Zoom room Rally Bar Huddle + Tap IP | Audio does not transmit during web client MS Teams calls.

Issue :- 1) There is an issue with the Zoom Room setup on the Logitech Rally Bar Huddle device. The huddle microphone is not working at all, only for joining Microsoft Teams meetings using web client in Zoom Rooms.

 

As per our troubleshooting, we found that zoom calls are working flawlessly with this configuration; problems are seen only during web client teams & Google Meet calls.

 

Zoom version :- Zoom room Version - 6.2.7(6005)

                               Controller Version- 6.2.6(3164)

Logitech Rally Bar Huddle Version- 1.13.154

Logitech Tap IP version- 1.13.145

please look into it and provide us solution

Please be sure to report this to the CollabOS team at Logitech as well - they regularly patch/resolve these types of issues each release.

Is there a resolution for this? We have a huddle bar setup as well using zoom rooms and it is not transmitting audio to a teams meeting.

Have you raised support tickets with Zoom and Logitech yet? If something is actually broken, it needs to be reported - this community does not patch hardware issues.

 

Also, please make sure you are running latest firmware and Zoom Rooms software before reporting!
