I am a zoom manager for large events. I am a mac user. When I open up breakout rooms, the first 17 rooms are expanded and after that they are all collapsed. I have to go in and individually click on each room to expand it so I can see who is in each room. My friends who are Window users say that all the room are expanded when they open their breakouts.  As I think about this, it has been this way for years. I'm amazed that I'm not seeing a lot of mac users complaining about this issue. Thanks. Lance

I'm using 5.17.5 on my iPad Pro OS 17.2 (21C62)   I see on the release notes (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0073923) that "Users have the option to switch back to the classic Whiteboard via their meeting settings. Under In Meeting (Basic) settings, users can click the Use Whiteboard by default if available toggle to seamlessly revert back to the classic Whiteboard in their next meeting."   I'm not seeing this anywhere. Suggestions? 

Zoom started putting a time/date stamp in the chat box at the end of meetings.  This takes a lot of screen space and is completely unnecessary.How do I turn off this feature? Thanks! gigi

Whenever I try to screenshare & share computer audio I get a pop up that says:Turn off voice isolation Audio sharing works best when "Voice Isolation" is turned off. To turn off "Voice Isolation", go to Control Center in the menu bar, click Mic Mode, then select "Standard".I have looked everywhere and I do not see this as an option. I have tried adjusting every mic setting and I keep getting the pop up warning. How do I fix this so I can share my computer audio when screensharing? 

Attendees are not able to listen audio from media being played while screen sharing session.

I am trying to support someone using Zoom's screen sharing. I am using a laptop or an android phone (I have tried both) and he is using a Nokia smartphone, not sure which model.   After he goes into Share, Selects Screen and Start now he gets up a message saying ... This feature is  turned off as it will slow down your screen   I can't find any reference to this error anywhere or whether there is a setting / solution / method to get it to work.   Liam

Hi,I have a Zoom Phone subscription but am unable to receive SMS messages. This is a critical feature for me as I need to receive OTP codes.I’ve also noticed that I’m not receiving callbacks from certain companies, which I suspect may be due to my IVR setup.Could you please advise on:How to enable SMS on my Zoom landline number (0161 – Manchester UK area code).How to configure my IVR to allow callbacks from external numbers such as from eBay / Amazon etc.Thank you for your help.

When a caller is presented with the Menu-based interrupt there appears to be no way out of it. They will have the option to eitherRequest a CallbackLeave a voicemailRouted to a FlowIf the caller does not want options 1 or 2, option 3 would send them to a Flow but how can they maintain their position in queue this way? Should there not be an option "press x to continue waiting"?

When I try to use my chat feature while in zoom, it kicks me out of zoom completely.  It’s so frustrating!  I can receive messages but when I try to type a message this is when it happens. Please advise.

hi there, I use zoom for my podcast and recorded good meetings for five years. Today - having changed no settings, using great speed etc the video I received was only 480 p and of course terrible resolution.The BOT cannot help and support is only for pro.Am I doomed and must either pay for PRO or use Streamyard?I am confused.I checked twice ALL my settings and there is no tab where I can see or edit my resolution. thanks!

I have looked through the information about using the GPO templates to configure certain aspects of Zoom. Is there a way to force our users to use a specific background via GPO? Thanks. 

The newest update in Zoom is when someone share their screen, the screen is so small. Because beside it there is a profile photo that take more room (almost 1/2 of the screen in phone) and make the content screen so small. Also when we tried to look in zoom still have this issue. how to remove it ? It so frustraiting cuz I can not attach the screenshot😭

Hi everyone, I have a problem with Zoom Meetings that is driving me crazy.I bought a new Lenovo computer with a Ryzen 3 7320U processor and 8GB of RAM, and everytime I try using the desktop app it  freezes and stops respoding. It happens  randomly, either while being idle in the menu, while acepting a call, while doing a call, or in the middle of a meeting.I have tried changing the video rendering method, disabling hardware acceleration and changing the app to windows 8 compatibility mode, all with no result so far.Any ideas on what else can I try? I also tried reinstalling windows 11 and zoom meetings and it didnt help

I have been using a free video editor to find and create short clips and presentations that I later share in zoom meetings. While it looks nice, I run into an issue — when I share the videos directly through zoom's "share screen," the video sometimes gets stuttering, or the audio goes out of sync.Has anyone else experienced this? And I would be curious if the export settings (frame rate, resolution, codec) make a difference when sharing videos in zoom meetings. I know my internet speed may a contributor, and maybe the video file type isn't the most compatible.If you have ideas to reliably keep video and audio smooth during a meeting, I would appreciate your ideas!thanks in advance.

Just wondering what troubleshooting options there are for Zoom Desktop clients whereby it's not automatically opening on Windows start.  We have even applied as a Group Policy to enforce the start tick box, but we still have a random users where it doesn't and they have to manually run it (it's not running at all, not a silent start confusion) This has been the case through various version of Zoom VDI 5.x and also on 6.0.x - Windows Server 2016 / 2019 for Citrix desktop. Are there any caches that could potentially be cleared down that may be causing the issue / has anyone else experienced this and resolved, please?  

Zoom AI is generating summaries of my meetings (I am host) and they are listed in the website. But Zoom is blocking me form clicking on them.  Zoom also is not sendimg me the summaries by email.

Hi,Is it possible to change the format of the date format in Tasks?I have changed the format of the date (DD/MM/YYY) for meetings, but Tasks is still showing as MM/DD/YYYY. Please help.

Without this feature, schedulers risk booking times when the room is unavailable, leading to inefficiency and rescheduling.

Hello prior to upgrading to the app version 13 when a call use to come in and i was on the other line it would display on the phone. Now it displays on the phone and this loud sound constantly till you answer the call. This leads me to not hear the people i am on the call with. How do i turn this off.

Please comment if you think Zoom should put it back to how it was before.  I made a video before on how to use the calendar, which had a huge amount of use because people did not understand how to use the calendar and still don't. If there's a way of contacting Zoom, please let me know about it and contact them yourself if you think this should be put back as it

sharing of the screen is not allowed. I can do alone, but when the participant comes there is a writing  saying: "you can't share the screen in this meeting". It happens with different partecipants not only one.What shall I do? I have also the paid version. It is urgent!!! I cannot work... I am working with meet!!"

I probably know the answer to this but I'll ask anyway. The ZOOM admin did not record a recent dedication ceremony and I was hoping it might be floating around in the cloud. It took place on the 2nd and was a ceremony for our 91 year old swimming coach who had the pool annex named in his honor. He and his family, friends, and former coaches who could not attend in person did the ZOOM. Not holding out much hope but MAYBE? Just asking....
