Somehow my picked time slots on all Tuesdays are not appearing on my planning page. Also: can I re-open a time slot which I have been using for a test? The chatbot is not helpful.

A user in my account has been receiving incoming meeting requests on her android Zoom client from another user, usually using the Windows desktop app, 3-12 hours after an unscheduled meeting took place between them. There is no call being placed, but her android phone rings and shows an incoming request from the person she met with earlier in the day. On her end, it looks like the caller is reaching out to establish a second meeting, but when she accepts the request, it is immediately disconnected, and there is no record of the call. On the caller's end, he receives a notification that his call was declined, even though he did not place a call. This has happened several times between these two users over the past 6 months and both of them have been using the latest software versions for android and Windows. Additional info: The user receiving the call is US East Coast, and the "caller" is on the US West coast so there's a 3 hour time difference.

When I join a Zoom meeting often my fellow participants tell me that my voice sounds distorted - a bit like Mickey Mouse!  If I leave the meeting and sign back in again this usually cures the problem but can take two or three attempts.  Can anyone suggest what is causing this and how to stop it happening?

I have a problem with Zoom since about two weeks. When I use the whiteboard on an iPad Pro it turns black or white in large areas after a while so that I have to stop the session. The content underneath is still visible for other users in the meeting, but I cannot see what I am writing any more. I tried reinstalling the app, even set back the entire iPad and also contacted the Zoom support via the chat, however none of this helped. Has anyone got an idea or experienced a similar issue? Otherwise I have to cancel my pro-account because Zoom has become useless like that.

Hello i try to create a free account with my business Mail, but the Mail with the verification code does not arrive. Not in Spam and not if we allow the zoom mails on our server.... I opened a case but get only the information that i dont have an account and so i can´t open a case... So anybody knows what i can do?Thank you so much

I am having trouble when zooming our church services. The spoken word comes through clearly but as soon as the music and singing starts the audio stops working. I have tried to alter a variety of settings but cannot find out why. This has only started happening since around July as before that all services where heard ok.Anyone any suggestions please?

Downgrade with the "upgrade".Used to be when you looked as usage reports all you had to do was click "unique users" and it would immediately and cleanly remove duplicates. NOW - nope. Click the box or don't - It doesn't matter. Now you have to manually sift through duplicates.WHY have the box at all!? Why change it to no longer work?NO tech support. NO way to even report the bug. All links to filing a form, a ticket, call, etc no longer work.

This question has been asked before but the answers (and information on Zoom's own webpages) varies.  I want to know is transcription of cloud recordings available with the standard PRO account?  On Zoom's advice page for audio transcriptions, it includes PRO accounts: Requirements for using audio transcriptionA Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise accountBut if you look at the plan comparison chart, it says it's not available with PRO or PRO PLUS, only with BUSINESS and above. Most responses on forums seem to support the latter, but some do say it's possible with PRO.  Can someone please provide the latest official verdict on this question?  Thanks!Alex

When I try to join a meeting I get a join meeting timeout or browser restrictions that prevent me from joining. What causes this error? Could a filter or something else be affecting it?

Hello, Perhaps someone can help me? I didn't see a more appropriate board than meetings. I have an App that was added a couple of years ago, and it keeps coming back. We've removed it on several occasions, yet it still appears when I open a meeting. Can someone tell me how to get rid of this thing? It's called BlueSky Timer. It's like a bad penny. Also, I can't even see the apps that are installed now. When I go to Apps in the desktop client, I get sent to the App store which is incredibly busy interface, and I don't see any link for My Apps. I see nothing close to it in the web interface either. Am I missing something? Really disappointed in the updated interface. Thanks. Jon

Currently, when the host leaves the meeting, Zoom asks that person who to assign as the new host before leaving. I wanted to know if there's a way to change that. I would like for the meeting to continue without a host. Is there a way to set that up?Thank you very much in advance.

Hello, I have this assigning problem here.My account is a Pro type. I use webinar for a quite a long time.Recently, my client ask me to add breakout session in the webinar.After some research, I found I have to buy zoom session to have this feature.Now my webinar is already been created and there are already registrants. I need to concert the webinar to session.After purchase the session, I cannot assign my account with session.The odd thing is, other account can, but not for my account which is the owner.Appreciated if any one could spot the problem, and help to solve the problemThanks.   

I have a Basic account, and host a scheduled weekly meeting. Anyone with the link can join. No waiting room. This week, the meeting terminated unexpectedly early - there was about 7 minutes remaining on MY countdown timer. I got the big 'Need more time?' popup message at the usual time - around 30 minutes in. I suspect that it was because someone entered the meeting 10 minutes early, then left the meeting early (that was the only difference I know of compared to other meetings that lasted 40 minutes).  Oh, and this week I dismissed the popup message (I usually just leave it there). There were no noticeable connection issues. Can someone shed any light on this, specifically what should I do to ensure I get the full 40 minutes? Should I perhaps use the waiting room to prevent people from joining early and starting the timer? Thank you in advance for any helpful hints!

Someone help me access my video

I used my zoom account primarily for my book club.  My wife used my account for her biz. She did not like having my name displayed on her behalf (instead of her name) during zoom meetings. I terminated my zoom account and my wife enrolled in a paid zoom account. Problem solved...not so fast. I am a participant in a number of business zoom meetings scheduled by third parties. Yesterday, I joined my first business zoom meeting through a calendar invite from an external company.  During the meeting, my wife's name was displayed instead of my name.  I am ok if my wife's name is displayed when I use her account for my book club. It is not ok for her name to be displayed when I am engaged in business meetings in which I am an invitee.  How do I fix this problem?
