How to Update Your Avatar Image Changing your avatar is an easy way to personalize your community identity. You can change your avatar as often as you like. Your current avatar appears at the top of the Avatar page. To view and update your avatar image, follow the below steps.Click your avatar in the top-right corner. Select My Profile from the dropdown menu. Click Edit Profile. Under the My Profile tab, find Profile Picture and click Edit to add your image. Select Save changes.Note: Image should be at least 90 x 90px. Maximum file size: 5 MB

I like Zoom. It does what it says it's supposed to do. As an instructor, I've used it and taught others how to use it since the very beginning.However, is there a way to disable the Badges feature? I find this extremely annoying because I'm not an employee of Zoom. I have no desire to 'earn' badges or receive praise or acknowledgement for being a customer of a service. Nobody needs to know how long I've been a customer. We have a business related transactional arrangement between myself and Zoom. The dynamic between Zoom and myself is not that of an employer/employee or anything similar. I find it a patronizing and unnecessary feature. Not to mention the expense of maintaining this silly system which gets passed on to the customer. This seems to be everywhere now and it needs to be called out. Thank you for your response to this request.

I have a Pro  plan with one other user/paid license.  I recently added another user as basic but have not been able to purchase an additional new licenses for them.  The Edit Current plan button is grayed out.  The information button says that has to do with unpaid invoices but there are no outstanding invoices.  Can someone help?
