I'm currently using Zoom on a dual monitor setup. I've come to like having my video full screen on one monitor with the chat and participants boxes in a particular position on the other monitor. Currently, I have to re-set this up each time I sign into a meeting. Is there a way to set my configuration as default so that it loads in with those windows open and where I want them each time I enter a new meeting?  Thanks,HVance

I use  zoom to do an online karaoke room twice a week, and I noticed in the last update  (5.14.7)  the "Live Performance Audio" setting, but an unable to evaluate it because I get the following error "Unable to start Live Performance Audio"  when attempting to turn it on from the upper left hand corner, where I turn on Original Sound as well.  We're both on Mac OS

Hi, I've been trying to get my App Live Streaming on my Zoom. It finally worked to add a channel but still isn't allowing me to LIVE STREAM on my facebook page. It's giving me this error..  ERROR: Failed to Connect to Zoom Services- Please refresh App and try again. Logging out of all streaming platforms and adding these channels again may solve the error. I tried what it recommended and it's still not working. HELP! 

Hi, for the past few months my Zoom will intermittently cut out in the middle of the meeting. On my end, I experience this as approximately 15-30 seconds of my Zoom disappearing from my screen and rebooting and returning me to the meeting space. On the other end, other participants experience this as my screen freezing.I am fairly certain that this is specific to my Mac desktop as this does not happen when I participate via my iPhone. I am also fairly certain that this is not related to my internet connection as other apps are connected to the internet while it happens.I thought that it may be related to my hard drive, however I recently had to erase and reinstall my hard drive.Solutions appreciated.Thanks!

The zoom meeting link works fine in windows/macos but it asks for a passcode when I try to join in linux.Using cachyOS.

I am on a zoom call for work, I have a set background that pops up when I sign on to these calls. All of a sudden, today, my actual face has not been detected in the zoom call. All it shows is my set background and not my face. I have received no error messages, the "hide self view" button is not marked on my video settings, I tried restarting my laptop and it didn't work. I'm not sure what to do.

My profile status is constantly saying "In a Calendar Event" so people are not contacting me because of it. How do I change/remove this status?

I would like to request the following feature for the zoom participants reports feature. Currently my process is to export the reports in an XML and then use excel to sort by name. The feature I would like to request is the simple ability to click on the name column, and sort it by name (first and/or last)

When I join a Zoom meeting using either a meeting URL or meeting ID, I am able to enter the session, but it restarts immediately afterwards. This issue is not isolated to me; other users are experiencing the same problem in my domain.

I started the Zoom meeting, I shared my screen with the layout where the content is behind me. I recorded local to my computer. When I play the video, it shows the content and me side-by-side with myself extremely small (more like fully content and myself barely visible on the side).When I did this in a previous Zoom meeting. It recorded exactly the way I was presented during the meeting. Why/How did the layout change for the recording of the current meeting, and is there a way to fix it? I've noticed that on Zoom for android, you cannot use an external microphone 🎤 with the application. You are only forced to stay with the default mic. I have the Hollyland Lark A1 microphones which should make me mobile when handling meetings. They work well with both the video and audio recording applications but don't work on Zoom.

When running a meeting we are streaming to YouTube, sometimes we have a break of 10 minutes until the meeting reconvenes.  Can we display a logo and message that streams to YouTube instead of just an empty video?

On macOS, when I share my screen, Zoom steals focus whenever I switch Spaces (virtual desktops) in macOS. When this happens, Zoom receives all my keyboard inputs instead of the application on the screen. I do not use a mouse and this is getting in the way of my accessibility of using my computer at work. I urge Zoom to fix this; this behavior is not ADA compliant and is in direct violation of best practices for accessibility.

For years, I had my Zoom set to automatically copy the ZOOM URL to my clipboard every time I opened a meeting. That was very helpful. That no longer works and I can't find it in the settings. Can anyone help me with this? TIA!

Hello. I recorded a Zoom meeting, and the recording file once converted has been corrupted. It has video and audio for the first 10 seconds, but it freezes and the audio cuts out until the last 30 seconds. My Zoom is updated. Also, the recording didn't appear in the recording section of my account.  I have a 2020 MacBook, and the basic plan.  Any help?Thanks.

Has Zoom enabled a way to duplicate meetings INCLUDING the invitees? I feel like I'm forced to reinvent the wheel every time I want to schedule another meeting with the same team. Thanks! 

Seriously, I don't expect this post to be here long, but not having the option to keep any type of real-time support unless I spend $50/month is a knock-on small business. I am a sole proprietor and only need 1 Zoom account, most of my meetings are either one-to-one or small groups I have no idea how to or want to spend $50 a month to even access the chat support option. when I looked into the business option the minimum account size was 10 accounts or 1999.00 a year. Last time I checked, small individuals made your success possible, yet now we are no longer relevant. Shame on this decision zoom, shame...

There are 2 types of Webinar Zoom type, first participant allowed / can turn on/off the audio or camera icon below. In this type the audio volume in smartphone can easily turn up and down.The second type, participants are passive,  can not turn on/off audio and camera ( no icon below usually have hand wave icon ). In this type the volume is always maximum can not turn up and down except I cross the audio icon at the left top. I always use smartphone Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro. I wonder this  bugs is on the smartphone or zoom apps ?

I run training sessions using Zoom meetings.I used to ask trainees to send direct messages to answer some questions to test their knowledge and I would see all their answers as part of the main chat thread.Recently direct messages now all pop out into separate conversations, meaning I need to click on each one separately to see answers. I've therefore had to ask trainees not to use direct messages as with 10 trainees it means I can no longer just quickly glance to see whether everyone has the correct answer without them being able to copy answers from others.Is it possible to toggle this option on and off so I can choose whether to have a single thread with all messages in the chat or separate threads for each conversation?
