Floor Settings Not Applying to All

Hi all — we’ve got two Zoom Rooms running and three more going in this weekend. Under Floor / Account Settings, certain options show “Floor Settings,” but one room isn’t picking them up. Anyone know why?

The Display settings are different in each room, and they shouldn’t be.

I’m able to validate. I have policy set at the floor level and specific rooms on the floor show as inheriting policy from account or building settings.
Can you open a support case directly with Zoom, please? Feel free to share the case number here and other community members can tack on.
