Excel table formatting is lost when copying and pasting into Zoom Team Chat.

When we copy a formatted table from Microsoft Excel and paste it into Zoom Team Chat, all cell formatting is removed. The pasted content becomes plain text without cell borders, row and column alignment, background colors, merged cells, or table structure.

Microsoft Teams preserves Excel table formatting, making the data easy to read. In Zoom Team Chat, the same data loses its structure, making it difficult for recipients to understand.

Expected behavior:

• Preserve Excel cell borders.
• Preserve row and column formatting.
• Preserve table structure.
• Preserve cell background colors and formatting when pasting from Excel.

This feature is important for enterprise users who frequently share reports, inventory lists, financial data, and IT documentation in Team Chat.
