I’m writing to seek your assistance with an issue regarding my Zoom Pro subscription. I have an active monthly subscription purchased through my Apple ID, and it correctly appears as valid in my Apple account settings. However, after being unexpectedly disconnected from a meeting, I’m no longer able to access Pro features within the Zoom application on my device. The app does not recognize my subscription and behaves as if I’m on a free plan. I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Signed out and back into the Zoom app using the same email linked to my Apple subscription.Restarted the device.Ensured I’m logged into the Zoom app with the Apple ID used for the purchase.Despite these efforts, the subscription still isn’t active in the app. Could you please help me understand what might be causing this discrepancy and how to restore access to my paid features?

i have made the payment to upgrade pro but payment was made but my plan was not upgraded yet what kind of services is thius ?

Hallo zusammen,ich möchte mein kostenloses Basic-Konto löschen und muss einen Kenncode erfassen. Den einzigen Kenncode den ich finde, ist der unter Meeting. Dieser wird aber nicht akzeptiert. Eigentlich sollte die Lösung allerdings ohne Kenncode möglich sein. Ich bin als Verantwortlicher im Konto verschlüsselt. Gibt es hier eine Lösung? Gruß Willi

After payment was done till now zoom is not upgrade why??

I signed up for what I thought was a monthly subscription to Zoom, but it’s only billed monthly. It’s an annual subscription, which I don’t want. I need to talk to a human, but the virtual agent keeps telling me to sign in, which I did. How do I get help from a human directly? Thanks!

Здравствуйте! У меня в прошлом году был оплачен годовой тариф. В этом году у меня нет необходимости пользоваться этим тарифом, но я его забыла отменить. Отменила на следующий день, когда пришел счет на оплату. Сейчас мне приходят письма, чтобы я оплатила задолженность. В кабинете написано, что тариф отменится через год. Подскажите, пожалуйста, как мне сейчас отменить годовой план и чтобы письма с требованием оплаты перестали ко мне приходить. Заранее спасибо за помощь.

zoom cloud meetings とzoom.usをインストールしました。zoom.usは、退会出来ましたが、PCで検索すると、zoomベーシックになっています。zoom cloud meetings は、退会出来るのでしょうか？

I need help canceling a payment that was made rhe same day.

Desde hace tres meses zoom me está duplicando los cobros y solamente tengo una cuenta. Cada mes me hace dos veces el cargo a mi tarjeta bancaria  y sumado a esto en mi historial de facturación solo me aparece un cargo. Este mes cancele mi cuenta  de zoom pensando que ya no ocurriría y nuevamente me realizó el cargo mensual. Zoom me está robando. ¿Quién me resuelve?

Hola Con fecha 11/05 me he dado de alta en zoom y me han pasado un cargo de 39,00 Euros en mi cuenta bancaria cuando decian que los datos de la tarjeta solo eran para tramitar l'alta. Ruego se proceda al reembolso del importe cargado ya que no corresponde.

줌 1개월 자동결제가 되어버렸습니다. 결제일 전에 연락이나 팝업이 뜰 줄 알았는데 연락을 못받아서 확인을 할수 없었고 계좌 확인 후 알게 되었습니다.  더이상 사용하지 않아 결제 취소 및 환불하려고 합니다.  청구서 번호는 INV351584729 이고, 청구서 날짜는 2026년 4월 27일 입니다.

Dear. We were not using zoom from last two months and bill is generated and send to us of two months. we tried to cancel the subscription, the cancel subscription button is not highlight when we are moving the cursor on it. kindly help us to cancel the invoices of last two months and cancellation of subscription. 

2026년 4월27일 새벽 자동결제되었어요. 자동결제날짜와 시간을 잘못계산했어요. 환불부탁드립니다.
