My Personal Room settings seems to have "Mute participants upon entry" set as a default because every time I turn that option off, it's selected again a few days later. I've been battling this issue for years now and it's just not practical to keep having to go into my Personal Room settings and turn off "Mute participants upon entry" every couple days. Anyone have an idea why this option keeps reverting back to being selected?

I launched the app today to an unpleasant surprise - there seems to be no way to get my list of recurring meetings to show up other than from a tiny dropdown?  This is a terrible change for my use purposes - most of my meetings are "no fixed time" and I rely on being able to see and access that list easily throughout my work day as I meet with clients. The other thing I do at start is launch my personal meeting room for drop-in meetings, and that is also difficult to find and access. I do not want Zoom to manage my calendar, I do not want or need a calendar view, and now there is no option other than this useless view? I would like to have choice in what kind of display I have, because this is not it! Older questions about this kind of issue reference a "merge meetings and calendar tab" option in account settings, but this setting DOES NOT EXIST - I have searched the account settings using Zoom's search feature and it returns no results (see image 2 below).

Hi, Has there been a change to setting the meeting duration to great than 1 hour for the One to One Booking type?I created a booking for a 5 hour meeting a few weeks ago and all was good with setting it up in Scheduler. However, today I tried to set up another 3 hour meeting and it looks like the max duration is hard coded to 1 hour now.Am I missing something?

(I see discussions on this topic, but all are 3 years or more old)  (My org has a “Workplace PRO” account.) We are looking at hosting webinars with participants in China - large cities with generally adequate internet access.  I have read the advice in a Zoom support document to “opt in” to using the China datacenter.  Is this still a thing?  When navigating to the list of datacenters, there is no choice for “China”.  In 2026, to register and attend a webinar, would a participant in China need to download the Zoom.cn version of the individual app - and be required to enter a valid China phone number?thanks

Hi everyone,Has anyone noticed brief audio dropouts since the recent Zoom desktop update? In several meetings, audio cuts out for a few seconds while video and internet stay stable.I’ve already updated Zoom, tested different headsets, and tried both Wi-Fi and wired connections, but the issue still happens randomly — especially in longer meetings.Curious if others are seeing this or have found a fix. Thanks!

Hi all — we’ve got two Zoom Rooms running and three more going in this weekend. Under Floor / Account Settings, certain options show “Floor Settings,” but one room isn’t picking them up. Anyone know why?The Display settings are different in each room, and they shouldn’t be.

Would be very welcome. When can this become available?

I have Cisco device running on RoomOS and native zoom. I have created macro to control Mic,speaker and Camera  during call. I am able to unmute mic and speaker but not able to unmute the camera. Suggest me setting I need to change

When we copy a formatted table from Microsoft Excel and paste it into Zoom Team Chat, all cell formatting is removed. The pasted content becomes plain text without cell borders, row and column alignment, background colors, merged cells, or table structure.Microsoft Teams preserves Excel table formatting, making the data easy to read. In Zoom Team Chat, the same data loses its structure, making it difficult for recipients to understand.Expected behavior:Preserve Excel cell borders. Preserve row and column formatting. Preserve table structure. Preserve cell background colors and formatting when pasting from Excel. This feature is important for enterprise users who frequently share reports, inventory lists, financial data, and IT documentation in Team Chat. Please consider adding support for rich Excel table formatting when pasting into Zoom Team Chat.

Hey all, I tried to fix something that’s not broken and ended up with a problem. I used zoom events for the first time to organize webinar series (in lite) and the registration link that’s generated was way too long it broke in our email crm system when we sent out the invites. so we started to receive many emails saying they can’t register because the page won’t open. Option from zoom ai assistant is to add a utm link which is impossible to add for me (not available) or any other suggestions it gave me is not visible for my account. I’m going crazy and need help!! thank you

When I resized the window to half size. I can get it back to full size on the current meeting but when I go out and come back into new meeting the meeting in half size.  It is programed to open as half size. I can get it back to open my screen on full size.

Recently I always started my meetings by clicking the blue Start button on Meetings tab in desktop zoom client. Now this button has gone. So I have to open the text of invitation, copy and past link into browser there suggestion to open zoom-client appears. Only after that my meeting starts

I cannot find how to share my phone screen on Zoom since last update. Where can I find it?

