Floor Settings Not Applying to All

Hi all — we’ve got two Zoom Rooms running and three more going in this weekend. Under Floor / Account Settings, certain options show “Floor Settings,” but one room isn’t picking them up. Anyone know why?

The Display settings are different in each room, and they shouldn’t be.
