I cannot get into my room from another device if there is a meeting going on. What is that about?

If you are on a free or pro account you can not be in two meetings or zoom rooms at once.
if you are tyring to join with a second device that could also be disabled in your account.

Can you clarify the problem in a litle more detial and mention what level of licence you have?
