Video not working- only option is USB camera

I have a new Dell laptop and just installed zoom. (Zoom would never work on my lenovo). However, the integrated camera does not turn on. The white light turns on as if the camera was working, but there is no actual video, only a camera with a line through it. When I go to the settings, the only camera option it gives me is "USB Camer". I have no idea why and i obviously don't have a camera connected through a USB. I tried restarting. My settings already give permission to access camera. What else can i do?

Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that your camera isn’t working in Zoom. This issue is likely related to your device. Once you start a meeting, you can select which camera to use — Zoom will automatically detect all available cameras.

If your integrated camera is detected but not displaying video, try running a quick test to confirm it’s working properly. As an alternative, you can also connect an external USB camera and select it as your video source in Zoom.

On my laptop, Zoom and my Integrated Camera do not produce video, only the No Camera picture. Other apps use the integrated just fine. Camera Driver is up to date, and I just installed the latest Zoom update.
