How to connect Zoom to iCal?

Same here, this is so frustrating

I read an instruction from Zoom, but it didn't work. I said we can sign into the just schedule a meeting on the web and select iCal before saving it, but an iCal option was still not visible. 

Please somebody solve this.  It's ridiculous!  Zoom used to be so easy to use.   Now it is endless bunny trails.
