Löschung kostenloses Badic-Konto

Hallo zusammen,

ich möchte mein kostenloses Basic-Konto löschen und muss einen Kenncode erfassen. Den einzigen Kenncode den ich finde, ist der unter Meeting. Dieser wird aber nicht akzeptiert. Eigentlich sollte die Lösung allerdings ohne Kenncode möglich sein. 

Ich bin als Verantwortlicher im Konto verschlüsselt. Gibt es hier eine Lösung?

    To delete your free Basic Zoom account, you must be the account owner. You should not need a meeting passcode to delete the account—only ownership is required. If you are being prompted for a meeting passcode, that is not related to the account deletion process. Make sure you are following the correct steps for deleting your account as the owner.
