My video filters suddenly disappeared.  I am running Zoom 5.8 and I have had no problem before.  I checked my account and Video Filters is selected.  I reset but still no sign of them in video settings when I enter a meeting.  What's up?

I’m teaching English in Japan and Zoom classes are generally one on one. I’m using Version: 7.0.5 (81138) on an iMac/MacOS 25.6. If I share audio from the textbook we are using via the Mac’s Music app I am often unable to hear student responses when it is their turn to speak They can hear me. I can see their lips moving but audio does not work. We pause. I ask them to count to five. I ask random questions and after a while the audio link is reestablished. Yesterday, after a particularly long interruption when none of the Q&A hacks helped I asked the student to mute and unmute their mic and this did the trick. Are other users experiencing the same trouble? It seems to have been getting worse in recent weeks. Zoom’s updates are less frequent. If this is a widespread problem has anyone had advice from Zoom’s Support system? I have contacted them a number of times on various issues and not once have I received a response. 

I have uploaded latest Zoom Version am using Windows 11 again which I have just updated and I am using Zoom for first time next week with a Virtual course , the Video works fine but every time I go to access the Microphone to switch on it asks me to go to Settings to let Zoom have Access to Microphone - Both Tabs in Settings are set to accept microphone for Apps and other users.  The correct microphone is listed on Zoom so it has found it OK but just will not access it.  I have been into Device Manager and checked Microphone in there and there were to check boxes ticked for certain apps to take priority on the Microphone which I unchecked but still it does not accept.  Anyone else come across this problem ??

the Zoom Workplace I've had issues with my meeting closing all of a sudden at the beginning of meetings. I don't have an  internet problem because, I am connected via a fiber optic. What to do especially, I just using the pro system with monthly payment.  I am not satisfied and I count to leave and to try another system for my video meetings 

Hello. We requested to enable 720p recording option, but it is nowhere to be seen in the settings. I’ve looked at multiple help threads which describe various locations where it should be or has been, but there is not any option. Searching for 720 or HD doesn’t yield anything either. We requested a second time and they claim its already been activated. How can it be if we have no HD record toggle option available to us like has been described? Thanks for your assistance.

I use Zoom to teach Korean Professionals. I use the transcript feature to assist in administering lessons and offer feedback. Although those in the meeting are speaking English, The transcript is recording what they are saying in Korean. This has never happened before. Any insight as to how to change this would be greatly appreciated

I have never had a problem with meeting crashes l got New level moden  from spectrum checked my equipment and no problems can someone tell me what to do to other then turn everything off  and start inviting  everyone again and they all can't stay for that long of a time. HELP please I do free 31 minute meetings Is that the problem cuz I don't pay for zoom ?????

Hi. I’m the account owner and host, and I already enabled all the AI Companion and transcript settings in the Zoom web portal. But inside meetings I still can’t enable transcription or My Notes. It keeps saying that the feature “has been disabled by the host” even though I am the host.I create meetings using my PMI. Previously, note transcription would start automatically as soon as I joined the meeting. I could see and edit the live notes/transcript while me and the other participant were talking.Now, nothing starts automatically when I enter the meeting. I only see a greyed out box that I can’t click.And when I press “Open My Notes” Zoom says: “Host has disabled

Is there anyone else out there that is dissatisfied with this recent change with Transcribe in meetings? Since the host now has to start the transcribe feature in meeting, my users are not happy about it.

