Hi, I just installed Zoom client 6.1 on openSuSE and screen sharing is not showing any option anymore on Basic, but only under Advance tab, and there in this one I can only select Screen Portion, but also cannot confirm the screen sharing. Please fix it or let me know how to downgrade to previous version. Thanks in advance!

It used to be that when I paused a screen share, Zoom would just freeze the shared screen. Recently, that behaviour has changed. Now, I pause screen the participants see a message, "(hostname) has paused screen sharing." What changed? Is there a setting I need to fix? I am using Windows 11, Zoom Pro version 6.4.6.

I have ever used pause screen and it  shown last screen  in meeting.Recently ,If I pause screen ,it turn black and shows the message "Host has paused screen sharing".  How to keep last screen while using   pause screen ?

To disable AI Meeting Summaries, contact your admin to turn it off.We have gathered some assets from your meeting earlier.”⸻However, Zoom AI Companion is turned off at the account level in the Zoom admin portal, as we do not allow Zoom AI to access or process our data.When I run /zoom config in Slack, I don’t see any option to disable these summaries either.Do you know how to stop this message from appearing?Thanks in advance!

Been running into this issue for several months and everything I have tried has not worked. I have Only authenticated meeting participants and webinar attendees can join meetings and webinars turned on in the Account Settings. I have Read.ai, Otter.ai, Fathom.video blocked as domains. And I have Only authenticated users can join meetings from Web client turned on.Yet every meeting we have I have to kick several of these AI notetakers from our meetings. We don't want to have turn on Waiting Room for every meeting.As an admin can I not stop these from joining all the time?

I've been using Zoom in my dance studio for many years – always with the same HD webcam (Logitech). The video settings in Zoom were always set to HD, and everything worked fine.Since last week, the HD setting in the video settings has been disabled and can no longer be clicked. I've already checked all software (Zoom, Logitech camera, Windows) for updates. Zoom is the only software running on my PC; no other programs are installed.When I log in at home with the same camera and the same zoom account, I can activate HD without any problems. I've also tested a camera from another manufacturer – and it also has the same problem.I've tried everything, but I can't figure out what's wrong. I haven't changed any settings or software, and suddenly HD no longer works.Can anyone help or has the same problem?

I face an issue when using my Sony XM5 headphones during meetings, whenever I take headphones off to do something else, the meeting audio always automatically disconnects. I have to restart my headphones to reconnect to the audio. I checked my headphone settings and turned off the 'Auto Pause When Take Headphones Off' feature. I haven't encountered this issue when using any other apps on my phone or computer to play music, it only happens when using Zoom.

The recent Mobile Zoom app update (April 30/25) has now removed the Audio Settings: Disable Original Sound from the Settings.  Can this please be added back into the app immediately?

We are a small church that has been having "hybrid" church services via Zoom for the last year.  Everything was good until we replaced our laptop, and now any time more than one person speaks together (as in group prayers), or there is music in the church, the folks on Zoom just hear silence.  We have tried using the "original sound" feature, but it doesn't help.  Our previous laptop ran Windows 10, and our new one has Windows 11.  We use an external camera with mic (Spedal 920PRO). We also experienced a problem wherein the audio was delayed by 10 or 15 seconds, both with someone speaking on Zoom being heard in the church, and the audio in the church being heard on Zoom.  This stopped when we switched the audio input from the mic on the external camera to the laptop mic.  The video did not have a delay, and it wasn't choppy like when the internet freezes.  (This also since we started using the Windows 11 machin

Dear All I am an online tutor.  One of my tutees cannot join a meeting using her laptop but can using her mobile phone?  Unfortunately this cannot be a fix as she cannot use the interactive whiteboard.  I would be grateful if anybody has any suggestions. Kind regardsLen

Is there a way to add a key on a Yealink desk phone to monitor the status of a queue voicemail box? Like a BLF speed dial but that speed dial transfers to the voicemail box of the queue for each user. And monitors whether or not the queue has an unread voicemail.

How can I get recordings from past years such as 2020, because I really need that recording? 

I was able to modify the help and support page on my E550 under menu, help and support, and contact support. I have our support services business hours, phone number, and logo working. However, I cannot figure out how to also add an email address or additional phone number. Anyone else do this? I followed the link below but it doesn't show an email example. I added the below parameters to a test Zoom Phone Template and assigned it to my E550 only. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10. When a call comes in or I manke an outgoing call using the Zoom app, the call is automatically connected to my watch. Each time, as soon as the call engages, I have to push the bluetooth button and toggle to handset. This does not happen ever if I am just using my phone in a non-Zoom capacity.I've looked and searched. How can I adjust the bluetooth settings? thanks,

Is there a way to assign a user access to street address information for our physical phones? I don't see anything in Roles. Maybe another way?

Currently using Zoom app on my samsung s8 tablet, in landscape (with a keyboard). Whenever I join the meeting however, my camera rotates the view 90 degrees, as if it doesnt register that the device is been used in landscape. As far as i can tell, there isnt an option to rotate the camera on the app (i.e. no options button next to the video for settings change).  Is this a bug/can it be fixed?  Cheers

Need guidance with application or user-level permissions. To Determine the best approach out of the two for embedding Zoom AI more deeply into the organization. whether App-level permissions would provide any benefits to end users . Using O365 . 

Hiya My laptop is running Windows 11. Recently the desktop app and web app aren't syncing meetings. And I can no longer delete some meetings in the desktop app! Help please. Heather

Lately it has happened a few times that while being in a meeting, the app had an error and crashed, the issue being afterwards it was impossible to start a meeting again. I tried to solve it by updating the app, restarting my computer, de-installing the app and installing it again, of which the latter worked so far.But this morning it didn't work, and I suspect the problem is that after crashing the app still thinks to be in a meeting, which seems to make it impossible to start a meeting again. I also tried stopping the meetings from my 'task manager', but that also didn't work today.Does anyone have ideas on what might cause this problem and more importantly, what I can do to solve it?Many thanks!

When we go to an applicable phone number and click on it, Ring Central, Phone, and another app pop up, but not zoom. Anyone have any ideas?

I have a paid Zoom account, and I am unable to schedule any meetings. When I try to schedule any meetings, I receive "Error Code: -1". (see attached image). Is anyone else encountering this? What is the solution? Any help is appreciated.

Saludos a todos. Desde este domingo siempre he grabado en la nube a 720P, con una resolucion de 1280x  pero de pronto los videos que bajo vienen con una resolucion de 640x360 pixels. La verdad que ha sido una faena porque la grabación se ve con poca resolucion y muy baja calidad cuando desde mis equipos  1.- No he cambiado ninguna variable de HD2.- La reunion del domingo la primera si me grabo a 720P pero cuando paro la grabación y pongo a grabar la segunda en la nube, cuando voy a bajarla me sale recording_640x360.mp4Hago pruebas de ancho de banda y todo bien, con test de subidas y bajadas 400 megas en total.No es por ancho de banda, andemas de una reunion a otra solo paramos 15 minutos, paré la primera grabacion para que se quedara renderizando en la nube, y puse a gabar una segunda a los 15 minutos. Pero esta ultima me bajó la la calidad de mala manera.Alguien mas le

I teach a monthly Photoshop and photo editing Zoom meeting monthly. I tend to have 15-25 participants. I make modifications to a photograph and discuss what I'm doing. I don't want there to be too much  lag between what I say and what my students see on their screens. I currently have gigabit internet speed from Comcast. I'm wondering what lower speeds I could use and still not have a noticeable lag? Finally has anyone used any of the 5G service providers (Verizon, T-Mobile et al) successfully for similar meetings? Thanks in advance for your feedback Steve
