My profile has my correct name but each time I join a weekly meeting it shows the first names of myself and my partner, probably created years ago for a one time social event. I "rename" it every week and choose "remember" yet every single week it defaults back to these two names.Please help!!
When I leave a meeting and close zoom, it stays running in the background and messes up audio for other apps. I have to force stop it from the app settings everyone a meeting finishes. This just started happening within the last month. Any help?
Hello, I've had AI companion creating summaries without a problem until about a month ago, when it stopped. I didn't change any settings before this happened.When I go on Account settings > AI companion, it it set to autostart and Meeting summary is on, but I get an error message below saying "one or more AI companion features are disabled in your settings". I enabled it everywhere I could think of inside "manage all settings", and it still doesn't work, can you please help?
We're having trouble with one person's recording to the cloud not creating the Ai companion feature Summary, chapters, etc. even though his settings are the same as mine and we have the same type of accounts. We went down and compared his settings with mine and they are set up exactly the same as mine. Anyone have this problem??Thanks

Hi, I am trying to add someone as an alternative host for my meeting but I keep getting the error message 'Unable to assign (email address) as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time' Why might this be and how can I resolve this? In case it makes a difference, the email I am trying to add is an external email address (not within my company) I have checked and the email address is correct and the email is connected to their Zoom account.

Issue :- 1) There is an issue with the Zoom Room setup on the Logitech Rally Bar Huddle device. The huddle microphone is not working at all, only for joining Microsoft Teams meetings using web client in Zoom Rooms. As per our troubleshooting, we found that zoom calls are working flawlessly with this configuration; problems are seen only during web client teams & Google Meet calls. When using Zoom on my Mac Mini computer, I have a green 'video' icon on the menu bar which I find useful.But on my MacBook, that icon doesn't appear, instead I get a 'Zoom' text which has different functionality. We have ATAs by AudioCodes. We have both 1248 and 124 units. We are having issues with DTMF working with the Emergency Blue Lights and our All Campus Alert System. We can connect with each of the units but once connected they do not seem to pass DTMF correctly. Any help would be great.

Hi Everyone, Thanks for the help!We want to read every messages sent into a channel in Zoom Team Chat, whether it's from our teams' accounts or external users that we invite to Zoom Team Chat channel. However, it seems the Zapier can only read messages sent by account integrated into the Zapier (meaning, we won't be able to read messages from External Users that doesn't belong into our groups/orgs). Is there a better way to approach this? As the trigger in Zapier is very limited to the account connected. Our main purposes will be to pass the messages sent by these users but the first trigger doesn't even work for external users or non-connected accounts (not connected to Zapier). Thank you.

When I mirror my Zoom screen from my Android phone or Windows PC to my TV - either by Miracast or by HDMI cable - the TV gets the video but no sound, audio stays on phone / PC. This only happens with Zoom - other apps, from my Android phone / Windows PC, the TV gets both video and audio. When my spouse uses Airplay to mirror Zoom from iPhone or iPad to Apple TV box (which feeds into same TV by HDMI cord), TV gets both video and audio. I've seen a couple other posts about similar issues with no replies. Does anyone know what is happening here? Thanks.
I want to view records, but when I try to register to view it: sometimes I can view as normal, but most of the time it returns back to register screen.It happened with multiple records, and there is no problem about record deadline.When I contact to the record holder, they said they do not block me, I still have full access to the record.What should I do?