Hi, I have downloaded zoom on my laptop just so I can use it for meetings outside my home. However, upon entering a meeting with a promotional video, it suddenly freezes and gives me this error: Zoom has quit unexpectedly. (Note: this does not happen with my PC as it loads the promotional video without errors and I can wait for several minutes before meeting starts) However, with my laptop running windows 11, it seems to get this error regardless of multiple attempts of reinstalls, updates, and even cleaning my cache and background apps. It does show high ram usage regardless of the amount of applications I put in disable upon startup and deep sleep. I am using Acer Nitro 5 with 8GB of ram. Does anyone have the same problem as I do? It seems Zoom has a new “feature” that when I click on a Zoom link to join someone else’s Zoom meeting, it takes me to a browser page (see screen shot below).Where I then have to chose between joining the meeting from the app or a browser.This is a time waster, because I want to use the app 100% of the time.Plus, because I have typically have quite a few browser tabs open, sometimes it can be time consuming to find this page.So it adds extra delay for me to join Zoom meeting.My question - how can I bypass having to go to this unnecessary browser page?So I can go back to having “1 click” to join a Zoom meetingAnd not waste time.    

I joined a meeting and for the first time ever, experienced a horrible echo.  My phone was off; there were no other devices active in the room.  I tried both speaker types. I downloaded a new driver. I contacted Zoom support and the bot told me I had to pay for a plan to get to audio settings to cancel echoes.  I did notice upon leaving the meeting that somehow I was on as two participants - not sure how that happened; but could that have been the problem?

I am the host on our zoom mtg. I am out of town and don’t know how to have someone start meeting if I can’t. I paid for zoom account but our teacher needs to be able to start meeting without me. How do I do that?

When I am on a Zoom call I have it set up on half of my screen. Whenever I open or close chat in a meeting the zoom window resizes and changes position. When chat is opened, instead of resizing the elements within the zoom window to create room for the chat window, the entire Zoom window resizes, adding on the width to display the chat. When chat is closed, the Zoom window resizes to the original size, but it's screen positioning is shifted left. Fix: Do not change the window size when chat is opened. Zoom window sized to half of the screen: When chat is opened, Zoom window width increases to fit chat.  When chat is closed, Zoom window width returns to original width, but stays aligned to where i

Recently, on 3 separate occasions, I logged in as a guest to another host’s scheduled meeting. When I clicked on the invite link, it logged me in multiple times, I appeared in the participant window as 3 times???- and I couldn’t close any of the “2 extras” and had to log out completely- but when I tried to re-enter the meeting the same problem occurred...ANY SUGGESTION OR HELP AS TO WHY THIS IS HAPPENING??? 

is there any way to change the settings on the appearance of the CC/Live Transcriptions during a meeting?i’m using the web browser client. there were two tiny lines, squashed to 1/10th of the screen width, and they kept changing order as different people were speaking.  there wasn’t any way to resize the caption area, or change font size/colour/background.  (that i could find, anyway.)  is that it??? 

Hi Everyone,I can only view my upcoming meetings until the end of April 2025.I'd like to be able to view beyond what seems to be just 90 days. I have a schedule that is planned out through July and need to be able to look at, change and confirm details (manually approve participants) for meetings beyond the 90 days, this is very limiting.There must be a way to set the view to a longer time range. Input appreciated!

howdy all - Yup, I search the boards here alot, and the ol internet, and ChatGPT, Copilot, etc. I manage an enterprise AVD Gov environment. We have MacBook users (Lastest MacOS). We are unable to have successfully ZoomVDI plugins pair when connecting to any type of MS VDI service.As everyone is probably aware. Media redirection is a must have for VDI users.I even gone as far as building my own personal AVD commercial environment AND subscribed to a person W365 desktop for testing/troubleshooting. using my own personal Macbook as well. I have completely removed any work related variables.Using the latest Windows App version, Zoom VDI 7.0.10followed everything to the tee - Using the Zoom VDI client with AVD/Windows 365 on macOS

I just logged into try and schedule some meetings and the whole interface has been changed.  I go to click on meetings and it gives me the option to "host" or "join" a meeting....  Sigh.....  Where the heck did they move the dashboard when you used to log into your account and it launched right then and there.  Now it's filled with all sorts of garbage promoting more services to buy that don't interest me and clutter up my screen. And, where do you request support to chat with a support agent?  I'm not interested in their stupid AI bots. I don't understand why they have to make things harder.