Hi there,   Since linking my Gmail and Google Calendar with Zoom desktop app, I continuously get distracting pop-up notifications on my desktop - how do I turn these off?   For any employees at Zoom that may be seeing this: This is such an incredibly simple request, and it's kind of shocking it isn't obvious how to turn these off after a good search through in the settings.  Also, it is also ridiculous that this is the only support that is offered for a paying customer of Zoom - why not simply a LiveChat?  Very ridiculous, and very frustrated.   Thanks to anyone who can help solve this simplest of requests.

Hello Zoom Community,I am facing a critical issue regarding mid-meeting add-on upgrades and Breakout Room capacity limits. I would really appreciate some insights into whether this is a hard limitation, a glitch caused by dynamic upgrading, or if a meeting restart was mandatory. Why Mid-Meeting Upgrades Are Critical for Us:First, I want to highlight that the ability to upgrade licenses mid-way without disrupting an ongoing session is one of Zoom's absolute best features. This is a massive plus point. For any host, having to "End Meeting" and restart is a huge loss. It disrupts the momentum. Participants often assume the event is finished and leave. We risk losing a significant portion of our audience. Because Zoom allows dynamic upgrading, we were thrilled that we didn't have to stop the show. However, the breakout room issue we encountered completely defeated the purpose of this seamless upgrade. The Scenario & Context:During our live session, we encountered a sudden surge in at

I accidentally pressed the educational setting when setting up my new work account. I cannot contact support because it will not let me login so I had to create another account.I, owner of this account, verify I will not be using this account for educational purposes for any minors under the age of 18. Please disable this setting on my new account because I was unable to create a ticket.

Hi, my Salesforce org has conversation insight licenses, but zoom phone isn't supported out of the box.  There is however documentation for connecting with Zoom Phone via the API.  Has anyone done this?  I can't find any specifics on how to integration Zoom Phone with Salesforce Conversation Insights, just API documentation.

I cannot get into my room from another device if there is a meeting going on.  What is that about?

I know Zoom is very excited about the addition of the Zoom Workplace. But I don't use it, and don't want it on my screen. Now, every time I start a new Zoom meeting, the Workplace window also starts up/displays.Don't want that, and don't want to have to click the red-dot close window button every time.Is there a Setting that permanently disables the appearance of the Zoom Workplace window on my meeting startup?

Good MorningI used to be able to copy the invitation to meetings and then paste them in an email to sent to clients, however it’s not working that way anymore.  What changed? Thanks to anyone who responds!Ginny

For my virtual classes, I set up a Zoom meeting with my computer and my iPad both as co-hosts.  In the past, I would share the PDF on my computer and be able to annotate on my iPad in such a way that all meeting attendees could see it.  This summer, when I tried that, annotations would randomly appear and vanish, and now, THEY DON’T SHOW AT ALL.  When I annotate the PDF on my iPad, it will show up on my iPad but it doesn’t show to the other computers in the meeting at all.  This is the annotation tool within Zoom and not some sort of outside annotation tool. This used to work and was very convenient for me, and now it doesn’t work.Does anyone have any possible fixes to this issue?  Is Zoom working on a fix to this issue? Thanks!

What am I missing? I can connect Zoom to Google Calendar, but not to iCal? I'm on a Macbook Pro.

Hi all,I recently renewed our Workplace Plus licenses and added Zoom AI Companion Plus along with a few ZRA licenses.  I'm configuring the AI settings on the backend before rolling it out to everyone. One issue I've hit is I can't find a way to create a rule that prevents AI Companion from joining meetings when specific domains are invited.  This comes from a number of clients who've requested that AI notetakers not join their calls.  In Fireflies, I could add these domains to a blocked list that kept AI notetakers off the call.  I'm trying to replicate that here.Any guidance would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

I usually stay logged into Zoom because I am in it frequently. Previously, I would have to login after being logged out automatically every 2-3 weeks. Lately, I am getting logged out automatically after leaving each and every meeting. I don't understand. I'm just leaving a meeting and nothing else. But, when I go to join another meeting, I have to log into Zoom because I've been logged out. Any idea why this is happening? And, what can I do about it?
