After payment was done till now zoom is not upgrade why??

    Glad to have you here! 

    If you’ve recently upgraded your Zoom plan and something doesn’t seem quite right, a good first step is to check your billing page and see if the upgrade is still marked as “pending.”

    Try this:

    1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal: Zoom Billing 1
    2. Go to Plans and Billing (or Account Management > Billing) 1
    3. Check the Pending Plans tab for any pending activations/changes 1
    4. Check Payment History or Invoice History to confirm the payment is recorded and download the receipt.
