reported to Zoom already but no response yet. Hope someone can assist. Thank you. 

I have a question: I created a webinar on Zoom and registered a client.The client successfully registered but didn't receive a confirmation email (although they received their registration information).1. I sent a test email and they received it normally.2. Initially, the client received it (about two days ago), but today they stopped receiving it.3. I'm using a personal Gmail account with an upgraded plan.= Can anyone help me with this?

Hello! Could you please tell me why the recording quality is 360? The MacOS system version is higher than 13 and the quality in Zoom app video settings is set to HD. I also have PRO account.
