We're using a Zoom Phone Call Queue for an internal use case. Think of it as a hotline that folks in the field can call should they require assistance. The queue is manned by a team that is specifically setup to handle these calls, so a call queue just made the most sense. Right now, the call queue only shows in the desktop app when I search for it in the phone number box. It doesn't show up in the contact search and it doesn't show up at all in the mobile app which is what our folks in the field primarily use. Can we please have a toggle on call queues that has it listed as an internal contact?
I'm working with an account that hosts webinars. When I log in on the browser, and then try to launch the webinar, the browser forces me to use the desktop app. There's no way around it - I'm always redirected to the desktop app. When I'm in the app, I can't find a list of the webinars to join directly from the app. It's just a weird experience to have to log in on the browser to find the link to join, and then get redirected to the app. I'd love to be able to start in the app, or stay in the browser. User error? Is there something I'm missing?
There is a scam going on. They want to send you a zoom link. If you have a PC and you allow this, they will be able to hack into your system and find out your personal info. They cannot do this to a Mac. I always tell them I am initiating the Zoom meeting only. This is happening in the wedding industry but I am sure they are trying other places where you are in position to try to sell them your services. Has anyone else experienced this yet?

Hi, I have an issue with creating new hub in Zoom Events.I have Zoom Events Unlimited license, I am logged in with correct account but I am having Access Denied error and can not create hub in Zoom Events.I am located in Ukraine in Kyiv and can not set up Stripe or PayPal account.Billing information is updated, there is no geo-blocking in account.Any ideas?Maybe this will help:I see this error in Console:Uncaught (in promise) Access denied 2/e/billing/account:1
In a previous version, when you were sharing computer audio only, the "stop sharing" red button was still available on the floating toolbar. Now, when sharing audio, there is no toolbar and the only way I have found to stop sharing my audio is by having to share something else, which is a very clunky and unprofessional workaround. Am I missing something?
User will sign in to the Salesforce softphone, they'll make a few calls and then will have to login again and refresh the page all over again. Does this happen to anyone else?
I want to make sure the panelists cannot see any attendee names, as well as the attendees not be able to see the names of others. I also want to make sure that the Q&A and Chat all names are anonymous. In other webinar platforms there is an option to force all names to anonymized. Is this possible in zoom webinars? If so how? I was online in the car while on a zoom meeting and went to an underground parking. That cut off the mobile data connection for a few moments and went back up after that. And the connection started to go on and off. Even now, whenever I do a zoom meeting, the mobile data connection goes on and off with around 3 seconds interval between an on to off.I hadreinstalled, not working,called network service provider, it suggests I reset network settings, which I'm not doing it yet because I don't want to lose passwords,and then what has been done was I cleared cache and data, but the problem still occursShould I really reset network settings?
a Company keeps adding me to their events. I’ve never asked to register to. They send out the links under multiple different email addresses and it feels very spam and been going on for about 3 months multiple times a week. I’ve been personally contacting them asking them to remove me as as well as canceling the registration. Any advice on how to get off this group’s master list?

I am using Samsung/Android and just today noticed I can't remove the blur from my Zoom background. I have tested on different Zoom accounts and the "blur" is on all of them. It is not quite as blurred as the "Blur" option in the "Background & Effects" but clearly out of focus even thoughts I tap "none" .This seriously affects my work so would urgently need help.Has anyone seen this behavior or know how to correct it?
HI. I'm a paying Zoom user. I host meetings and I allow participants to include their transcription/recording tools such as third party READ.AI and OTTER.AI. For both, Zoom seems to be pushing them out of the calls. I have tried finding a solution online, here at Zoom support, and even tried emailing Zoom, but on the latter, annoyingly, Zoom pushes back my emails with an auto-reply which reads:"This email address cannot be used to create a support case. For technical support, please go to the customer service portal or call.If this is an urgent issue please call our customer service team."and then does not offer a phone number for customer service. What do I do to KEEP these transcription services connected on the calls (until I manually remove them, if I so desire)? Thank you for your advice.
Now Skype is gone we need a new UK phone number and the ability to make VOIP calls in the UK, USA and Canada. I live in South Africa, but our clients are in those regions. To register for Zoom phone I know I have to supply a UK address, but does Zoom need me to receive post and do something with it, like sign something and post it back? Can we not register and use Zoom Phone like Skype with never having to deal with a postal service, instead using email?I'm looking at the Regional Unlimited package as I don't see a benefit in signing up for the Global Select package, or am I missing something?
Hi All.I hosted a call and hit the Record button. Simultaneously, a window popped up saying that 'Notebook.AI' asked for permission to record. I thought it was someone in the audience. I allowed permission. The call proceeded. About a half hour later the 'Recording Stopped' voice played. Okay, they left...BUT, the 'Recording' icon showed as still recording. My assumption that my recording was still on-going. When the call finished, the recording to the Zoom cloud was absent and I received no email advising me that the recording downloaded.I have checked the Zoom cloud and my hard drives a dozen times with different searches, to no avail. Could the 'Notebook.AI' recording have bumped my recording? (As Host I'm the only person that initiated recording on my end. Can anyone shed any kind of light or tell me where else I can search for my recording?Thanks in advance,BD
Hello Zoom Community,I recently purchased the Hollyland LARK M2 wireless microphones, and they work perfectly on my Android device in general. However, when I try to use them in Zoom (Android and iOS), the app does not recognize them as an available microphone option. Instead, Zoom defaults to using the built-in microphone of my phone, with no way to manually select the LARK M2 as the primary audio input.Steps I've Tried:1. Verified that the LARK M2 is properly connected before launching Zoom.2. Checked Zoom's microphone permissions in Android and iOS settings.3. Tested the microphones in other apps (they work fine).4. I have meetings set up and will send invite reminders prior to the meeting. Suddenly some of my meetings scheduled no longer show the Add Attendees button.
I am trying to run Zoom (v6.4.6) on a Linux laptop (running Linux Mint 22.1). It installs fine, but when I try to join a meeting it accepts the password, then asks me to accept the Ts&Cs and then nothing. If I then try and close the Zoom workplace window it asks me if I want to leave the meeting. I never show up as a participant of the meeting either.Has anyone got any ideas?!ThanksGeoff
upon clicking invite, received error message with no code number to download latest version. I have and invite link still does not work. PC. Windows uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted but no luck
Hi, I bought new Dell 14 Pro Plus. I installed zoom workplace on my laptop. I viewed multiple videos on fixing zoom meeting video camera in my laptop. All setting are correct, still not able to launch camera on zoom meeting. I see camera light is ON on when launch zoom meeting. Camera window in zoom meeting is black all the time. Can anyone please help. Thanks
My meetings are recording audio properly, however, now there are no video recordings. Have I changed a setting somewhere that disabled recording the video too? I can't seem to locate a specific setting anywhere in the desktop client to fix this. I am the admin for the Pro account license and am using the desktop app in meetings with version 6.5.11 installed.

This is my issue: Zoom records audio, but only shows the first slide in my powerpoint presentation, even thought the slides on the screen advance throughout class. What have I done wrong?
