Hi there, If I have a 'Zoom Clips Plus' plan and I find the 'Zoom Workplace Pro' plan necessary, can I just upgrade from the former to the workplace pro plan? How much will it cost? Can I only pay for the difference between the two plans?
Is there a way to store a Zoom recording on a flash drive? I have such limited storage on my crappy laptop. Everything I see says that I should be able to choose a storage place in settings, but I don't see that option when I go to storage. I also can't use the Cloud because my admin has it blocked.
I'm presently redesigning/redeploying our firm's video conferencing solution, changing from GoToMeeting to Zoom. In our current conference rooms we use GoToMeeting Rooms with Poly Studio X50 equipment (Poly Bar X50 and TC8 tablet)We run the HDMI and USB connections from the conference room table across HDBaseT Cat6 Ethernet TX/RX devices (Atlona for instance) to enable a laptop to either use the conference room screen for simple mirroring during non-video conferencing sessions or to do 3rd-party video conference joining when an outside party hosts via another video conferencing solution (Webex, Teams, Google Chat, Zoom, etc...) by putting the GoToMeeting Room control in BYOD mode. All, Hoping someone can direct me. I need reporting from Jan - May of 2024. I have Jan to 1st week of Feb. This is for a court filing. Is it possible to request this data, even if I have to pay for them to pull it on the account? Also wondering if it is possible to show Host IP address? Anyone know? If so, can someone direct me to the individual/group/support team where I can place the request. Surely Zoom must have a customer service team that handles escalations like this. I need to make a zoom recording of myself speaking with a white background. The support chatbot seems to think that I can go to the "none" option, and set the background as white. But when I set the virtual background to "none," I just see the room I am in. Nothing like a option for white or any other color shows up on my desktop app. Thanks for any help you can give! BLShep
Hiwe have migrated to Zoom Phone and I´m happy how everything has working so far.We have only one mayor problem...During non business hours we can not call each other, we all receive the voicemail driectly.. I have added business hours for our main number (autoreceptionist) as well as for all users. All users have their normal phone number and also an extended number. I was thinking tha the extended numbers are only for internal calls and will be not affected from the closing or business hours.Can someone let me know how the best practive looks like? Thanks
I am struggling to find a tech set-up with which I am comfortable. In case it matters, my virtual training is being hosted on my client's Zoom account.I need to be able to see the Zoom workplace screen with and without Powerpoint slides, in addition to Google sheets which has my speaker notes. At present, the Zoom screen takes up 75% of my screen, with Google sheets taking up 25% at the bottom. I would like the ratio to be 50/50 (or so) so I can preview my notes ahead of time by seeing more lines in my Google sheet.Here is what my screen looks like now: https://app.screencast.com/RcKyPyNAR2C6xI would have uploaded the screenshot, but I don't see that option.I have dragged the bottom edge of the Zoom screen up as much as I can. This is an old issue that has now cropped back up again. I work remotely and my network has both IPv4 and IPv6 set up and is working.I have my network settings on my PC to prefer IPv4 over IPv6 (so when I ping google.com it will respond with the IPv4 address instead of the IPv6 that Windows 11 tries to do) This was enough for it to accept my address in the past and I would no longer get the alert, but recently after an update several weeks/couple of months ago it has now reared its ugly head again and Zoom cannot confirm my Emergency address and the alert will not clear.If I disable IPv6 the issue goes away. It looks like Zoom is not defaulting to IPv4 for location awareness and IPv6 is being used instead.Will there be ANY fix for this in the future, as its kind of infuriating and disabling IPv6 should NOT be the solution.Thanks Shad
Hello, previously our site was able to use the answer call button on our Jabra headsets to answer contact center calls while we were away from our desk; this feature seemed to have stopped working in the last couple months. over the last few days I have been unable to get any of the keyboard shortcuts related to phone calls to work on several different computers. Has there been any changes in these features? These would greatly improve the functionality of zoom contact center for our staff specifically the answer phone call function is the most important for our uses.
My client needs to purchase a Zoom plan. The Pro plan's features are sufficient for him, but he needs one feature. He wants to hide a specific meeting participant or several from others. This way, they can participate in the meeting without being seen. Is this possible? I would appreciate your help.

Can we restrict queue call back so that only specific agents can receive those calls? If so, how?And can we set the outbound caller ID when the system initiates the call back? In my use case, customer would like it based on inbound DNIS for the queue.

Then my computer updated and now I can't find where to even get the avatar back. When I search it the responses say to toggle on avatars under advanced meeting, but that option isn't available. I am the owner of the account - basic workplace. Thank you.
For some reason, my Zoom keeps showing a blue virtual background, even though all camera effects are turned off. Has anyone experienced this or knows how to fix it? Here’s what I’ve already tried: - Disabled the virtual background in Zoom- Cleared Zoom’s cache- Reinstalled the Zoom app Interestingly, my camera shows up as "FaceTime HD Camera," and when I use Zoom through a browser or WhatsApp, everything looks normal, no virtual background at all. So this seems to only happen in the Zoom desktop app.Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Hey, I recorded a webinar today to my computer, like I always do. However, Zoom did not generate all the video files it usually does. It only exported one video file with the audio and just the slides. Unfortunately, the speaker window didn't appear on the recording even though they did on the actual live webinar. Does anyone have any idea why? Again, this is a computer recording and our last webinar last month worked perfectly. The only thing I can think that I did differently was that I had 2 screens this time around. Do you think that interfered? In any case, does anyone know if it's possible to recover any files that maybe have the speaker box in the image as well? Thank you.

When sharing screen with another user, and remote control has already been accepted and approved, subsequent crash and automatic restart of the Zoom application restores screen sharing. However, upon crash and automatic restart the previously approved remote control state is not restored. This is a major issue and even a bug, especially critical when working with or assisting remote users who lack vision or dexterity and no one is around to help them re-approve subsequent Remote Control request. DEMAND: Whenever application crashes or abruptly stops, not only screen share must be restored but also remote control state if it had been previously approved. In other technical words, remote control state must also be captured and stored in history log along with screen sharing state. This occurs both on latest updated Windows as well as Mac OS systems.

We have Live Streaming to Youtube enabled in our profile, but about 2 months ago Live Streaming to Youtube stopped working. We receive the following error message with trying to live stream to Youtube. "Please grant necessary privilege for live streaming" We have verified that this is enabled in our profile as well as the user account. We have toggled this feature on and off, but have not been able to resolve the issue. We are able to go to Youtube and live stream without any issues. The problem appears to be an interface issue between Zoom and Youtube. Is anyone else having this problem? If so, have you been able to resolve it?
