Meetings

Every time I end a meeting I get an email that says, "Meeting assets for Personal Meeting Room are ready!"   It then links to the whiteboard that I had shared screen to during the meeting.  It seems there is no way to toggle these email notifications off.  Has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it?   (I'm on a Mac, using the Zoom application version 6.5.9.  I've already looked through all the "email notification" settings after logging into my account on a browser.)

I recently upgraded to a pro account so that I could do in meeting polling. I created a poll outside my meeting which is already scheduled, but when I enter the meeting, there is no option to launch a poll. The icons at the bottom do not include polling, and when I click the more button, it only has livestreaming options. I cannot launch an existing poll nor can I create a new one. I have read and tried everything I can find int he zoom help files. been trying since yesterday.

I have court tomorrow and was told I could use zoom.. it's my first time using it and don't know how to really use it.

Is there a shortcut to ADMIT ALL or ADMIT NEW ATTENDEE after you have started presenting ?Once i have started a zoom meeting and in the flow of a presentation i have to use my mouse to hover over the request to ADMIT the new person logging into the meeting. I tend to use a waiting room as i don’t want people to login before i arrive and get everything ready to launch the presentation.I then let everyone in but it is after i have started and in the flow of presenting that late arrivals are harder to manage without breaking the presenting flow. I have looked in to keyword shortcut but hitting a brick wall on how to admit people into a meeting while presenting without scrolling across the screen to click the button. Was hoping to automat this with a hot key or automation. Would welcome some advice on how other have done this. 

I tried to use ZOOM in my Windows 11 PC and I cannot login because the software requires me to do an update to version 6.7.2 or higher in order to continue using ZOOM. I need to do that update but the ZOOM program asks me to do it by contacting the IT team. The message displayed on the screen is as follows: “Your app version needs to be 6.7.2 (26346) or higher to sign in. Please contact your IT team to update your app.” I have ZOOM installed also in my Android smartphone, with the same ZOOM account, moshe.goldstein@mail.huji.ac.il. The ZOOM’s version of that installation is 6.7.5 (37428). Hello Team,I am facing an issue during Zoom meetings. When a new participant joins the meeting, I am unable to notice it if I am working on another screen or using a different application on my laptop.Because of this, I sometimes miss acknowledging participants who join late, which impacts meeting flow.I would like to know: Is there any setting to make Zoom automatically notify or alert me more prominently when someone joins? Can the Zoom window come to the foreground or show a persistent notification even when I am on another screen/application? Hello Community,One of our enterprise premier users has encountered an issue with generating Zoom logs for their two recent meetings that took place on April 14th. In the provided Screenshot, the user has two meetings. But she cannot generate reports using the icons on the right side. I as an administration have tried to generate the reports for her as well, but the Report icon is greyed out for these and all other meetings for our tenet.Please can I have assistance with troubleshooting this issue?Sincerely,Terrence NarayanBCNU IT Support Technician

I recently installed a webcam, but my face will not show in the screen during Zoom call. My face does show in my camera app. I also have a notice from my security system (ESET) saying that camera access to Zoom has been allowed. What do I do to get my face to show up on zoom rather than a black screen? I have the latest Zoom version. I am using a desktop PC. If no one can help, is there a phone number I can call to get this figured out?

I cannot tell if Zoom has installed or not.  

why all my recording conference GONE today? 

I recently got a new laptop (Acer with Windows 11 Home) and when I am in Zoom for guitar lessons, I can hear voice clearly, but the guitar playing is muted/cannot be heard.  Some other participants can hear the guitar, others like me cannot.  I have tried all the recommended settings including setting the audio for musicians, but no success.  My old laptop, also an Acer with Wondows 11 Home, has no trouble hearing both voice & guitar in the same meetings.

Hello,I am currently experiencing issues related to transcription during Zoom meetings and would like to ensure that no transcription or recording takes place at any time.While I have already disabled cloud recording on my account, I am concerned that participants joining the meeting may still have the ability to record or transcribe sessions independently. Since attendees can join without being tied to a centralized account, I do not have direct control over their individual settings.Could you please advise on how to fully disable transcription features for all participants in a Zoom meeting? Additionally, I would like to understand what measures can be implemented to ensure that no attendee is able to record or transcribe the session, regardless of their personal settings.Thank you for your assistance.Kind regards,

This issue has me banging my head against a wall. I have cox internet in AZ with the service 1 gig up/down (with speedtests showing 920’ish both ways). I have unifi equipment and all affected devices are hard wired. The issue occurs on my wife’s and I laptop. When we join a zoom meeting everything is fine. But once we share screen, we get internet connection is unstable and from the other users in the meeting they report our voices are robotic or don’t transmit at all. they also report the stream lags extremely bad or freezes. This issue does not happen when using teams or any other meeting software. All other devices/services work perfectly fine in my environment.  To troubleshoot I have plugged my laptop directly into the modem, bypassing my router, and the issue still occurs. I had a cox technician here this morning and he basically shrugged his shoulders. I know something is being blocked upstream and I need to be able to go to cox with this evidence. Has anyone he

I received a zoom invitation and when I click on the link, I am directed to a webpage that is telling me my zoom client is out of date and I need to update. A file downloads and when I install the file it does not resolve the issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom with the latest version, cleared my cache, and restarted my computer multiple times. At this point I have no idea what to do.  The interesting part is I am able to open other zoom invitations, so I am not sure if the issue is on my end or the invitation creator's end. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

You might have seen the announcement recently that Zoom launched their connector for Claude. I took it for a test drive to see how it could make me more effective.Looking forward to seeing where this Claude connector will evolve within the Zoom ecosystem. 

I don’t now the mains of today meeting 

 I was using phone for audio for desktop zoom. I could listen. Everything worked fine until the host unmuted me, then the audio icon changed, and I could not interact with the host.This is using desktop zoom for Debian, 7.0.0.1666 This problem has happened multiple times.One time, I was able to establish a working system by hanging up the phone and reconnecting.Another time, this method did not succeed, forcing me to move to Android app.

i am now unable to login into my personal and work email because I accidentally put the educator status and pressed all the age buttons hastily. i need to use zoom for this email because it is connected to my emails for college. please help. i am unable to submit a support ticket and contact because i need to login which i cannot. i made this account with a different email, but the email that I need support on is different. please help 

Could, pls, somebody tell me how I can test my microphone and camera BEFORE I start a conference? I have just installed zoom. After the installation there was some kind of a test. The camera seemed to be working, but the microphone did not. I clicked my profile, but it did not have any settings. I have only a basic account. Thank you.

When setting up all my meeting, I turn on automatically recording to my computer.  In the the last 5 (or more) sessions, the automatic recording has not worked.  If I remember, I can turn it on during the live session, but would really like not to have to remember when I am live.  Please advise.

I just logged into try and schedule some meetings and the whole interface has been changed.  I go to click on meetings and it gives me the option to "host" or "join" a meeting....  Sigh.....  Where the heck did they move the dashboard when you used to log into your account and it launched right then and there.  Now it's filled with all sorts of garbage promoting more services to buy that don't interest me and clutter up my screen. And, where do you request support to chat with a support agent?  I'm not interested in their stupid AI bots. I don't understand why they have to make things harder.
