Subscription Cancelation

Dear. We were not using zoom from last two months and bill is generated and send to us of two months. we tried to cancel the subscription, the cancel subscription button is not highlight when we are moving the cursor on it. kindly help us to cancel the invoices of last two months and cancellation of subscription.

If the cancel button is grayed out, make sure you are logged in as the account owner or an admin with the necessary permissions to cancel the subscription. If you are logged in as the owner or admin and are still not able to cancel, please reach out to our billing team by submitting a billing ticket and they will be happy to assist.

I never authorised subscription and cancelled it.  Still I am charged the amount

Please reach out to our billing team by submitting a billing ticket and they will be happy to assist. We do not have access to your billing account on the Zoom Community. Apologies for the inconvenience!
