I am an online higher ed instructor. Although I have been using the college's Zoom for years, I have just created my own private account. It looks like it's all set up and I've been adjusting settings, profile, etc. but see that the Getting Started information references downloading Zoom Client. Do I need to do this? Why? Or have I already downloaded it somehow? Clearly I'm a newbie!

I made a duplicate payment this month (set up another subscription) (long story) - when I contacted customer services they cancelled everything it has taken 14 days to get to the point where I now only have access to 40 minute free zoom calls and very little response from customer services, and the responses I do get make things worse.  Is there a way to talk to a person or escalate a ticket without buying ANOTHER subscription. All i want is my usual subscription to be up and running again, but customer services have just cancelled  everything and told me to sign up again (the subscription fee has gone up since my contract so I would have to pay 10% more) (which for a small business like mine makes a difference).Help!

12월 14일 구독 취소를 요청하였고, 승인되었는데, 다음날인 12월 15일에 결재가 되었습니다.환불해 주시기 바랍니다.더 이상 쓰지 않기 때문에 취소합니다. 

줌 1년 구독이 자동결제가 되어버렸습니다. 결제일 전에 연락이나 팝업이 뜰 줄 알았는데 연락을 못받아서 확인을 할수 없었고 카드결제 알림이 와서 알게 되었습니다.  더이상 사용하지 않아 결제 취소 및 환불하려고 합니다.  청구서 번호는 INV333528042 이고, 청구서 날짜는 2025년 12월 12일 입니다. 

Hello, I have a few concerns about my Zoom profile, and just wanted to note it here and see if anyone else had experienced something similar.  It is currently saying that I have a Facebook account linked to my Zoom (I do not). It's also not giving me the option to troubleshoot or disconnect it. I am concerned about this because I deleted my Facebook, which I'd had since like high school because I wanted to take a social media break.  Recently, due to some other issues, I had to see if it was somehow still active and/or had been compromised or someone else was using a page and pretending to be me. When I tried to enter the email address associated with it, I was told my account had been disabled due to violating community guidelines. However, I was able to open another Facebook page and promptly tried to take the steps of identity verification - it would not allow me to. It only allowed me to do two-step verification,

I had 2fa setup for my personal zoom (gmail) account stored on a former employers device. Why is contacting customer support so difficult on a basic account? It's limited to FAQs (articles), Live Chat (bots) that direct to articles (FAQs), and here (community). [Account Issues]My current account is new; the previous account lost its authentication key and backup codes. I have a basic account and I inadvertently set up 2FA and cannot find where the Zoom authenticator code is being sent although I have Microsoft and Google Authenticator apps.  Also I cannot find a Recovery Code for the account and I cannot submit a ticket for support because it is only a basic account.  The only way I could get into THIS Community was to set up a new Zoom basic account (WITHOUT 2FA) with a different email account which is not ideal going forward as it is not the email account I use most of the time.  Any suggestions any one?  I cannot even upgrade the account to Pro to get the necessary support because I cannot sign into that account!  A real Catch 22.

I have an urgent problem with my Zoom account. I enabled two-factor authentication, but I lost my recovery codes. Now I can't log in because the app is asking for the code. I have a basic account and I don't know how to contact technical support. Can anyone help me recover access to my account?

My team only needs a Zoom account for one year. It does not seem possible to turn off auto-renew, so we are thinking to cancel and just let the account run out at the end of the 12-month period for which we have paid. I can find no clear answer as to whether cancellation is effective immediately or whether we can continue using the account until our paid period has ended. The documentation seems to say that we will lose access to recordings immediately. I have tried to reach a Zoom account manager without success. Can anyone tell me whether cancelling our account will just effectively turn off auto-renew or whether we would lose access immediately? Thank you so much

I am not sure if anyone can assist me but I don't know where else to go. I have Zoom Business for my organization and have been using it for many years. This year I called in to get 2 licenses removed as we were no longer going to need them. Apparently, the management portal does not allow me to change the licenses on my own because it is a business account. The rep said they would not be able to help me so they escalated it to a manager. I met with the manager and they gave me a new quote which I signed. Then, three weeks later when our renewal date arrived, I was not billed what I signed up for but instead over-billed what the advertised rate was on the site. (The website shows $18.33 per month per license and I am being charged $19.00). I reached out to the support people and they said I had to talk to my account rep, who I never met before until now. В разделе история счетов было два инвойса, один с кредитным остатком. Оплатил инвойс профессиональный тариф, а меня не переключили, уже пара дней прошло и по прежнему на базовом тарифе.Причем кредитный инвойс так и висит не понятно почему. Что делать?

Earlier there was not Indian currency available so I used US currency for bill payment. But now when I try to change the currency the tab for currency is greyed out and I am not able to change it to Indian rupees. Please help me change this

Just wanted to come here to highlight Zoom's unfair auto-renewal practices. Seems like I am not the only one. Beware if you are entering a contract, Zoom will set the contract as auto-renew. You won't be able to stop it at anytime and you will be forced to pay for  the whole year. Their T&Cs actually say that Zoom will send you a notification prior to auto-renewal. I never received the notification, disputed payment as breach of contract and asked to be put in touch with the complaints department. Their communication is a joke, they take forever to reply (it's 8 months of back and forth emails with a chatbox). The result? I couldn't even find instructions to deactivate autorenew so it all ended with Zoom having to do this for me. The system is purposefully hard so that Zoom can profit and take advantage from its users. A very good platform but 0 stars from a customer service level from me. Bye Zoom, hello Teams.

Hi, My account is due to expire at the end of June.  Will Zoom be advising me of my upcoming payment before it is taken off my credit card or will it just come off automatically?
