I upgraded by account this afternoon from Basic to Pro. I've had a Pro account for some time, but had neglected to renew, so I had slipped back to Basic. Upon payment, my account was immediately upgraded which is great. I need a receipt/ invoice for the payment and didn't see any type of document I could print as a receipt. Do you know how I can get one?

Somehow back in January 11, 2025 I inadvertently signed up for zoom workplace, and have been charged $15.99 per month since January 11, 2025. I’ve not used workplace zoom at all, I have since canceled the monthly subscription, and I would like a refund going back to January 11, 2025, please. 

I have zoom PRO. How I can change language on my zoom workplace?

My husband can’t log into his account since he doesn’t have access to the email he used when he signed up. So, he can’t reset his password and his phone number is not in the account. We have gone through the AI black hole and nothing. And it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. This is the worst customer service and experience.  And when I try to submit a ticket, it just sends me back to AI.

Does anyone have advice on how to get someone from Zoom to respond to a support ticket? I’ve tried calling, emailing, virtual agent. I got one person to email me (Lee) but then didn’t respond to resolve my issue. The person on the phone (Lou) said she would escalate the ticket, but still no response. Then I went online to escalate the ticket myself, but still no response. We are trying to revise the number of webinar host accounts so that it is reflected on our upcoming invoice. I reached out about this several weeks ago to resolve this, and now the invoice is past due. We are afraid that Zoom is going to downgrade our account because our payment is late. I don’t know what else to do.

I want cancel membership. My schedule is the end for counseling zoom service. 

I've been charged for a subscription that I cancelled. When go into my Zoom Account, it says that it's not active.  

If you have a Zoom plan and are shocked to find you cannot reduce the number of licenses or cancel and add-on, please respond. This business practice is dubious at best and potentially actionable. If you were not made aware that Zoom considers you "locked in" until you tried to downgrade or cancel, that experience should be widely publicized before more organizations fall prey to this practice.  Check your paperwork. Did you even get any paperwork? If you did, does it say anything about being locked in? Many people just upgrade plans without being told they will be unable to cancel or downgrade.

My personal zoom account has been linked/associated with a company that I was recently laid off from. How do I get unlinked so that I can control my account, as the company IT has been unresponsive to my communications.  

Hello! I'm trying to get the Invoice from year 2020 until the latest one but seems I can't extract it from the Invoice History tab.

I'm having trouble assigning licenses to any of the users connected to my Zoom account. Right next to the rubric "Users" there is this message: "You have licenses still available to users. Assign license to users or manage your license count." Although just below, just above the list of users, there is the following message: "You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit." As of now no license is assigned to a user and when I do try to assign a license that last message appears again inside the "Edit User" pop-up window. What am I missing here?

Hi community,I am currently attempting to set up monetization for my app.The setup process requires my address to match my account settings. I reside in Canada, and all of my phone number, email, payment and contact information are set to Canada. However, on the monetization setup page, the system defaults my location to the United States and the field is grayed out, preventing me from changing it.I have not found anywhere to change the account address, except for Billing Management / Contact Information, in which I have already entered the correct address. I cannot find an option to update the region specifically for monetization.Could you please assist me in updating this setting so I can proceed?Best regards, 

I want to change my subscription payment from monthly to yearly.Previous payments were made using Google Play via OVO e-wallet. However, when I checked the billing subscription on Google Play, Zoom did not appear.  But when funds are available in OVO, they are automatically reduced for monthly Zoom payment transactions. I have a problem that's impossible to resolve through Zoom's ridiculously complicated "self-help" site. I need to close an old account that I continue to get billed for. Has anyone had success getting through to Zoom?
